I love Aweber's segmented lists. If you haven't created any yet-you should try it. There's no sense in re-creating the wheel every time you want to look at a sub-set of records.
Also Amanda W at Aweber has been so supportive to our company. I email support a lot asking them to delete robot sign ups. She was the only support person who actually looked into WHY we were getting so many robot sign up and sent me information on how to handle/change it. Thanks Amanda!

Aweber is, and has been, my go to email automation service since I first got involved in digital marketing all the way back in 2006.
Over that time I have tried plenty of "competitors" and none, not a single one, comes close to Aweber.
They are, and have been, consistently reliable and their customer service is hands down the best in the business.
In a day when most customer service is outsourced to people reading from a script, I don't get that feeling here.
My question is always understood, the first time, and I get a clear answer in seconds.

AWeber handles my email lists. I have a weekly email that I send to subscribers, plus I have customer lists based on the types of items purchased or received.
Another way I use AWeber is with their integration into my websites. I can create a landing page using AWeber's designers and functionality while giving it a place and a web address that blends into my site. Very cool!
One of the primary features of AWeber is their level of customer support. Every time I have a question, they are quick to respond and work with me to find a solution to the issue at hand. It's very impressive.
*In fact, this last week there was a question about a customer's email address. After helping me understand the issues, the Customer Service Rep, Amanda H. in this instance, came through with a possible solution to the issue. Impressive!!

Dinah was so fantastic helping me today! I was trying to work on getting all the new email requirements set up for my account and ended up doing something wrong that ended up redirecting my whole website. I called and spoke do Dinah once I realized what I had done and she was so friendly and helpful and walked me through step by step the process to fix what I had done and then guided me to where to find the correct information and then stayed with me while I made the changes.

I am not tech-savvy. I read several knowlege based articles provided by Aweber. I still needed person to person help, which Awber generously provides.
Dinah D. Answered my call in short order.The first thing she said after introducing herself, was sorry for the wait how can I help you.
I explained my issues and before I was finished, she discovered why I was having a problem and the problem was with the hosting end of my website.
Dinah, guided me step by through each proceedure, explaining what I would see on each page. She recognised my lack of knowlege and treated me like she was teaching a student.
As we completed the steps, my confidence increased with my understanding. Because of Dinah's kindness and patience, I relaxed and began to move along more quickly Dinah properly prepared me with the actions I needed to complete, while working in my hosting pannel as well as switching back to my Aweber pannel.
It was fun, I was not intemindated, I was learning, and Dinah created the environment for a very positive experience with the clarity of her details.
After completing all the tasks, Dinah maintained the phone call untill all the updates completed at the hosting site and verified received on the Aweber side. She confirmed that I had properly complete the tasks and asked if there was anything eslse I needed help with. I said yes, but because I had taken up much of Dinah's time, I sugested I would look it up in the knowleged base.
Nevertheless, Dinah continued to teach me how to export a list, step by step, including the deletion of unsubcribed, and told me how to send the download to another person. After the call, she sent a link with a knowledge based article, how to export a list.
I have been with Aweber for about 24 years. I have always had great tech support online and by telephone. After having Dinah's assistance, I wish there was another problem, just to speak with her again.

After a disappointing encounter with microsoft support today, I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt response and resolution of my issue with Aweber. First of all it seemed like I was talking to a real human, Mary H., and the company policy grants their support staff enough discretion to actually help people, whereas microsoft employees seem to have their hands bound.
Aweber is allowing me to put in work into email marketing so I can sit down and get it done when I have the time and/or the ideas to do so. Having to sit down daily to write an email does not really work for me.
Also the ability to load up a bulk of your email work into a premade campaign that can do the heavy lifting for you frees you up to do those fine-touch emails or focus on the other aspects of your business which is great.

In a day and age where some companies are still hiding behind the pandemic with out of date messages to customers like "because of Covid 19 we are experiencing longer than normal wait times" AWeber is way out in front of the competition. I have made two calls in the last 48 hours and was greeted both times with pleasant and enthusiastic eager to help tech support. My first call with Amanda was extensive and she never tired of her eagerness to help and continued offering helpful insight and set me down the path with a plan.
My second call with Mandy was refreshing as she made a point of understanding my clarification by succinctly stating back to me her understanding before offering her thoughts.
In the end, I now have a long standing problem that I created over time with multiple email sources, resolved by AWeber support that will save me hours of time moving ahead. Thank you AWeber!

Been moving my email lists from one automation platform to another for a while now, and to great cost. I also have a self-hosted app which I've had for years but deliverability was becoming an issue. I use AWeber because the customer service is really helpful and mostly timely. If you can't find the instructions on how to fix or do something, it's easy to start a chat with the customer service solutions specialists and they will direct you to the ready made instructions, or help sort the problem that you may have. I think there could be more specific instructions for navigating the system, but on the whole it's pretty good. The proof is in the pudding - I have sales (as in money coming in my bank from Stripe) from my landing page that I built myself (non-techie 60's something). So it works.

If youre looking for an autoresponder to do email and digital marketing and youre possibly not that comfortable jumping in and doing it all your self then AWeber is for you!! I just started AWeber Software and not wanting to deal with customer service hell that many companies put you through I almost didnt even call customer service for help . In fact I had decided to hire somone to get me set up and connected today because Im under a time crunch to get things done. The problem was I couldn't find any to work with me today so therefore so I bit the bullet and called their team. Thats how I met Mary H Wow... Ive seldom ever had this kind of in depth product training with such a caring interested and knowledgable person as Mary H while on a customer service call since I can ever remember. You know those kind of calls? The memorable ones that leave you feeling grateful. This was one of them I had made a todo list for today that was daunting to me after trying to get the same things done on my own yesterday and making zero progress. So I told my wife Im not going to bed tonight until I get this all done. To be fair the list not only included stuff I needed to do with AWEBER it also included help I needed with two other prominent softwares Without even questioning it or trying to sell me on their similar solutions Mary not only helped me set up with AWeber she helped me with integration and beyond direcltly on the other NON AWeber softwares too!! She then thought of some other things I hadnt even considered and showed me how to start addressing them as well :) Mary H finished by sending me an email with several clear concise videos of what she already taught me and helped me set up on the call as well as ones about the points she brought up that could be of use to me too. She finished by letting know I could reach out any time and not to worry because all of her team members where just like her. They were there to make it easy. I've been a happy customer of AWeber since 2015 for my newsletter and my follow-up campaign. Is it free? No. Is the monthly fee totally worth it? Yes, because I can call and talk to a REAL PERSON during the workday if I have tech issues or a question. 90% of the time they resolve my issue on the spot, and for trickier stuff, they stay in touch and work on it until it's fixed. For example, I just called this morning to get specific advice on inserting an image, and Michelle helped me figure it out in in under 5 minutes. Thanks Michelle, Kerwin, and the other customer support folks who are unfailingly kind, patient, and expert. I sleep better at night knowing you'll be there when I need you.

I tried Sendiio 3 and found support seriously lacking, then I tried Sendinblue and again the support was very slow and the solutions they presented were complicated and pretty noncaring. So I switched to Aweber and what a huge difference. It took almost 2 weeks dealing with Sendio and SendinBlue and I still didn't have a solution. It took a half hour and I was up and running in Aweber. Telephone support is a must. Thank you Tida!!

Been using Aweber for many years for email marketing. They have a full suite of helpful tools including composing, triggering and scheduling emails. They have super user friendly email templates so I can configure emails with images, videos, buttons for links and coupons etc. The analytics have a clean dashboard and allow for split testing. Customer service is responsive and knowledgable and has quickly answered technical questions. So all in all is a terrific service.

I've never ever been let down by Aweber staff. Always courteous and professional, even when the solution is beyond the scope of their interventions. I appreciate being able to reach out to them ANYTIME, via chat. I've used the phone service once to help me set up my email sequences. It was a smooth experience. They may not pack the newest and shiniest email marketing tools in town, but I feel that I am able to accomplish everything I need with their automations and campaigns. Plus, they're always a click away whenever I need a tip or two to move forward. Reasonable prices, I've used them back in 2010, then took a long hiatus, went over to some of their rivals, and finally settled back with them. That tells you a lot :-) I'm a happy customer 200%!! Edit: Just now got helped by an agent named Amanda. It went smoothly as always. She was fast, professional and courteous. Lovely experience. Edit 2: Encountered a thorny issue with a campaign, mostly due to my own ignorance. Aweber agent named Mary helped me sort it out, with great patience and great expertise on her part. To-day I had to contact Aweber with an issue I had concerning testing a campaign. Now bear in mind at the moment I'm using a FREE account just to test out their platform. TBH I thought because I'm using FREE at the moment perhaps I wouldn't get the help I needed, boy was I wrong. I used the email contact rather than the live chat, just feel it's easier to explain an issue that way. Chris R was my agent,,, what a super star! So fast in replying and addressing my issue. in total we exchanged 12 emails around 30 minutes, and my was issue sorted. Am I upgrading? TBH, Yeah as soon as I've got my 500 subs!! I won't be looking anywhere else for a messaging service that's for sure, these guys are great. Oh forgot to mention their Landing Pages are awesome ! Thanks Aweber and Chris R :)

Oh! my Goodness. Thank you Mandy. 15-20 years ago, before the retrieve button was installed on your home computer and you accidentally lost your newly typed work. Do you remember that feeling of anxiety, panic, hopelessness and other feelings at loosing your work? Last night I accidentally deleted all Emails sent to me from you starting from 10/15/20 to 1/25/23. Meaning all emails sent last year and this year, including The course I took in December, "The Power of Email Marketing". I went to my trash box, and did not see it. Immediately I contacted your office asking help in retrieving those emails. Ashley mis understood what I asked for and sent me the Email List I created within Aweber. Today I called and explained my accident to Mandy. She calmed me down and asked who is my email provider. She Googled them getting instructions on how to retrieve lost emails. Last night I assumed the email would be in my Trash Box in a list, not realizing it was placed within the corresponding date sent, which made it difficult to see them in the trash box. Mandy thank you for your help in calming me down and also for recognizing my present challenges in understanding the new dashboard and how to navigate correctly within Aweber to design my Email campaign. Aweber you have a Value Employee in Mandy, she listens well to customer's needs, in what I said and how I said it. She is a trained professional in understanding your service and editor. Most importantly she has a compassionate heart to help customers succeed in our marketing goals. She figured out that because of the number of times she tried to sign up, she was flagged as spam in the system. Mandy told me to give them 24 hours for the block to be removed. Great company and email service provider! Their communications are clear, they integrate with practically everything and offer a ton of great support material, and any information you would need to troubleshoot or make a decision is on their website! It's clean, easy to navigate and everything is at your fingertips not buried within multiple submenus! I have been referencing the articles in their blog for years, as they stay relevant and fresh to the times! Human support is always available - no bots in the chat!! My customer support experience with Scott M. today was fast, friendly and he was very informative. No delays in between chats, he understood my questions, and didn't leave me hanging! I´ve been with Aweber since 2013 and it´s honestly the best customer service I´ve ever worked with. They are always nice, sure. But they are quick to respond and very accurate providing the solutions. If they cannot solve something on the spot, they get back to you. I´ve worked with 2 other autoresponders that are top market too (a...c.... and on...t) and I prefer 100% aweber. And I recommend it to my clients, too. Especially since all the automations and segmentations feautures for inteligent campaings are simpler to build and understand because they are created in sequences (step 1, step 2, etc) rather than flow drawings which is really hard to understand for people with no IT or process experience (like most of my clients).

I am a business owner and I send automated emails to my customers. Aweber makes it so easy to do this! The customer service there is unmatched. Been a Builderall fan for years with mailing boss. it's still very "clunky" and aweber is so much easier to drag and drop emails you want at the top rather than email 4. Takes 2 seconds!

However, sometimes directions just can't explain the workarounds some nuances require. Mylinh T. is one of the reasons I love Aweber. Their customer service is generally top notch. Like a 4.8/5 I would say in my books. And Mylinh T is one of the reasons why. There is one other person I can say that about as well over at the Aweber, but I do not remember his name right now. But Mylinh has actually become a regular whenever I click on the little chatbox to the point where I recognize her by name and face now.

I am attempting to remove redundant programs in our business and I called in to aWeber with my fingers crossed. One thing I would change would be the templates for landing pages and forms. I think they can spend some time to work on these. I use a different plugin form on my website so I haven't used the stock ones.

I have been using Aweber for years and love the ease and flexibility of their system. You can create anything with templates, but they also make it easy to paste in custom HTML, which I do as well. I am the owner of a coaching & mentoring business. I have been using Aweber to send out emails for about 4 years now. I have found their platform easy to understand and navigate. Their customer service goes over and beyond helping me understand anything I might need help with. I am the first to admit understanding tech language is not my best skill. However, Joe H helped me over the last 3 days and countless correspondence to recode my emails to be in compliance with the latest update put forth by Google and Yahoo. I want to really commend whoever's choice it was to have customer service have their real individual photos when you chat with them. Its very easy to tell you're speaking with an actual English speaking human. They answer questions, quickly, with precision and no excess formulaic responses. Very rarely do you get copied a page to read (not helpful). Aweber is top notch with customer service.

I have had an Aweber account for quite awhile - Recently I decided I wanted to try to use Awebers landing pages, thank you page etc.
I got to a point where I just was not tech savy enough to move forward so I called Aweber to see if what I wanted to do could be done and if a real person could help me.
I found Sean T. and I can not do him justice by just saying he was absolutely tremendous in helping me Completely with my technical issues . Been moving my email lists from one automation platform to another for a while now, and to great cost. I also have a self-hosted app which I've had for years but deliverability was becoming an issue.
Aweber seems to be the best for me x far!
I get more emails in my inbox from other marketers using aweber than any other provider.. most end up in the spam folder.

I use AWeber because the customer service is really helpful and mostly timely. If you can't find the instructions on how to fix or do something, it's easy to start a chat with the customer service solutions specialists and they will direct you to the ready made instructions, or help sort the problem that you may have. I think there could be more specific instructions for navigating the system, but on the whole it's pretty good. The proof is in the pudding - I have sales (as in money coming in my bank from Stripe) from my landing page that I built myself (non-techie 60's something). So it works.

I have been using Aweber for about 3 weeks now. Of course, there is a learning curve with every application. This has been easy to set up and use. The Knowledge Base has TONS of helpful information with videos, which I Love so I can actually see what I am supposed to do.

I am so happy that I did because their support system is the best that I have ever used. Their response time is very fast and they "nail" the issue on the first try every time. I was really frustrated with the way other email service providers organized their email platform. I was confused, and they didn't give me the flexibility I needed to organize my lists, campaigns and tags the way I wanted to. Aweber was a great discovery for me. I use it for simple broadcast emails all the way to opt-ins and auto campaigns based on tags and sequences that are really easy and simple to understand and execute. Being a small business with a very small e-commerce footprint using Aweber (free) has enabled me to trade more effectively in the digital world. However when operating on your own - linking different products to do simple things is not always easy. The help I have received from a number of Agents, and in particular today Mary in getting it to work effectively is amazing - their patience to understand the issue and resolve is always superb. Cannot recommend AWeber highly enough. I had been with Infusionsoft for years but so glad I moved. Moving wasn't taken lightly as I had 1,460 messages to rewrite which couldn't be transferred so easily. The process has been super easy due to the help I have been given. Whenever I sign in to the chat, my problems are easily solved and the help is patient and brilliant. Like today - Sunday on a Bank Holiday weekend, when I got Mary H again. All the last minute panics and questions were dealt with easily and I am able to move through to launch tomorrow with confidence. Justin R of Aweber solved my customer service issues on several occasions. It did not have to do with the technical side of Aweber, just user error. Justin R knew his stuff, was fast, very patient, and nice to me. Aweber offers great customer service, although their hours need to be extended to the weekends where you can speak with a live agent. You do have access to an agent via messaging but it does take too long.

I have been using AWeber for my newsletters GAPS Diet Journey and Baking with Coconut Flour since 2013, and very happy with the service. Recently I started to set up a brand new newsletter for my bookkeeping practice, Start Right Bookkeeping. One of the perks as a "Pro" member is that I can start up a chat 24/7 to speak with a real person. Today I was wondering how to manage my images as there are several hundred I need to delete. Started up a chat and within two minutes was chatting with Michelle K. She had a quick answer so I was able to get to work on that right away. I mentioned a couple of items that would make AWeber easier to use, she said my suggestions were great and she would pass them on to the development team, so hoping we see those enhancements soon. Aweber is an exceptional company. I was Mailchimp's customer for years which I left for Aweber in 2020 because there was no longer any customer service. The bugs multiplied and no one to listen and find a solution. At Aweber, it's exactly the opposite! The customer service is exceptional! First in 2020 I was helped to migrate between Mailchimp and Aweber, which was not easy, with hundreds of automations and an email address base in the tens of thousands. Then, inevitably I had problems, but immediately people like "Amanda W" helped me, for each of my questions, each of my worries and very quickly! I don't regret my change to Aweber, I've been a customer for 3 years now, and I don't have the slightest desire to change !

REGARDING AWEBER SUPPORT: I was having trouble making sure that my campaign tests were running smoothly however I noticed that I wasn't receiving confirmation messages. I've never ever been let down by Aweber staff. Always courteous and professional, even when the solution is beyond the scope of their interventions. I appreciate being able to reach out to them ANYTIME, via chat. I've used the phone service once to help me set up my email sequences. It was a smooth experience. They may not pack the newest and shiniest email marketing tools in town, but I feel that I am able to accomplish everything I need with their automations and campaigns. Plus, they're always a click away whenever I need a tip or two to move forward. Reasonable prices, I've used them back in 2010, then took a long hiatus, went over to some of their rivals, and finally settled back with them. That tells you a lot :-) I'm a happy customer 200%!!

Aweber is a top of the line autoresponder, contact manager platform. Recently I had a small problem, and at 73 I had a case of brain fog, LOL I was confused on how to import an image, so I contacted support and Heather in support explained what I needed to do to correct the problem and that was on a Sunday. Awesome response, problem solved. Platform and Service is 5 star.

Auto-responders have always been a little intimidating to me. The support people with most of them take at least 2 days to reply and they are even more intimidating. I just joined Aweber for the first time and needed an immediate solution to continue setting up the system. Emily G. responded within 30 minutes with my solution and I continued my setup. I have been using Aweber for more than 14-years and it is still working great for me. They are constantly evolving and adding new features. The latest to help my workflow is something called "the newsletter hub" which has a list of all my sent broadcasts on a webpage. By going to the hub, I can quickly and easily view ALL my emails to find themes and to copy and edit for new broadcasts. I used to have to search Gmail (a pain) or copy and paste all my emails into word or Roam Research (also a pain). The newsletter hub is a big timesaver and helps me write better emails. Peace!

I've used AWEBER for years. Recently, I needed to start a campaign — where I mail several messages in sequence after a person signs up. I had never done that before. I called and soon was connected to Mary. I have found their support to be prompt and helpful. Mary taught me the basics. I was so excited I woke up the next morning at 3:00 and started working. When I finished, I called AWEBER to have my worked checked. Kayla said I had done well, made a suggestion or two and my campaign was on the way. Yesterday and today, I am enjoying opening my email several times a day. Scores and scores of people are responding.

My finger hit the wrong button and I lost my very long and detailed review about the amazing customer support first with AMANDA W. then 5 minutes later with MYLINH T. My problem originated from a client who said she kept getting an error message when she clicked the link to my landing page. After many screenshots and questions and back and forth with Amanda W. she confirmed her inability to recreate what caused the error my client was getting and gave me a list of questions to ask her and a link to which I should send the responses. I'm a newbie testing Aweber (learning while doing) after leaving another very unuser friendly provider with no customer support. FIve minutes later I had another question about social sharing and I got Mylinh T. She was just as wonderful. She took me through the menu, gave me helpful links, looked at my social media page, instructed me how to use social sharing accompanied by screenshots and links. What stood out is the patience and helpfulness of both women. It was a wonderful experience so early in the morning with no coffee or meditation. I'm sticking with Aweber for their stellar customer service!

I had heard, from several sources, that AWeber's customer support was great (actually, legendary) and I can now verify that it is, indeed! I am in the pre-planning stage of an online business and I had some questions regarding certain features. I received a very quick and thorough response! I had several follow-up questions and, again, I received the same type of responses. So, now it's two days later and I just reached out again to their support team and had the same experience! I used AWeber a few years ago and didn't dig it... Wow, have they made some significant improvements. I needed a platform that could be my 3-way connector between an Etsy store, a Shopify store and a WP blog and AWeber seems to be the only one out there that has a smooth integration between the three in it's normal paid plan (other platforms would either require zapier or only be available in their top-tier packages). I just used chat support to import all previous Etsy customers and Amanda was super helpful answering my questions to help customise the import process. I'd still like to see automations built out with better features. Other platforms I use give you so many more features in their automations to really customise and layout your automated marketing campaigns.

The reason I'm posting today, is that Heather B (rockstar of customer service lol!) made my day. I had lost a couple of days of on again off again work on an important email that got deleted by mistake and Heather tracked back until she found it and saved it to drafts for me. Thanks Heather! I've been using Aweber as my go-to autoresponder for many years. It's nice to see how they've kept up with technology and managed to stay ahead of the curve. I recently had an issue on a Saturday and phone support was out since they only answer phones Monday through Friday. So I tried the Chat Support, which is available 24/7. I was helped by Amanda and I gotta say, I was impressed that she was able to fix all my issues in just a few minutes. Hi, I recently signed up with AWeber because I wanted an autoresponder to collect potential subscribers and send out additional emails to the subscribers that hadn't signed up yet to encourage them to do so; then send out landing pages and thank you pages when appropriate. I'm still in the learning process but have found everyone associated with the customer support at AWeber to be friendly with a willingness to help, including my latest encounter with Dinah. AWeber offers a huge selection of services, some of which are beyond my needs for the present but my advice is to read their tutorial's and if something comes up you don't understand contact customer support. Let me start by saying I'm not very techy and my support calls are usually pretty basic, but the support team never makes me feel like I'm bothering them. Each time I've called, I've been greeted by a friendly voice eager to help me solve my problem..and they do! They are professional, knowledgeable, and sincere in their effort to help. But more than that, as once again displayed by one of my recent calls, the customer service representative, Michelle K not only helped me with my immediate concern, but also anticipated the next logical question a tech-challenged person like me would have and took extra time to explain it and the next step process. This is very typical of the service I receive from the support team and I'm very grateful. I've been a happy customer of AWeber since 2015 for my newsletter and my follow-up campaign. Is it free? No. Is the monthly fee totally worth it? Yes, because I can call and talk to a REAL PERSON during the workday if I have tech issues or a question. 90% of the time they resolve my issue on the spot, and for trickier stuff, they stay in touch and work on it until it's fixed. Thanks Kerwin and the other customer support folks who are unfailingly kind, patient, and expert. I sleep better at night knowing you'll be there when I need you.

I am, decidedly, not tech savvy. But my online business has a rapidly expanding mailing list that requires regular maintenance and I use Aweber for list maintenance and newsletter generation. I LOVE AWeber for several reasons. The first being...PHONE SUPPORT. I hate those services that only offer email support or LIVE chat. But at AWeber you can talk to people who will walk you through anything you need to set up.. The second reason I love it is the support staff is always helpful with a "smile in their voice". You can tell they love their job, that they're not working there because they need a job like many customer service people at other businesses. I started a blog and decided to try the Aweber free account. It was great! Easy to use (even for a beginner like me) and lots of options! I never felt restricted by the free version. Jordan P. was amazing. As a specialist, he solved two completely different issues of mine, all while we were on the phone together. I honestly wasn't expecting one person to do all of that, and also be patient while I figured out my side in real-time. He was also courteous enough to chat with me while files uploaded. Overall, he made it a very pleasant process for me to update and upgrade my services with AWeber. I made my first landing page and am well on my way to making my first sales through your platform. AWeber has great customer support. You can reach them easily in a variety of ways and they are knowledgeable and helpful in their responses. Today, I not only got my questions answered, but also received several helpful articles via email. Highly recommend AWeber.

The reason I gave them 5 stars is the same reason I've purchased their service for over 10 years; AWeber's customer support is fantastic. Whenever I've needed help with an issue, I've called them up and received excellent service quickly. If you prefer talking with real people who are friendly, professional and know their stuff, AWeber is the e-mail marketing service for you. They not only provide you with a great e-mail marketing platform, but they are more than willing to show you how to make the most of it! Instead of just sending you videos and manuals to do-it-yourself, they guide you through any issue you may have on the phone. I love it!

AWeber handles my email lists. I have a weekly email that I send to subscribers, plus I have customer lists based on types of items purchased or received. One of the primary features of AWeber is their level of customer support. Every time I have a question, they are quick to respond and work with me to find a solution to the issue at hand. It's very impressive. In fact, this last week there was a question about a customer's email address. After helping me understand the issues, the Customer Service Rep, Amanda H. in this instance, came through with a possible solution to the issue. Impressive!! Thanks so much, AWeber!!

I love Aweber's segmented lists. If you haven't created any yet-you should try it. There's no sense in re-creating the wheel every time you want to look at a sub-set of records.
Also Amanda W at Aweber has been so supportive to our company. I email support a lot asking them to delete robot sign ups. She was the only support person who actually looked into WHY we were getting so many robot sign up and sent me information on how to handle/change it. Thanks Amanda!

Always a live person available to answer questions and guide you through whatever needs to be done.
