Incredible service! Shun knives were returned as sharp as when I bought them. My santuko knife had 2 nice chips in it when I sent them. I honestly did'nt think it would be able to be fixed, but it was like a new knife after Joseph got done with it. I would and do highly recommend and will definitely use Vivront again

Wonderful service! I finally found a place that can sharpen Japanese-style knives (including serrated blades) - my knives came back looking great and cutting so much better! The sharpening also included a repair to the tip of one knife. The turnaround time was just a couple of days. I will definitely be using Vivront again.

Amazing experience! Knives came back almost better than we bought them! The loaner knives were gorgeous, too, and helped keep us cooking while our knives were away. And the free boxcutter that they threw in was a wonderful touch. Can't say enough good things about Vivront Knife Sharpening.

I hate dull knives, and yet it’s such a waste of time to bring them to a sharpener. Doing this by mail - even though it costs a bit more - is fabulous. What is my spare time worth? A lot!Thanks for creating this Joseph.

They make it so easy! If you’ve been putting off sharpening knives because it seems like a hassle, this place is for you! Vivront makes it so easy! They send you a mailer and you send your knives. They arrive back to you quickly and expertly sharpened. The customer service is awesome, website is slick and intuitive. The process is laid out very clearly so there’s no confusion. The experience and service you need but never knew you did. Yes, you can sharpen them at home with your cheap sharpener - it doesn’t work well. Yes you can bring them to a store to be sharpened, you won’t (I never did) As easy as e-commerce, as good as the local butcher shop. Loved it.
