@kidgdzilla Haha, this is my headache too!!! Tbh, previously the js side is 5MB with the whole Tailwind CSS got bundled. The core file is really simple, I should find a way to remove the CRA framework. Regarding the Firebase, the js needs to read the DB, any good recommendations?

@MicahIverson Confirmed image size is the root cause, at least in 🍎 + Chrome. Easiest fix is automatic image compression via your Image CDN (This example image goes from 422kb -> 62kb, ~85% size reduction).
