There were so many things I took away from this course, I’ve already recommended it to probably a dozen people. Ive taken courses in the past on a variety of topics but this one was really different for me. I have ADHD, it’s actually what my platform is all about, and even though the lessons were intended for solopreneurs in general, I felt like they were particularly relevant to me. I think I was in a different boat than most of the entrepreneurs in the group so most of the client-facing stuff didn’t apply to me, but the ideas and theories behind his teachings were really impactful. From day 1, I was able to implement what I learned. I actually hired a second VA because of the course, I started tracking my time with Toggl, I played around with Notion (TBH I don’t love it but I’m persisting). One of the biggest takeaways was the lesson on MITs. I now use it just about every day and it’s made it so much easier for me to see that the little milestones makes such a huge difference to the bigger picture. When you have ADHD, you have this pull to want to do a million things at once, so just the concept of picking ONE thing and scheduling it was so impactful. From a logistics standpoint, I LOVED the circle community. I despise Facebook and the fact that we had this amazingly easy and beautiful space to come to was such a breath of fresh air. On a side note, I actually connected with Rich on a lot of personal (philosophical?) points. I, too believe in trauma therapy (he mentioned the Body Keeps The Score by Bessel van der Kolk at one point), infrared saunas, and I know his wife is a tarot reader, all things that tell me we’re from the same pot.

This course has ALL the answers to my Solopreneur problems. I have been looking for a structured approach to managing my solo business and to free myself from the day to day of my business without sacrificing quality. This course literally has all the answers. The 4 weeks are like an upload of 5-10 years of experience. No way I could've figured all that out by myself in that short amount of time. The assignments are short but effective. The lessons are engaging and exciting. I would have paid 5x for this course if I knew what was waiting for me on the other side. I have already started to restructure my business and reduced at least 2 hours of work a day by working more effectively and focused. I know it will only get better from here on out as I continue to apply my learnings.

My biggest take from this course was to improve the fulfilment of my business and get more organised and efficient with my daily tasks. This course is no fluff or BS. Love the fact that he keeps you accountable with weekly assignments. If you commit to executing them before the next lesson, it’s easier to apply the new knowledge and turn it into a habit.

The HTWL course gave me the confidence to raise my prices and set firm boundaries on when and how I wanted to work. I am type-A, and am usually motivated by "the most things checked off my list", but Rich helped me understand that over working ends up making me less productive and less creative in the end. I was even challenged to take my work email off my phone, and it's been amazing! You won't regret this course if you're a "hustler" like me.

For me there were a lot of eye-openers. Initially thought I signed up for a productivity course. And in fact, that’s also in there. But what I didn’t realise is the fact how important money and pricing is in the whole how to work less story. Rich made me raise my prices, think about my business model and introduced a lot of powerful systems and templates to put it all into action. Rich is a good teacher. He breaks things down to the point that you say ‘oooh, why didn’t I realise this before?’. Because after all, none of it is real rocket science, it all just makes so much sense! To summarise in a few words, the course is: easy digestible, actionable, complete and very enriching. The cherry on the cake for me was the community, assignments and the badges. It was very inspiring to see what the other students were up to, you could interact, get motivated,… I really recommend this course. It’s helpful for whatever stadium your lifestyle business is in!
