As a knowledge organization, culture and values are our main asset. We are continuously looking for ways to reinforce them. Karma bot gives us an opportunity to express our values in a very positive and ad-hoc way. It has significantly improved our direct feedback culture and interaction between each other. The tool is super easy to integrate and use and has all the relevant functionalities. The attention to detail (e.g. GIFs as part of the recognition card) makes it a fun tool to use. What surprised me most was the extreme responsiveness of the karma bot team. We were struggling with one aspect of the tool and the team reacted with lightning speed to introduce a small functionality change to solve our problem. It’s a level of support that I had not encountered before with any other tool. That alone deserves 10-15 karma points for the team.

Thanks for building this awesome app! We indeed enjoy using it! The functions are comprehensive and we are astonished by the mini-karma reaction point system! It would be slightly better if our employee may redeem the Paypal gift card through your system since we have colleagues all around the world and they are using different currencies. I think PayPal has the function of transferring the US dollars to their own domestic bank account.

The idea of earning a bit of extra money other than your salary is just amazing on its own and the best part is you can redeem this amount any week of the month! - Karma can act as an emergency source to get quick money as well as a mean to hang out with your friends. The most important benefit is that if you do not need the money you can just donate it to charity. - I would recommend others to definitely consider karma as it brings harmony and just a competitive edge to the workspace. People will work even harder if they get a bonus.

Loving Karma so far! One thing that would be cool, I noticed on branding that there's the full range of colors available and I can input the color # as well, but that isn't available for the values or achievements, it would be nice to have the full range of colors in those spots as well. As well as more emoji options for achievements. The full range like for reactions would be cool there as well. Karma team: This has been added shortly after.

I cannot tell you what a game changer Karma has been. As a remote team we really wanted something to help with our team engagement and overall vibe and satisfaction and we found it with Karma. It's easy to use and implement and integrates with slack which is amazing. Their support is super helpful and always willing to listen to feedback to make the app better. I would definitely recommend Karma for your team.

It is a very practical way to give recognition to our team helps with communication and showing appreciation I would recommend Karma if you don't feel like you have the communicating skills to proving feedback to your team, but also see it as necessary.

We have gotten so much engagement from our employees with Karma. We used to have a shoutout channel, but it didn't get much action. With the implementation of Karma, employees are actively shouting out co-workers, the channel has gotten 200% more traction since we implemented it, and people are always excited to get a chance to share the Karma.

Thanks for all the information to support our team onboarding this. The tutorial emails were helpful and the bot is as well. Some of the Slack bots leave a lot of room for improvement - I was pleasantly surprised with Karma bot, as well as its online dashboard.

Karma is the great app for motivating teams. Very appreciate for support! Our Karma hasn't been working and tech support solved this problem. I think Karma is great. Especially the feature that help us to stream some statistics on our office TV, it's very cool.
