I had not heard of Kenny before, although I was roughly familiar with the topic he presented. After less than 10 minutes, I knew I was going to love the next 7 hours of his presentation. He's an excellent and animated presenter--no boring, snoozer sessions with Kenny! He clearly presented both the business model and the corresponding leadership model well and with concrete examples.
