One can also hire a realtor on Demand in case the selling gets tricky. Listing Spark had made their system very organized, I would return again.

Everyone in Austin was very good at communincating information to us and keep us informed of how the sale and escrow was proceeding. The only constructive criticizem I would mention is that when we were under contract we received two new requests to show the property.
