I think MoT is probably the center of the testing universe these days. I'm mostly not following that discourse.

MoT has enriched my life for many years now! I'm always meeting awesome people, and always learning. #30DaysOfTesting, The Club, all the amazing Pro content, the learning opportunities and the support from the community are endless. TestBash, whether in person or online, is always a huge highlight. MoT keeps pushing our software world forward. Our whole planet - not only the Testing Planet - is a better place as a result!

When I returned to a testing role in 2019 I viewed myself as a bug machine and joined Ministry of Testing to find new and exciting ways to find bugs. Whilst that has happened, the wonderful learning resources, events and community has taken me on a whole new exciting journey. I am now a quality coach, learning new ideas and supporting the team in so many more ways. Ministry of Testing has been transformational for my career and I'd encourage everyone to get involved (and get Pro membership - so valuable!)

Being part of the Ministry of Testing community has been and continues to be an incredible experience. The events and meetups create a strong sense of community and as a co-organiser of meetups and a TestBash ambassador, I’ve witnessed first-hand how MoT promotes learning, networking, and support among testers. The MoT certification courses also offer some of the best learning content I have seen to date. Being part of the MoT community has been essential to my personal and professional growth, and I highly recommend getting involved to anyone passionate about testing.

I attended TestBash to get a greater understanding of the latest Techniques and practices to review our approach to Quality Engineering. The event was full of great content and most importantly passionate and knowledgeable individuals. They shared a similar passion and interest of increasing quality through the Software Development Life Cycle. This helping delivering increased quality to our business and customers.

This was my first Test Bash and my first QA conference too so I was a bit nervous. Everyone was super friendly and it was a great opportunity to meet with industry peers and learn from them. Would highly recommend Test Bash to any QA/Testing professionals and will definitely be attending again.

I've been lucky enough to attend several TestBash events, online and in person, and they have been career changing for me. Full of inspiring talks, excellent workshops & activities plus insightful AMAs & panels. I always come away buzzing with enthusiasm for testing and ideas to share with my team. My latest success following a TestBash talk was taking an idea from a TestBash UK talk, introducing it to my team and have since received a lot of buzz from other teams as well!

Test Bash UK opened my eyes to a community of AMAZING people who are supportive, inclusive and really want to inspire. I was inspired to step up, learn and lead. I can easily say that TestBashUK was an epiphany moment in my career. If you're wondering, Will I learn anything at this conference? The answer is Yes. You'll more than learn, you'll grow, you'll have your eyes opened and your mind challenged, you'll be welcomed with open arms, you'll make friends and enjoy yourself. TestBash conferences are among the best conferences in the testing community. I've been lucky to be allowed to speak at both an in-person event and a virtual event. In both cases the organization of the event was flawless, I didn't have to pay for travel or hotel for the in-person event and all the talks were top notch. I love how Ministry of Testing encourages community during the in-person events: "No one sits alone" is a great motto that helps newbies or shy people such as me a lot.

Initially considering a role in development, I became curious about other career opportunities related to software and soon developed an interest in Quality Assurance (QA). Eager to learn more about this career path, I was keen to attend the TestBash UK conference. - Attend their conference for an amazing testing festival once a year.

 Overall, I would say this is a very uplifting community. Their support and encouragement motivated me to start contributing to the community myself. 
I learn something every day from this lovely diverse community.

I feel the Ministry of Testing Pro membership is a boon to all the testers out there. What stands out for me is the customized or tailored content for all kinds of readers. Also, any feedback from the team is taken positively and implemented which gives me satisfaction that I'm valued. Ministry of Testing is truly awesome. This is the kindest online community I’ve ever seen.

The Pro Membership has been incredibly valuable in my professional growth as a Software tester. TestBash home 2021 has been the best online conference I've attended so far. Great talks, great speakers, and lots of other content offered. So many good things to take back to the team.

10 years ago, I couldn't have imagined a community like MoT. Thanks to the TestBash conferences, Dojo online content, Club forum, we're breaking new ground in testing and spreading new ideas and practices at an exponential rate. I'm so proud to be part of such an inclusive and supportive community.

I recently started doing some research on available material on quality coaching, that I could reuse in training some of my staff. I found that, and more, on the Ministry of Testing Dojo. First, there was a great talk by Rob Meaney from 2018, still very relevant; and to me, the most definitive and relevant material on Quality Coaching, I have yet found. And quite by accident and also helpful, I found a talk by Katrina Clokie on tester pairing. I was really encouraged to see that Katrina did this experiment four years ago, but it remains entirely relevant and still progressive, at this time. What a wealth of knowledge in the Dojo. Well done Ministry of Testing
