I joined NPE in December 2020, when I was sure we would have to close the studio. NPE helped to double my recurring revenue, and more importantly, helped me add in additional revenue streams like personal training and nutrition coaching that now are a substantial amount of our business. They helped me to think like a business owner, put systems in place to run the business smoothly, and educated me on marketing and advertising. They helped me price my packages and dial in my ideal client. The amount of knowledge and education I received was astounding, and a great foundation for any fitness business owner. When we started working with NPE our business was doing great. We were looking to keep doing great and increase number of prospects that contact us. We increased number of prospects contacting us by 50%. Local search software is what we used to achieve these results. Also accountability and help April provided was very helpful in helping us succeed. We have currently have record number of clients! The whole NPE team is brilliant. They have helped us get organized with a structured plan and schedule that we are implementing and continually adding to. Not only are we better organized, we implemented new strategies that are helping manage our studios better. When I entered the fitness world as a manager for a local small business pilates studio, I was lost when it came to sales. Before starting with NPE we were running a successful training facility with consistent clientele and growth throughout the year.
