To me, what sets Plutio apart is it’s really customizable features… Plutio can be adapted to fit whatever scenario you can come up with! Also, it's nice to have many valuable business features all under one roof. It’s fantastic! :)

It is an excellent project management system for freelancers. From project creation to payment processing, everything is handled right in the plutio. In addition, they are developing day by day with many features that offer great value to their customers.

I've used my fair share of task management systems and something about Plutio is the most charming to me. I love using Plutio because I initially got it for the right price I was looking for. I like how easy it is to create a proposal and project, and then start billing all in the same application.

You have your tasks, proposals, projects, calendar, people etc. all in one place. Even timesheets and invoicing can be done through Plutio. Plutio has a nice User Interface and the developer seems to be a very nice person. He has several training videos made. File exchange platform with clients.

Most all in one type software products are inferior in the itemized feature set, not Plutio! Plutio is the first software product that I've used that I feel confident I can run my entire business through. It has CRM, ELectronic Documents with Esigining, Live Chat Widgets, Project Management and much more! Best of all, we fully white labeled the product plus the customer portals are white labled.

Plutio is a project management app that has everything you need to make your workflow smoother. Some of the features that I like are - the ability to create customizable dashboards, sorting all of your top priorities neatly, putting together contracts and proposals with the help of readily available templates, that you can customize in minutes, create and track tasks with deadlines, and then further reorganizing those within various task groups/categories withing different projects, and the best part is that I can create clients and their corresponding companies/agencies database and connect or associate each of those contacts with a particular project, and thereby keep track of all communications and coordinate the progress. The invoice can also be generated automatically from the proposal.

Easy to organise all aspects of my projects, from initial proposal, identifying essential tasks, collaborating with the client, monitoring time spent, task progress through to invoice creation and payment collection. Recurring tasks are intuative and essential for me.

Support seems pretty solid and the platform is always improving. I have submitted a ticket and within an hour I'll get a thorough response.
