I've used my fair share of task management systems and something about Plutio is the most charming to me. I love using Plutio because I initially got it for the right price I was looking for. I didn't want to shell out monthly fees and have a big overhead for things like Monday or TeamWork. So I found Plutio on accident and ended up fully integrating it. Some of the features that I like are - the ability to create customizable dashboards, sorting all of your top priorities neatly, putting together contracts and proposals with the help of readily available templates, that you can customize in minutes, create and track tasks with deadlines, and then further reorganizing those within various task groups/categories withing different projects, and the best part is that I can create clients and their corresponding companies/agencies database and connect or associate each of those contacts with a particular project, and thereby keep track of all communications and coordinate the progress. The invoice can also be generated automatically from the proposal.

The flexible dashboard, financial features issuing invoices/receipts with templates, proposal and project management with Kanban view are very helpful! Very comprehensive features and functions.
