The entire experience was a breeze. I was a bit hesitant at first, as this has been a 100% remote/virtual experience. The communication was quick and responsive. I bought and sold two separate houses within 5 days of each other. One transaction used local, in-person title company, the other used Spark Title. Using Spark Title was by far a smoother experience. I highly recommend them!

I was very impressed with how quick they responded to all my questions and they were professional in all of it. It was a big learning curve for me since I have never bought or sold a home before. They do offer a personal agent for a little extra money to give more advice which was helpful if things got out of my comfort zone.

Spark really impressed me. I signed my contract on the home I was buying over the weekend, and SPARK TITLE was working on everything on the WEEKEND!
