I've been a customer with AWeber for a while now. Previously, I tried a few other companies (like Mail Chimp and Constant Contact). I like AWeber the best mostly because their customer service is amazing. I've worked with many people. But recently, Mary at AWeber went above and beyond. The whole experience is awesome.

Since I am not technically inclined at all I received the best help from Will P. He was patient and sent many links to my email in order for me to get up and running. He explained everything and was so pleasant to talk with. When I first hopped on live chat I got and AI who couldn't assist me and I was promptly directed to a HUMAN Yaaaay =) and that's where Will P. came in and assisted me....thanx again Will for all of your help..

I called to actually cancel my account because of the lack of connections with my other softwares...but my heart was tight because the customer service they provide is UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Will P. was more than a gentleman, and his kindness made me think twice...I appreciate customer service and even to cancel my subscription THEY DELIVER!!! AMAZING I am sad to go - trust me!

Michelle K. was great. Everyone says use this email service or that one YET no one serves their customers like AWeber. Without their customer support team I'd be stuck not sending out emails and even if I was sending out emails they'd be low quality. That's another area AWeber outshines NON customer support email marketing services. They will help you succeed. Cheers

I have tried a number of CRM platforms over the years with most under delivering especially in the customer service department.
However my experience with Aweber is beyond expectations. Amanda took me through step by step setting up an automation then stayed to verify it was sent.
That took all the stress out of a very tight situation. Amanda could not have been more patient or understanding.
Her focus was on me getting exactly what I was doing. Thankyou and if you struggle with your existing CRM then do what I have done and try out Aweber.

Amanda was patient and. given these communication format cut out nonverbal communication Amanda did a great job of answering my lengthy but critical questions. I hope somewhere with all this technology expertise3 we move closer to video conferencing support as opposed to the AI approach. It is a more human approach to the problem. I personally bypass all attempts to lure me into an AI discussion. AI has its purposes, but ot can’t replace Amanda in my mind. She was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic.

Aweber has EXCELLENT customer service with a live person via chat - every time I have a question about how to accomplish a specific send with a lot of different lists or exclusions or need tech support with funnels etc, they always get me sorted out in a few minutes and I'm able to accomplish my email task. Live chat support is SO KEY and I've been with Aweber since I started my online business probably 8 years ago.

I had an account for a long time and needed to pause the account and it was done with a $4.99 monthly hold charge.
The website was no longer active and I wanted to stop getting charged so I decided to do an online chat. Will P. was my representative and he was awesome. He understood what my needs were and he made the process so simple and easy.
Will P. was polite, friendly and easy to understand and deal with. I highly recommend AWeber and its employees.

I LOVE AWeber. I have used other email services in the past and far and away AWeber outshines anything I have worked with. They are always improving, listen to customers, and there customer service is incredibly good (a shout out specifically to Mary H. here who has been with AWeber for 14 years). They have great templates, automation options, and list segmentation. I am not often impressed with "big" companies, but these guys nailed it.

I've been using AWeber for a short time, but I find it to be a super advanced platform, very intuitive and easy to use even for those who aren't very tech-savvy. They also have very good customer support. I recently had a great support experience with Mary H. She was very nice, helped me out super fast and in a very professional manner.

AWeber is by far my favorite autoresponder. I've used all the big ones (ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, Constant Contact) and find AWeber to be the most intuitive and user-friendly with the most powerful features and competitive pricing. AWeber's support is particularly excellent, with fast response times and great support reps. I worked with Martha today who helped me improve my campaigns by showing me how to use new automation workflow features that rival anything the other platforms have to offer. You can also set up custom landing pages in AWeber if you don't have a website, and integrate with payment platforms like Stripe so you can run sophisticated marketing campaigns. Of course AWeber also integrates seamlessly with WordPress. My favorite features in AWeber are tags and being able to trigger specific campaigns when subscribers click links and buttons in your emails or fill out forms on Landing Pages. If you're hunting for a great platform for your email marketing, look no further. AWeber is the #1 best of them all.

However, a problem with my website's subscription button led me to sending an email asking for help. I have been with AWeber for less than a month. As a REALTOR®, we as agents, uses a lot technology and systems. Unfortunately, there is usually a learning curve. However I switched from a well known email provider and came over to AWeber due to their reputation for having great customer support team. I can say, I am VERY IMPRESSED. We've been happy with Aweber for 15 years. I love their platform (e.g., drag-and-drop, deliverability...) and their customer service. Years ago they helped me via telephone—a real human who was a patient expert. Recently, I used their email access to help. User friendly platform- was great as a beginner learning email marketing. Unfortunately I closed my business and was no longer using the service when I noticed I got charged my annual fee.
