User friendly platform- was great as a beginner learning email marketing. Unfortunately I closed my business and was no longer using the service when I noticed I got charged my annual fee. Luckily I was able to get a refund for the year and Will P. was so helpful in assisting me. If I ever send out emails again for a new business I'll definitely come back!

It's been a while since I wrote newsletters. Honestly, I've been putting it off as I wasn't happy with how they looked (I'm not terribly tech-savvy!). However, a problem with my website's subscription button led me to sending an email asking for help. I've used all the big ones (ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, Constant Contact) and find AWeber to be the most intuitive and user-friendly with the most powerful features and competitive pricing. AWeber's support is particularly excellent, with fast response times and great support reps. I worked with Martha today who helped me improve my campaigns by showing me how to use new automation workflow features that rival anything the other platforms have to offer. You can also set up custom landing pages in AWeber if you don't have a website, and integrate with payment platforms like Stripe so you can run sophisticated marketing campaigns. Of course AWeber also integrates seamlessly with WordPress. My favorite features in AWeber are tags and being able to trigger specific campaigns when subscribers click links and buttons in your emails or fill out forms on Landing Pages. If you're hunting for a great platform for your email marketing, look no further. AWeber is the #1 best of them all.
