Although, I received my associate and bachelors, this course was very helpful and detail. I was able to glean more from the practical (assignments) more so than theory.

I took the course named, Become a Certified HTML, CSS, JavaScript Web Developer. I was troubleshooting a Joomla website before by searching on the web and using try and error. If I had the course back then, I would find the problematic files much easier by knowing how things work in a website in a big picture in a short time. The course's layout and explanation with examples is very clear and straightforward. And it also includes the instructor's experiences which is very valuable. I like the way every course topic has a video and text in pdf. I watched the video when I was jogging on the running machine or doing the house work. And then, when I got to the homework part, I can use the pdf file for the review and copying the syntax. To me, the well-designed homework sometimes requires some search online, but the process really makes the knowledge become solid. Thanks very much for making this wonderful and affordable course. I want to use the knowledge to apply for a related job and make/manage the website for my own business one day if I ever need.

The best part about learning with this course is the coding exercise at the end of each tutorial. It gives me a chance to try out the concepts and apply the knowledge. I completed the Dollar Design School's HTML5 course through Udemy. Learned how to write clean HTML5 code and all of the lessons (videos) were extremely helpful. The videos were very thorough but the best are the exercises that you must complete. Like Mark says, "writing code is not a spectator sport", you have to get in and practice. The best things about Dollar Design School I would have to say is Marks knowledge and experience as well as his teaching style. I also believe that the course exercises as well as the final project are key to helping you learn. Thanks.

Javascript for Beginners. I got a complete overview of the programming language. I liked how simple, direct and revelant the material was. I also found the labs challenging which was good.

So far I'm taking the Web Development Master Class. It refreshes me from my college days and even learning a lot from the course. It's a very in-depth and yet very comprehensive.

While I was taking my JavaScript course, I enjoy practicing along with the instructor and doing the lab exercises. However, exercises in the Course material PDF that we were required to copy, most had syntax errors. I don't know whether it was the instructor's intent or not. All i can say is i enjoy figuring out what's wrong with the code as i did more research. FINAL PROJECT Well, I thought this was going to easy. I was surprised how much i had to review some of my past lessons and do more research in order to complete the projet. I'm thankful to the Instructor.

HTML 5 I learnt a lot from the course, it was amazing transforming series of code into a website. It has given me an insight to the tech world. The courses were explanatory enough to learn!

The HTML course covered a lot of ground in terms of HTML basics, such as creating web pages, adding content, and designing layouts. The instructor was very knowledgeable and provided clear explanations of the topics covered in the course. By the end of the course, I felt much more confident in my ability to create and edit HTML code. Since completing the course, I have been able to apply my knowledge in a number of ways.
