I love Jo’s programme and all of the instructors. I live in England and am home with my baby so I primarily do recordings now but prior I loved the live classes. She even has a set of recordings with resistance bands that you can use when travelling which is very very helpful! Pre-pregnancy the training helped me really change my body and get stronger - now I’ve finally got the energy postpartum to work on strength again and I’m loving it! Sometimes I tell myself “just do 20 minutes” and I always end up doing the full 30 to 50 minutes.
Body by Jojo is an incredible fitness program. I found Jojo's classes early in the pandemic shutdown and have stuck with her ever since (going on 7 months). Jojo's classes are fun and challenging; she provides great cues and modifications to make the classes appropriate for all fitness levels. She is also continually adding to the membership to include other features to help live a sustainably healthy life, including nutrition tips, monthly challenges, and meditations. I have attended a lot of different fitness classes through the years and have never found a program that I have stuck to and loved as much as Body by Jojo. Could not recommend it more!

I have been a client of Body by Jojo for 6 years and counting. I have always found Jo and her platform supportive, knowledgable, and more so achievable to work towards your goals. I have never been one to love working out, it's always something I want the end result of but committing was always hard, until I met Jo. Body by Jojo tailors the workouts to your needs and makes your goals achievable. She doesn't believe in gimmicks, quick fixes or my personal favourite restrictions. Jo helps work within YOUR lifestyle, and then makes YOUR goals fit into what works for you. Since the pandemic hit the at home platform was something very new to me, and I wondered could I do something like this "on my own" but even though the platform is online, theres nothing about it that makes you feel isolated or by yourself, you become part of a community that is supportive, and enthusiastic about your success. The community challenges are fun and engaging, the workouts are suitable for every fitness level and every piece of equipment ( or lack of equipment) you have. Take it from. me, I don't love working out, but I love eating, I love not worrying about how my clothes are fitting, I love the mental support and accountability Jo gives me within her platform. I never thought I was someone who could workout at home "by myself", and this platform makes me feel like I am not by myself but actually showing up to a class. The best part is not only does the schedule suit everyone's lifestyle whether live classes or recorded, BUT the type of classes there is something for everyone. From strength training, to yoga to pilates to barre to HITT to nutrition... there is a complete and full approach to challenge you and break you out of your plateau ( or allow you to also choose the pace that suits you). Also, everyone has a day one to commit to something and everyone's day one is daunting, but 6 months from committing to Body By Jojo after my first baby and I am so grateful and glad I made this commitment via this supportive and engaging workout platform. Although it's a journey to always support your body how it needs to, Jo and her platform do it with love, support, and guidance that leads you to the ultimate success. I personally love how she's helped me physically change the look of my body but also change my mentality around how I see/speak to my body but also how I see/ think of working out. I joined Body By Jojo's fitness program for Brides, and it was amazing. Not only did I form really great habits, but she fostered an amazing community of women who became a great support system. The fitness classes are super fun, and Jojo is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition. I'm now a couple weeks out from getting married, and feeling confident and healthy (and down a LOT of fluff :)). Thank you Jojo! Would recommend her membership to anyone--- I'll be signing up for her general membership after the wedding for sure!

I joined the Body by JoJo program as a way to keep active following all the gym closures. When I signed up I didn't realize that I was joining a transformative program that has completely changed my relationship with fitness and nutrition. I've long struggled with finding balance, feeling secure about form and 'training smart' and like many others - have struggled with self-love and confidence. The platform is widely accessible, has a ton of variety in terms of exercise, length, fitness levels - everything. In addition to the fitness/nutrition platform - Jojo's individual coaching program has completely changed my relationship with food and nutrition - she has a breadth of knowledge, is approachable, accessible and so supportive. This year has been a tough one for all of us but in my case, this program has been a bright spot and she is stuck with me now. Recommend to anyone and everyone! It's the best!

I discovered Jojo’s workouts via Barreworks and was hooked! Her positive energy and on-point cues manage to make challenging workouts fun and engaging - something that rarely translates in virtual classes vs. live I’ve found. Her classes range from tabata HIIT, Barre, classic cardio to Pilates and Stretching (and there are Meditation & Yoga recordings & nutrition tips etc. available too). Live and recorded classes are professional, with great sound and quality. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a “studio experience” or a new workout routine at home!

I did 3 months of private coaching and now use their monthly subscription as a member. My review: Body by JoJo has been divine intervention for me during the pandemic. Having Coach Sheldon as a private coach was one of the best investments I've made in myself in a REALLY long time. I was able to get out of a rut of almost no physical activity to working out regularly and feeling SO much stronger. The regular working out has also improved my mental health so so much. Coach Sheldon was supportive, sensitive to things I was anxious about, and pushed me where I could to be better. There is NO body shaming here (my goal was never to lose weight anyhow!) and Coach Sheldon always took time to understand where I was before designing each week's workout plan for me. I can't say enough good things about Coach Sheldon and Body by JoJo - they have been a lifeline for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Could not say enough about my BBJ experience! This is not your typical “at home workout” experience. So much focus is on mindset, listening to your body, and nutrition. I lost 25 lbs with Jojo in 5 months in a super safe, healthy, and sustainable way without feeling deprived of food or having exercise take over my life. I can’t wait to continue my journey - could not recommend more!

Being part of the Body by Jojo community since Jan 2020 is one of the best things to happen to my overall fitness and wellness journey! I’ve never been so consistent with one type of workout membership and am so happy with the constant variety of classes and programs (never get bored! always changing), the energy and dedication of the coaches (Jojo and Sheldon you both are so amazing!) and the accountability and support from the wider community group (through live classes, recorded classes that feel live, and an always active WhatsApp community group). Above all, what makes this work for me and keep returning is how fun the workouts are and being reminded that making time in the day to move your body can be full of joy! Cannot recommend this membership enough!

I love being a member of Body by Jojo! Originally I signed up with the intention to do workouts to lose weight, but the Body by Jojo team taught me so much more than I could have ever expected! Through nutrition education, 1:1 coaching, and access to a wide variety of workout videos, I now have a greater understanding of what I put into my body, how to listen to my body, and how to be the healthiest me I can be! I never would have thought I would be someone who would be regularly lifting weights and building muscles. My mindset has completely shifted from what the scale says to focusing on strength training to build a healthier body as I age.

What I enjoyed most about using body by Jojo is, I was looking for an online business that does nutrition and exercise together because I needed help with both. A friend recommend body by Jojo to me. Body by Jojo offers a weeks for free which is amazing for trying them out and I did. Loved it because it was flexible with my crazy work hours and I can do it any time. And I would highly recommend them to my friends and family 🌸
I’ve been apart of the Body by Jojo platform for just over 6 months now including private coaching and can’t say enough good things about it! Jojo and Sheldon run amazing classes and the programming is challenging and progressive. I love doing the recorded classes so I can do them at a time that works for me, but there is also live classes available.
Jojo has helped me achieve my fitness goals in a balanced and sustainable way. I would highly recommend the Body by Jojo platform to anyone!

My partner and I recently moved to a new city and we were trying to figure out what our new workout scene was going to be. We just completed Jo and Sheldon's 6 week Spring Challenge. It was SO great. We both feel stronger and loved the accountability and variety in the programming. We both will be signing up for a membership and would highly recommend this power couple to train you!
