Created seamless guest communication pre, during and post stay. Love the guest journey features as well as broadcast feature. Integration with PMS possible to make tech stack work hand in hand. Ability to generate higher % of positive guest ratings on Google and TripAdvisor organically through their unique methodology without any unscrupulous tactics.
