My name is Phillip and I have been a police officer for approximately 6.5 years. I decided to make a career change and started looking into being an independent adjuster. During my research, I found IA Path! Prior to starting my journey with IA Path, I was on the wrong track. I was in the process of obtaining my adjuster license through AdjusterPro. Q: How many days after getting certified did it take to get your first claims? A: 4 days because of CCC installation. After that non stop. Just added a 4th firm. Almost a month out and I've done 73 with firm 1, 26 with firm 2, 15 with firm 3,and 5 with firm 4. That's 119 in my 1st month. That's more than I thought.

All instructors are extremely detailed, which is great for an online course. You can complete the course at your own pace, which is awesome if you are currently working fulltime.

Brad McCurdy / Sales in the Contruction industry. The adjuster world is a new world with a lot of sharks asking for money for training. I'm guilty for throwing hard earn money into sub-par training, all a money game. The IA Path crew is just the opposite, they stick by your side, help you muscle through the process and even after, the support continues to poor in from IA Path group. Michael Vinardi, I was a DM for a car wash and currently do electrical home inspections for insurance companies. I purchased the complete package, collision, and heavy equipment and RV. I would recommend IA Path to anyone looking to do what I did. There were somethings that this class could improve such as actually getting more practice with EMS folders and salvage bids that will be needed in the real world. Although, a great course.

My name is Jim Huston and I taught auto collision repair and Refinishing at a local college in Orlando for 18 years. I retired in 2020 but the college asked me to return partime so I am now semi retired. I purchased level 3 wanting to learn more than just auto estimating. IA PATH is 1 of a very few courses available and I would say a hands on course, as close to live as possible. I will definitely recommend IA PATH to anyone interested in damage estimating. I tell all the students at the college about this avenue if they are interested in this field. I have a lot off repair experience but needed to learn a lot of things dealing with insurance and the items needed to be professional. This course has definitely fulfilled my expectations and beyond. I would recommend going through the course and then starting again as you will learn so much more. Brad has the patience of a Saint and an excellent teacher.

I liked the course as a whole, but I wish the videos were updated to reflect the CRM being used and taught in the class vs what's on the videos. As of this review the updated videos were not out yet and my understanding is they're in the process of doing so for all up coming classes and new students. Overall, I thought Brad was an excellent instructor and very much appreciated his patience with us all newbies. I would recommend this course to anyone seeking to get into the auto side of appraising if you're already an IA or simply like to add to your current IA business.

My name is Torin, and I was a police officer for 15 years. I had done a lot of the up front process of getting my adjuster license setting up my business and things. I just needed an extra boost with being prepared for the work and getting opportunities. IA Path did that for me. I feel way more comfortable doing the work, there is always help, and I got signed on to two firms just before graduating. Can't say enough good things about IA Path and all who work for and with them.

Imagine facebook for IA's with experts that check regularly and can assist you in any questions or concerns you might have. Getting on with IA Firms: Was able to secure a position with an IA Firm before graduating, will be getting on more now that I've graduated. Roadmap: They have a roadmap to success that will have you completely ready to open and maintain an IA business, I am now a proud business owner myself. When looking into schools for the furthering of my career I wanted a quick ROI and this seems to be a very good decision, and I will be back to take more courses and further myself in this industry with them even more. I can not recommend them enough. THEY GET YOU WORK!

What a great course, it is a must take! I took the Auto Damage Certification class (the 30 day challenge). Prior to this I have been doing property residence and commercial inspections since 2017, some auto scope and photo only claims for hail, accident and vandalism. After spending over 7 years working just about every job at a car dealership, I got completely dissatisfied with how that industry was being ran, so I needed a change. I had sold cars to several adjusters over the years and their description of what they did really intrigued me. I had an opportunity to take some time away from work so I opted to getting my adjusters license and was hoping to get a job with a company to learn how to do this job. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about signing up for the auto damage certification. “Waiving 3 years experience at 40 firms” sounded too good to be true. Then I got in touch with one of those firms and the recruiter said they would love to add me to their roster because of need in my area, but that they only accept people with 3 years of experience or IAPath certification. She had me convinced that it is legit. After going through the training, I’m glad that I hadn’t started working for anyone yet because I knew so much less than I thought I did. The practical assignments combined with the recorded classes is a great combo to learn how to write auto estimates well. Thanks to Chris and Brad for their hard work!

When I obtained my license I did not know how to do claims; this class was the bridge I needed to go from just licensed to actually capable.

Was very good. I would like to have seen a bit more walk through with Mitchell on some items, airbags, blending. Not much done on sublet repairs ie. windshields. Brad is a great instructor he was patient and answered all questions. Chris is an amazing leader and mentor. Great videos.

30 day challenge was exciting! Having the ability to be challenged in a course make you push harder, especially to meet certain deadlines. I liked the set up and how you could track your progress by your percentage of certain completions. The weekly review sessions were always fun and exciting. It was very relaxed and the ability to be able to put live talk with peoples names was great. I personally wished at times they could have been a little longer, but I understand the amount of time and different time zones can impact that widely. Awesome experience, Thanks Chris!

Great Class. This class will allow you to learn the basics of auto damage appraising. Chris is a magnificent teacher and he will truly push you to learn throughout the course. From the first week to the last you will build on your skillset and by the time it is done you will confident and knowledgeable enough to take on assignments from firms. This is a great first step for any adjuster to take if they are considering a career as an auto damage adjuster.

Great course to get started in auto. This is a great course to learn the basics and a bit more about auto appraising. This course will set you ready to take on assignments as an IA when you finish it. Chris is very helphul and quick to answer any questions you may have as you start your career as an adjuster. Being part of the class is also great as you can ask questions to anyone and learn from different points of view.

The 30 day Challenge. I enjoyed the class, the challenging homework, as well as the rejections because it helped me get better with my work. I still have not finished the optional challenges because I want to make sure I pass the course first before doing the EIN, the LLC, and passing my resumes along. The Complete Package! I've taken several courses in the past but must say this is the most complete by far. I came in knowing very little about auto adjusting and now feel 100% prepared to handle claims on my own. Being able to go over our homework each in every week as a group in a safe environment was amazing. Everyone from teachers to students were so helpful. Best decisions I've made in my adjusting career!

Making it simple. I enjoyed how Chris took what is an intimidating task of learning the steps of becoming an IA, and made it simple. All the moving parts and the task he breaks down in easy to follow step by step process. Overall, I really enjoyed the simple approach to writing estimates, for me this allowed me to be relaxed knowing I don't have to be an expert immediately. The support and mentoring are huge! It's nice to know that Chris and the community are there for support long after graduation.

No doubts allowed. This is truly a mentorship with a class network. The guidance offered ensures your skills are in place to succeed, you have a knowledge base, and that you'll be off and running, in the right direction, from the completion. Best online class I have done. I was a little skeptical but signed up anyway, and am still surprised how much Chris is focused on delivering on his promises, and then some. VERY CHALLENGING. Chris really put it all together for us students. taught us the pertinents of writing a PROPER estimate to make sure we put out a good product. We are independent appraisers now. Very Good hands on Training. Overall this course is one of the best there is. Believe me,I have research others,and kept coming back to IAPath. If you are brand new ,this course is for you. If you have experience this certification is a solid refresher. There are a few holes that could be plug knowledge wise. Ask the questions in the class and in the community you will will become part of. If you do the work, ask questions view videos, participate in the community, and make sure you avail yourself of certification classes, you will learn and ultimately succeed. I would definitely recommend this certification course.

Very Clear, step by step of what expected from you. I didn't have an issue rechecking of what was expected to be sent over for completion of assignments. I went back frequently to ensure that I included everything.

Great teaching!! Chris is a very likeable guy and an awesome teacher as well. His laid back demeanor and teaching method made the weekly class go by quick and it was actually a lot of fun. The only thing that I wished was a part of the class would be to learn CCC One.

Be Certified. The class that gets you in front of the hiring companies! They will look at you seriously and give you an opportunity! Very thorough gives you a simplified method to the auto appraisal industry!

Accurate description. I struggled with the material being in "little pieces" until the Auto Damage Appraiser's Guide came into play. Then those "little pieces" seemed to make more sense. I would edit the Guide to say "Interior Trim Panel" instead of just trim panel so it is clearer where that panel is. As for me, I learn better by using multiple keystrokes or repetition. We were given one assignment per week. It would have helped me to some interactive mini assignments where I was given a task, for me to complete an estimate, and then have the software tell me what needed attention. I realize this, however, would require an extensive amount of time to create such a software program.

Strong foundation of knowledge. Enjoyed the pacing of the class with the build up to higher volume estimates and diffrent scenarios.

Auto Certification. This course was best thing I have done and is a lot of information but valuable at that.

Auto Damage Certification. Although I began the course a bit lost and confused, I realized all of what I needed to get a thorough understanding of assignments were to be found here, I was well on my way. Having been an educator I understand the hard work that goes into creating a "curriculum" that is easy to follow and provides all necessary resources. WELL DONE! I appreciate all of the time and effort that was put into this course!!

I like the name for this course, it makes sense. I really enjoyed this course. I like the idea of being able to learn with other people and also have the ability to ask questions. The hands on experience is crucial in this career and is what really makes the certification worth it!

Auto Damage Certification. I thought the class was informative gave great direction. The exercises were great to get you familiar with what it's going to be like as a IA.

Fail Proof. The live classes and real estimates are what separates this from other courses you won't be disappointed. Chris will give you the tools to make sure you won't fail in your future career.

Auto Damage Certification. I really enjoyed meeting with all the trainees on Tuesday night and I got a lot of good stories, advise and laughs from them. The homework was challenging and you can never get enough practice or live estimate writes. I would have liked to see more live estimate writes in the beginning. I personally have waited on some of the optional tasks in the course because of the shelter-in-place coronavirus situation at hand. It would be helpful to make some of the other courses available for us students at this time. And to allow us to revisit the optional tasks in the next couple weeks. I like your approach to the auto damage certification and it really helped to cement those ideas with the repartition that was built into the course. I will recommend it to all that I meet in the future as I continue going down this path. I also look forward to being in the IA Path community.

Walk Away With A New Skillset. The IA Path auto damage appraisers training in total, is really solid training, as I went from knowing nothing about estimating, to being able to create a good auto damage estimate. The live-training led by Chris Stanley himself, with real world homework; is fantastic practice run for real world estimating. The training is supported by a library of videos which I can watch to improve my competence. Chris adds fresh content, so the course is not outdated. And having a community of appraisers who are so helpful and supportive with advise and suggestions, gives you a feeling that you are not out there alone, just twisting in the wind. Is this money well spent? Yes! Would I take the training again? In a heartbeat! This is high quality training of which Chris Stanley can be proud.

Valuable Course. Clear and informative weekly homework

Great Investment. All of the trainings I have taken this is by far the best. No other trainings prepare you for real world scenarios. You go over the material test your knowledge by submitting “estimates” they are then go to QA for review!!! If it gets rejected you have another chance to correct any errors and resubmit. In the real world if your estimates are incorrect they reject them but they will only reject so many before you no longer receive claims or they reassign and you don’t get paid.

Auto Damage Certificatiom (Homework Instructions) Although I'm a hands on person I found the weekly online class time and videos were very thorough as well as the online community was awesome. If anyone was to ask me should they take ia path class, I would highly recommend it I wish I would have taken it years ago.

Great Course!! Overall was great i feel it was the most helpful in addition to the great support offered by the online community. I believe a few more practice assignments added to this course would be very helpful. Chris was amazing in taking the time to answer any and all questions and let us the students take things where we were needing guidance but personal preference is that with the way these 5 class sessions are set up. It would be much more helpful to have abit more structure and focus to the class session and then open it back up to discussion in intervals
