They did not drag their feet about anything. They even refunded my pro rated portion of monthly charge back to my account within 3 days of closing without my prompting or asking for reminder. You do have to some work yourself, but this service makes it great.

Good service - you have to be ready to do the work to get your house sold. Understand going into it what services you may need and how that aligns with what they provide. The photographer they had shoot our house was great. The listing online was easy to manage. They responded in a timely way to questions from us and from the buyers agent. All was as expected. Overall I was very happy with the process and especially the savings from working with Spark apposed to hiring a regular realtor (I saved over $5K).
