Overall we had a very positive experience using ListingSpark and Spark Title. Everyone in Austin was very good at communincating information to us and keep us informed of how the sale and escrow was proceeding. The only constructive criticizem I would mention is that when we were under contract we received two new requests to show the property. I was able to save A LOT of money with ListingSpark. I found their system relatively easy to use and the communications back and forth are well-tracked. I liked how I could directly change things in my MLS listing. My questions weren't always answered by the same person, but it was not a problem as ListingSpark was very responsive to my questions.

We worked with Listing Spark during the spring of 2020 to sell our home and I can't say enough good about them! I was apprehensive at first but the process went seamlessly and we had a GREAT experience. The only downside is when buyer's agents saw that we were essentially "for sale by owner" they didn't seem to like that. But Listing Spark itself was great to work through, I would do it again! I know we likely saved $4,000-$5,000

Overall I was very happy with the process and especially the savings from working with Spark apposed to hiring a regular realtor (I saved over $5K). I would definitely recommend them to my investor friends. for any non-real estate savvy friends, I'd recommend they opt for the additional help they offer from one of the agents, because the basic plan I went with doesn't really give much guidance when it comes to the documents and the contract.

Great way to flat fee. Haven't found a flat fee broker that provides professional photography and good quick service at this price. Not to mention they prorate your closing month. Great deal! I will use them on all my retail deals.

Good service - you have to be ready to do the work to get your house sold. Understand going into it what services you may need and how that aligns with what they provide. The photographer they had shoot our house was great. The listing online was easy to manage. They responded in a timely way to questions from us and from the buyers agent. All was as expected. Just don't expect what you get from a full service agent, but who needs those anymore anyways? Just use listingspark.

This service was great and easy to use. The market was hot, so the sale was easy. Listing spark was always promptly available to answer my phone calls and emails. They did not drag their feet about anything. They even refunded my pro rated portion of monthly charge back to my account within 3 days of closing without my prompting or asking for reminder. You do have to some work yourself, but this service makes it great.

I used Listingspark and had a great experience. My house sold the second day it was listed for full asking price! The pictures were simply fantastic. Communication is almost 100% by email but is consistent and timely. I loved the css notifications regarding viewings of the house. It instantly showed me who was showing the house and why and passed through feedback. The other parties realtor didn't do anywhere near as much as listingspark did. Thank you listingspark! I also used spark title. They were professional and timely as well. The mobile notary to close quickly was convenient as well.

It was really easy getting my house listed on the MLS using ListingSpark. It took only a day or two after I paid the fee and entered in all my information on their user-friendly website. I liked having access to the Centralized Showing Service so I was notified of showing appointments. For a small fee, they will help you with the contracts. I saved over $8,000 in Realtor commissions selling through ListingSpark. I will use them again if I ever need to sell a house.

I have used this service to sell several houses now, but they truly exceeded my expectations when I was out of the country and unreachable between accepting an offer and closing. While I was gone the buyer requested to move the closing forward. They wished to close the day I got back, as soon as I found out I agreed, but the house wasn't ready and the realtor became frustrated. The team at Listing Spark went above and beyond, not only to represent me when I was out, but to smooth over things with the realtor and ensure that everyone involved was completely satisfied and happy.
