Today I renewed my Loan Signing System Signing Agent Certificate. I went over my Loan Signing System course (up to chapter 8 - the EXAM). It was very easy and useful to refresh all my knowledge. I was expecting to have 60 min. and 50 questions exam. And I got a pleasant surprise... Recertification exam was only 10 min. and had 16 questions. The questions were chosen very competently. Honestly, I do not know how I stumbled across Mark Wills. However, I couldn't be happier with the investment I made in myself. I consider myself somewhat a perfectionist and I always want to be knowledgeable about my services. This course should be a requirement to becoming a Loan Signing Agent. There was so much helpful information talked about in this course. It does require a lot of your time, but it was so worth it. I spent about 40 hours studying. I took the test and failed the first 2 times - 76 and 88. However, after completing Chapters 9-13, I took the test a 3rd time and passed with a 90%. Mark set the bar high, because he wants to know that you are knowledgeable to work in this industry. My Notary business goal is $2,500 a month. I am confident that I will be a Loan Signing Agent that looks something like the "mock" signing Mark illustrated in the training. I am serious about my business. I was very hesitant about purchasing the LSS, mainly due to the expense and my thought of “I can just YouTube everything.” The more I kept YouTubing, Marks videos kept coming up and I was more and more interested. After taking the NNA certification I attempted to watch the videos again for more knowledge and found I wasn’t gaining anything more from it. Incredibly helpful training program with a great mix of the necessary knowledge, industry background, and mock sessions to become an informed and prepared loan signing agent! There are often sales around major holidays and it is 100% worth the money.
