I am a Group PM at Productboard, and I've really appreciated the intention and thought put behind the community at Supra. For me, the quality of conversation and participants has lead to really engaging conversations about what can be difficult topics to discuss with co-workers. Overall I feel like I have a support network in Supra, and I look forward to each conversation.

I work on cross-company collaboration and enterprise standardization products at Autodesk Construction Solutions. I am Shaan and I work for a health-tech startup based in Boston as their Director of Product. Supra has been an amazing community where I have met some extraordinary individuals who share the same passion for product and I have been able to develop deeper connections with each one of them. The best thing about Supra is how it helps me tackle real-world organizational/management problems, providing me with the ability to brainstorm with individuals who have gone through or are going through similar challenges - I am always just one slack message away from getting great advice. This is incredible for someone who works at a start-up where each day you face a new issue that needs to be prioritized.

I was pleasantly surprised by Supra's meticulous vetting process and the quality of individuals in the cohort - each one of us in the cohort has a different "superpower" enabling us to complement each other well. These factors contribute to making conversations productive, relevant, and helpful.

I joined Supra as a founding member and I've loved every minute of it. Every month, I look forward to digging into meaty topics with my peers. I've already seen the impact of it on my work because I've been able to apply some frameworks that were shared.

Supra is the product community I've always wanted. My cohort is filled of some of the most talented product leaders in their spaces. I was surprised by how much I could learn from the group. I look forward to staying connected with everyone and helping each other grow throughout our careers.

I'm a Product Lead at Nubank, the largest digital bank in the world and the largest fintech in Latin America. I've been in product for a couple years, but am relatively new in my journey of leading and managing other PM's and broader teams. Being a PM Manager is lonely. There are not many good resources or support networks tailored to that niche. Supra has provided with me an invaluable network of peers who come from very diverse background, but are going through similar stages in our product leadership journey. In our sessions I've gotten invaluable advice from my cohort how to handle specific situations from others who have gone through it. The best part is that I have already been able to apply this advice to my day-to-day work. Would highly recommend Supra to any other product leaders!
