I ordered our ground beef with ground organs and it is by far the best and most nutritious beef we have ever tasted!

I absolutely love this beef! I know the land, the care, and the quality they provide. Grass-fed beef is a core component of my health protocol, and I doubt I could find such an excellent and convenient (and reasonably-priced) source anywhere else. Thank you Whole Cow Project!!!

I loved working with this sweet family. Their product is quality and delicious! My absolute favorite is the ground beef with organs which is a nutrient powerhouse. The cow share was just the right cuts and they throw in the bones separately for bone broth. Great experience and highly recommend.

We love getting our meat straight from the farmer! They are so knowledgeable and willing to share all details that go into the health of their soil and their cows. We love that they do rotational grazing & no hormones/antibiotics! We always get the organs added into our ground beef because there is no taste difference but lots of amazing added benefits! The While Project Cow meat is our primary meat of choice at home!
