The HR team at 21K school has done amazing job accessing the need of students before recruiting teachers. One of the most important quality to admire in teachers is empathy. I love how well personalized attention is given to each student by 21K teachers leveraging technology in 21st century.

How do 450+ Teachers collaborate virtually and deliver world-class learning experiences at 21K School?  This is a question that I am often asked. This framework allows them to succeed even when they face complex challenges.  5.     We have created a robust support system for the academic crew that includes tech support, talent management and training development teams, and operations crew to ensure happy classrooms! 6.     We know that great things happen when employees are passionate, engaged and motivated. That's why our culture stimulates everyone to "Go For Great" with a whole year of moments that matter! 7. Celebrating wow moments throughout the week is not just about us being happy. It is also a chance for our facilitators to share their thoughts on what made this experience extraordinary! 8.     Paying employees a fair and balanced salary is the cornerstone of our success. I am so proud of the students behind "Echo of 21K", a student-led series of podcasts. They have shown incredible dedication and creativity in making this Podcast happen. The latest episode features the students behind this initiative – from thought to execution. Seeing how much they have grown and developed in such a short time is extraordinary. Watching and listening to the conversation between these students fills me with emotion. Their conversation is free-flowing and joyful, and it is clear that they have a deep understanding of the world around them. The insights I heard, "the qualities you have as a leader are so difficult to nurture in others", and many more are gems of wisdom. This Podcast is also a great example of the 21K School educational experience in action. This episode has made me feel incredibly hopeful for the future. These students are going to make a real impact on the world, and I feel privileged to have been part of their education at 21K. Hi Five to homeschooling!! Enrolled my daughter in 21K School and they provide great guidance to syllabus without making it schooly!! My daughter's never been sharper, calmer and more enthusiastic to learn!!

Technology has brought us closer and made learning easier for everyone. I am based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. I decided to enrol my daughter at 21K School after I did some research on the internet. My daughter is happy and managed to learn so quickly with the help of ever supportive teachers and a dedicated teacher - Mdm Sristi Gupta. The contents are dynamic and learning objectives are met. I often watch the recorded videos to observe my daughter's progress and I can say that I am very much impressed with her class interaction despite learning online. In fact, the attention span was longer and the teacher managed to assess every student's level of understanding in every session.
