9 years of AWeber and I'm still impressed! I have been a customer of AWeber for years. Today was another confirmation of why I stick with this company. Justin in customer service helped me not only resolve and issue (I created), but helped me understand why this happened and how to avoid it in the future. In addition, Justin was kind, professional, and patient as I brainstormed with him how to best implement my vision. Once again, AWeber's customer service team, and the ability to call and talk to a live person, is SUPERB.

Their new features from" AI" approaches to sharing my test work with other customers is a wonderful opportunity Every chance I get to send out my business alert or send our monthly newsletter, AWeber is the most valuable asset for me to count on. Their staff is very large and very talented. They always make good suggestions for me to evaluate and choose the best choice.

Had a problem with deliverability and contacted the support. So the answer came fast within hours while i did something else. The problem was solved within 24 hours and now all e-mails got sent. The support is incredible fast and helping.

I decided to speak to a customer service specialist when after several attempts to remove blank space from my weekly newsletter - I could never permanently banish it. Aweber is a really great email marketing platform and the support team, especially Amanda W, are always there for me. Nothing is too hard for them. I'm no expert in the field of email marketing and I appreciate their patience with some of the questions I ask. Also I am in Australia but I always receive a response the next day helping me with my queries. I am very happy with their service!
