I had an issue with DMARC record not resolving on a new list. Will P. (AWeber) was very helpful, professional yet friendly and walked me through troubleshooting the issue on my hosting zone records. He was very patient, helpful, and stayed with me until we applied the solution, it was tested and the issue was confirmed to be fully resolved, much appreciated.
