I've been with Aweber for several years now and I'm very. happy with them in the last six months more than the previous time I never used them that much, but I am now and they're very much have a great support team and they're there willing to help you if you have any problems. I've just had a situation that a couple weeks ago that was straightened out quickly and. help me to understand what I need to do to get things done. Aweber is a great company because of the support and the caring of the team.Tthanks Aweber and Amanda the last person that I tlaked with support team

So much easier asking a real human expert questions I absolutley hate talking to BOTS. Michelle was great she actioned my request with no problems or delays. Keep real people in jobs get rid of the bots and we will all be happier.

Years ago, I used Aweber and suggested it to all my coaching clients. Wanting more "fancy" features, I moved over to Active Campaign, only to find that even sending an email was so complicated I needed to hire a third-party A/C professional to get it done.
Three years later, I moved to Siteground web hosting and their coordinating email services. Lots of hoops to jump through to reach a Customer Support person, though their mechanized "support" was always available. Who wants AI support? Not me!
So now I'm back at Aweber, where--on my first try--I reached a HUMAN (named Mary H--go, Mary!) who 1) answered my phone call, 2) had a great attitude, 3) helped me get reacquainted with Aweber's infrastructure, and 4) walked me through the entire set of steps to publish my first email.
Stupendous!
If you're paying big bucks for your email service but don't want to be forced to speak with a MACHINE...if you want one-on-one assistance from a PERSON, do what I did...give Aweber another try.
You'll be glad you did!
