But after getting a feel for the group you are about to become a part of, it becomes a close team of peers all working on the same goal - to excel in your role and support your internal team and ultimately the client. You are provided tools to help become more organized and strategic. Don't hesitate to communicate with the GenuineShift team or your other team members throughout the course and beyond. There is so much knowledge to gain from another perspective and find solutions to your questions. The biggest take away for me is communication is key. Be clear and concise with your fact finding and responses to your client. They are looking for someone to lead them through and be a partner in this benefits relationship!

I’m more organized, confident with clients, and was able to fully unplug for a long weekend without stress. I liked the real-life examples and practical advice to make the situation better. I used the “Ask A Coach” feature via phone or video messaging a few times. It was easy to explain the problem, and getting a response from several coaches helped get other points of view. Use the techniques offered - Avoid the swirl. These are things that you can do and put into practice on the same day, and it makes a difference in your work and mindset. I’d encourage ALL leadership to allow staff to go through this program. I’ve been an account manager for over 15 years and learned a lot during this program. Plus, the availability of my coaches and the live open group forum were most helpful if I had an issue. Not to mention, I was able to share what worked for me in the past to help others in my cohort.
