My name is Leith Christensen, and I'm working on a non-profit called The Cineturgy Project to help support Screenwriters in developing their scripts and then presenting them to industry professionals. I was struggling to effectively consolidate all the parts of my idea into a workable business plan that I could present to future donors. Daren's event was so well thought out and concisely touched on every aspect every small business owner should have top of mind as they work through their own creative process. Through this workshop, I realized my business ideas were sound, my budgets were realistic, my marketing ideas were spot on, but I definitely had limiting beliefs about myself as a business owner. I so appreciated the mindset portion of the workshop and how to refarme mindsets to attain desired outcomes. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this workshop. I attending the Blockbuster Event via zoom which took place over 3 days. I was very impressed with the event, to say the least. I am a tattoo artist and am working on a second business of website design and templates for small businesses and creatives. I did decide to focus on my tattooing business while attending the event. This type of hands-on creative industry can be tricky to fit into the box of a lot of this type of event. I was not disappointed though! The willingness and ability to get creative ideas on how to apply many of the advice was fantastic. I have so many great ideas to sort through and start implementing into my studio and website, not to mention on my next business idea! I would highly recommend Daren and Craftsman Creative to anyone in a creative industry. He is so enthusiastic and passionate about his work and helping others. He really is doing all of this to help see others succeed! I'm so happy I attended the workshop and looking forward to joining the community!
