After years of trying many ways of learning python from Coursera, Pluralsight, Linkedin Learning, etc, I have found an excellent resource for data analysis with python that I consider head and shoulders above anything else. I found the creator, Ted Petrou, through his book "Pandas Cookbook" that I found myself referring to much more often than any of my other books. His website, dunderdata.com, takes it to another level with several great classes that take you through many practical data analysis projects from beginning to end. For example in the "Build an Interactive Data Analytics Dashboard with Python" class we build a dashboard (using Plotly and Dash) to track Covid19 and update it with real data. He also includes forecasting projects to predict future cases. I highly recommend!

Ted is not only one of the people who know more about Python/Pandas and Data Analysis He is also extremely focused to develop best practices and make them easy and understandable to everybody. I enjoyed taking his courses and reading his books! Sadly I don't have the time to see all of the valuable material that He made (including the awesome challenges!)

Teddy consulted and helped us build a proprietary algorithm for valuing NFTs based on large amounts of NFT metadata and past sales data. The model works well across common scenarios and edge scenarios such as sparse sales data or extreme volatility. He also has made public presentations on some parts of the algorithm and shown a great ability to explain complex concepts simply. I had the pleasure of taking the Python Fundamentals course. It provided a comprehensive introduction to Python without feeling overwhelming. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn Python.

The final dashboard project worths the cost many times. It is excellent! I am using it as a template for my own dashboard project. The author also has videos for this book and you can find the videos in his website. After buying the video course, you can ask the author for your questions which is really helpful for a great learning experience.

I purchased the “Build an Interactive Data Analytics Dashboard with Python” and it is really good. He has organized his material so that he gives you little doses of each topic. It’s easy to pickup core concepts quick. Totally recommend!!!
