Also, some of the review questions after each module asked questions about material that was to be covered in the following module. Confused me sometimes. Buying and using this course helped me pass my part 107 exam on the first try. Even though I struggled with the practice tests I still scored very well on the actual test. A 97 wow. I honestly could not have done it on my own just watching random videos on YouTube and reading random material online. In fact one of the study guides I found online (NOT from drone launch academy) had incorrect information, if I had relied on that study material I would have failed. Don’t take a chance. The cost of the course from drone launch academy is well worth the investment.

Probably 90% of the questions were regulations, only a few Sectionsl Charts, and a couple of weather. A few were completely foreign, but I had enough understanding to make a logical choice. Also, test consisted of 65 questions with only 60 counting-- unknown which 5 did not.

I would suggest taking the practice exam multiple times, even if you pass the first time. When I took the actual exam, I got through it so quickly (20 minutes), that I went back through it all just to make sure I didn't go quickly and miss something. Well worth the investment!

Admittedly at 75 years old I am less familiar with technology than many younger than me, but I took my time with the course, took multiple practice exams and found the FAA exam yesterday to be challenging but familiar. I think the treatment of altitude density may have been a little convoluted and will say that there were fewer questions on the exam requiring the charts than I expected. Drone Launch Academy was very easy to navigate, follow, and use. I was able to access all of the course materials without any issues, and the content was broken down in a way that made it easy to understand for any level of experience. The only issue I ran into was with the final test scoring. After successfully taking the test a few times, the last few attempts would error out when trying to submit for scoring. I’m not sure if it was a backend issue or if I had exceeded the number of scored attempts allowed. Aside from that, the overall experience was great and the course content was very digestible and well organized.

Let me admit from the start that I've always been a slow learner and reading comprehension is not my best but regardless I get through courses through repetition, repetition and more... With this said I learn more from online tutorials rather than a static instructor just speaking to me. A powerpoint presentation or something similar where the instructors points out specific chart details and illustrates weather properties in more detail would help a lot. A lot of your test questions were found in your reading materials rather than tutorials guided by your instructors so I combined your course with Part 107 apps I downloaded on my iPhone otherwise I don't think I could absorb enough information to pass the test.

Everything was broken down into very understandable sections, with videos and mini quizes at the end of each section! Then the practice exams at the end of the course go over each section again as an exam and the final exam goes over everything and helps give you a decent sense of what the real exam will be like!!! I ended up pushing my exam out 2 days from my original scheduled date so I could spend more time going through the practice exams and the final practice exam until I felt like I was prepared to take the real test. With all the lessons and the practice exams I walked into my exam ready to get it done. I walked out of my Part 107 Exam having aced it!!! I am so glad I took this course and that it prepared me to pass my exam on the first try!!!

There was inconsistency with the quizzes and how you received feedback, but the online materials functioned as expected. The only thing that I could not figure out was the flashcards.
