Before I did Paul’s course I felt pretty overwhelmed by keeping up with my health and fitness habits in addition to my hectic schedule. As a busy cook, it’s hard for me to follow strict programs because they don’t allow me the freedom and flexibility to make my own choices. Ignite taught me how to integrate healthy habits into my life no matter how busy I am, and did so in a way where I no longer feel like I’m depriving myself. I loved this course and can’t recommend it enough! 🙌
