Been sticking to the mobility plan religiously every day for just over the past week. I play American football and powerlift so mobility wasn't always top of my list but I thought the isolation period would be a great time to start. I feel brilliant and some aches and pains are already leaving my body.

Really enjoying the exercises and that you have to mark as complete so I have accountability. Only issue is that I have no access to a barbell or rig so there are a couple where I’ve had to slightly amend what exercise I’ve done.

I have always struggled with mobility and its an area I hated to focus on as I never felt I knew what I was doing. This plan has given me structure, hits all areas and only takes twenty minutes a day. I am loving this plan and could not recommend it highly enough !! Well done

Enjoying the manual, trying to do it everyday, but haven’t been able to do doing it as and when. Videos are really helpful, occasionally there is an error that in due course the clips could be amended, just with when Sonny is saying something, but overall very happy. Maybe the days could be signposted as to what area they are focusing on, and be clearer on what it means on ‘increases’ under the sets/reps/time as it’s not obvious.

Since you have to be patient when it comes to mobility it’s great to have a plan to follow. In that way I feel more motivated to regularly work on my mobility which leads to better results. Videos and instructions are great and easy to follow!

"Perfect for lockdown. Finally doing the mobility exercises that I need to be doing to improve my lifts. The plan is manageable so finally getting into the habit of doing this regularly. The videos are easy to follow and love there is a Facebook group even though I am a bit pants at checking it.
Would definitely consider doing Sonny’s other plans when we come out of lockdown"

I will not lie to you I am writing you because I am disappeared how does mobility manual look like.
The biggest problem I see is that whole product seems to ass just really simple and lacky.
There no information how does mobility works, what to do before and after exercise, no other exercise options, how diagnose self for having bad mobility, no information about body anatomy.
Whole mobility manual is not what I'm looking for. I want to get my money back ."
