Good service - you have to be ready to do the work to get your house sold. Understand going into it what services you may need and how that aligns with what they provide. The photographer they had shoot our house was great. The listing online was easy to manage. They responded in a timely way to questions from us and from the buyers agent. All was as expected. Just don't expect what you get from a full service agent, but who needs those anymore anyways? Just use listingspark.

They did not drag their feet about anything. They even refunded my pro rated portion of monthly charge back to my account within 3 days of closing without my prompting or asking for reminder. You do have to some work yourself, but this service makes it great.

I used Listingspark and had a great experience. My house sold the second day it was listed for full asking price! The pictures were simply fantastic. Communication is almost 100% by email but is consistent and timely. I loved the css notifications regarding viewings of the house. It instantly showed me who was showing the house and why and passed through feedback. The other parties realtor didn't do anywhere near as much as listingspark did. Thank you listingspark! I also used spark title. They were professional and timely as well. The mobile notary to close quickly was convenient as well.
