Everyone in Austin was very good at communincating information to us and keep us informed of how the sale and escrow was proceeding. The only constructive criticizem I would mention is that when we were under contract we received two new requests to show the property. There seems to be a breakdown in the status of the contract between ListingSpark and Spark Title. Thank you for all your efforts in helping us sell our property. Richard Phillips

I was able to save A LOT of money with ListingSpark. I found their system relatively easy to use and the communications back and forth are well-tracked. I liked how I could directly change things in my MLS listing. My questions weren't always answered by the same person, but it was not a problem as ListingSpark was very responsive to my questions.

I was apprehensive at first but the process went seamlessly and we had a GREAT experience. The only downside is when buyer's agents saw that we were essentially "for sale by owner" they didn't seem to like that. But Listing Spark itself was great to work through, I would do it again! I know we likely saved $4,000-$5,000

I used Listingspark and had a great experience. My house sold the second day it was listed for full asking price! The pictures were simply fantastic. Communication is almost 100% by email but is consistent and timely. I loved the css notifications regarding viewings of the house. It instantly showed me who was showing the house and why and passed through feedback. The other parties realtor didn't do anywhere near as much as listingspark did. Thank you listingspark! I also used spark title. They were professional and timely as well. The mobile notary to close quickly was convenient as well.

Communication is almost 100% by email but is consistent and timely. I loved the css notifications regarding viewings of the house. It instantly showed me who was showing the house and why and passed through feedback. The other parties realtor didn't do anywhere near as much as listingspark did. Thank you listingspark! I also used spark title. They were professional and timely as well. The mobile notary to close quickly was convenient as well.

I liked having access to the Centralized Showing Service so I was notified of showing appointments. For a small fee, they will help you with the contracts. I saved over $8,000 in Realtor commissions selling through ListingSpark. I will use them again if I ever need to sell a house.

While I was gone the buyer requested to move the closing forward. They wished to close the day I got back, as soon as I found out I agreed, but the house wasn't ready and the realtor became frustrated. The team at Listing Spark went above and beyond, not only to represent me when I was out, but to smooth over things with the realtor and ensure that everyone involved was completely satisfied and happy. I was intrigued so looked into it. Not only was I impressed by their website but their customer service and communication was outstanding. We ended up saving about $15k in realtor and realtor associated costs and closed on our house quickly. They were available and professional in all interactions. I would sell with ListingSpark again in a heartbeat!

This company is great! We wanted to sell without a realtor to save every penny that we could. We posted for sale by owner on Zillow but were not getting very much feedback. This company contacted us multiple times about listing through them with the MLS. We were very skeptical at first but the seven dollars a day is no joke. There are no extra fees unless you want additional services. They even sent us a for sale sign and a lock box for our home. Once our house went live on the MLS we got a full price offer within 3 hours!! I do not regret selling by owner, we saved over $10K! I very highly recommend listing with listing spark.

We just sold our 4th house using ListingSpark. From beginning to end they take all the guesswork out of selling your home yourself they send out a professional photographer to take pictures of your property interior exterior outside yards and post them to be viewed by potential buyers. They do the MLS listing for you Period they send you to sign to put in the yard the lock box they provide a code to the real estate agents you decide if you want to be notified each time the property is shown and they will notify you letting you know which realtor is showing the property what time. They will set that up an open house showing for you. I’m very satisfied with ListingSpark they take all the work out of selling your home yourself for seven dollars a day you cannot beat that.

Absolutely fantastic service. Wish they were in all 50 states! We paid for the "closing specialist" service when we sold our home and it was totally worth it. You pay a tiny fraction of the cost to get all the value-add benefits of a seller's agent. When you get this upgrade, Aaron (a co-founder) negotiates and communicates on your behalf. He jumps in to negotiate at all of the hurdles in the closing (offer, inspection, and appraisal). But that is all you really need - everything else when selling a home is very simple. I sold my first house through them (so I didn't know much) but was still very easy and smooth. Their response time is incredible, there attention to detail impeccable, their customer support is top of the line. Sydney has been guiding me through the whole process and has made it a pleasure. I listed a home and had it under contract in 21 days, the second home I listed was under contract in less than a week. I was concerned about the closing process but they took me through the finish line like an Olympic sprinter.
