I had the pleasure to participate in one of Dean’s workshops. And I came out feeling like an AI queen. I am ready to roll up my sleeves and take advantage of the immense help AI tools can provide our company to be more efficient in reaching customers closing deals.

I attended a LinkedIn Sales Navigator course yesterday and found it really useful and practical. The course covered all of the technical and foundational aspects of Sales Navigator, which was particularly helpful for anyone who is new to the platform or considering whether it would be a worthwhile tool for their business. However, for me, the most valuable part was the recommended sales process and the practical guidance around how to use LinkedIn effectively for prospecting. They covered everything from the types of messages that work and how frequently to contact prospects, to the important preparation and "warming up" that should happen before you even think about sending a connection request. I particularly liked the emphasis on engaging with potential clients' content first – taking the time to like and comment on their posts and become familiar to them before trying to connect. It made the whole approach feel much more natural and relationship-focused, rather than simply connecting with someone and immediately trying to sell to them. Both Terry and Kurtis were brilliant. They were incredibly knowledgeable, not just about LinkedIn Sales Navigator but about sales and business development more generally, which made the course even more valuable. I would definitely recommend the course, particularly to anyone who is new to Sales Navigator or considering investing in it. I came away with a much better understanding of the platform, but also with a practical sales process and ideas that I can actually put into practice.

This was actually a refresher course for me and was really worth it. For me I like to go through a process step by step so the detail in this training was really impactful. Dena and Josh were also on hand to answer all my questions so felt confident when i left.

I attended this in person training session with the hope to understand if there are better ways to use LinkedIn to engage with customers, especially new contacts, and the session didn't disappoint!
