I really wish I didn't have to do a 1-star review, but I feel as if I have no choice. My husband and I pay for a server to allow us to play modded Minecraft together. Before the updated website, it was quite easy to create a server, get it running, and play. When we wanted to switch modpacks, we could do so without much trouble. However, now it's difficult, convoluted, and almost anti-intuitive to figure out how to make a new modpack server. Honestly, such a big step backwards, and my husband and I are really debating on whether we want to keep going with Nodecraft for much longer.

I created a Minecraft Server with friends for an about 2 months. I tried multiple servers hosting websites, including Bisect Hosting and hosting my own, but I had multiple problems. With Bisect Hosting, their support just feels like AI and really never helped fix the solution. But ever since I switched to Node Craft, They have always fixed my problems, from Memory Leak, CPU Usage, RAM Usage, To even mods causing issues. Even though they don't have 24/7 support, you really don't need it. The support alone is 5 stars. They have always found problems with my mudpacks (because I kinda just shove all mods into a pack, hoping and praying they work with each other), but this mod pack was ATM9 with about 100 more mods added. So it was by no means a light pack; they literally fixed every problem from RAM to CPU; even at one point, there was a memory leak. He also found problems with mods in my pack that caused major lag, all of them were fixed In one conversation. I highly recommend Node Craft to anyone looking to mod Minecraft or even play vanilla. Now on to the server panel. I would give it 4.5 stars. I feel that when adding mods to the folder, it should detect which ones have the same name but a different version and pick the higher version so you don't duplicate. Of course, it takes some getting used to. If I ever need a server hosting website, I will come back to Node Craft, leaving my review at 5 Stars.

I have used nodecraft on and off for a few years now. I have usually been running heavy Minecraft modpacks. They are a huge hit with my friends. So I do pay for a little bit more, but I have never been disappointed. I have had to get their on site help on several occasion and staffing has always been incredibly kind and helpful. I have continually payed upwards of 40-50 depending on my needs and it has been the best option for server hosting I have made

Even though help was quick (99% within 10 min) it's to bad that the solution for all our issues did not come from Landon or Cameron but from my friends. After asking both Landon and Cameron numeros times about the high % on RAM if that could be the problem both said " No, that normal and fine". But ever since we upt the RAM (pay you more for the extra RAM) we havent gotten any problems. It's very sad that we had to go through so much frustration and so much tinkering (on your end by Landon & Cameron) where the solution was very simple.

Previous servers I've had with them have mostly been fine but this most recent one where I asked for support for an error I was seeing, my issue wasn't looked at and they told me it was something where I just needed to wait. Then I had further issues and they told me that it was working when they looked (the next day), but didn't look at the error logs to see if there was anything that would cause issues again. It happened again and I haven't been able to use my server at all since I paid for it. I keep asking them to at least look at the logs and no one has. I ended up buying another bot and deploying another enshrouded instance on it which is working just fine. The service is okay but the support is awful. 0/10
