A friend recommended this digital course, « The Goal Setting System ». I do not regret it, the course is easy to follow, I was able to make breaks whenever I wanted. It allows you to take a look at yourself for a very reasonable price. Pascal gives very good advice. I highly recommend this course.

It is typical that every new year, you set goals only to "give up" a few weeks later. I have some big goals and I wanted to make sure I had a plan to follow through. Pascal's course is structured and easy to follow, yet provides much insight on how to attach your own values to your goals. I loved how simple the process was and the templates he provides are great, as I could either print them or fill them out digitally. I would recommend the course to anyone who really wants to have a plan to achieve your big goals, any time of the year, this course, is one to watch over and over again, everytime you want to seat a new big goal.
