Support seems pretty solid and the platform is always improving. I have submitted a ticket and within an hour I'll get a thorough response.

Some of the features that I like are - the ability to create customizable dashboards, sorting all of your top priorities neatly, putting together contracts and proposals with the help of readily available templates, that you can customize in minutes, create and track tasks with deadlines, and then further reorganizing those within various task groups/categories withing different projects, and the best part is that I can create clients and their corresponding companies/agencies database and connect or associate each of those contacts with a particular project, and thereby keep track of all communications and coordinate the progress. The invoice can also be generated automatically from the proposal.
