I love how Plutio is a complete tool to run my small business and how extensible it is with the API.

After paying and using many project management tools, we were unable to find one that worked for all parts of our agency. If we managed the project ok, then the client had problems. Ease of use and the White Label functionality, customize everything, the list goes on. Publio is just what we needed, the clients love it and find it easy to use, the team loves it and being able to set permissions for all roles, all are happy with the power they have at their disposal. You have your tasks, proposals, projects, calendar, people etc. all in one place. Even timesheets and invoicing can be done through Plutio. Plutio has a nice User Interface and the developer seems to be a very nice person. He has several training videos made. File exchange platform with clients.

Plutio is easy to use yet very powerful. It has projects, tasks, proposals, contracts, time tracking and more. Interface is clear, everything is where it should be. But perhaps the best thins about Plutio is its founder, Leo Bassam. The guy is passionate about the product and interacts with the users.

I've used my fair share of task management systems and something about Plutio is the most charming to me. I love using Plutio because I initially got it for the right price I was looking for. I didn't want to shell out monthly fees and have a big overhead for things like Monday or TeamWork. So I found Plutio on accident and ended up fully integrating it. Plutio has a clean interface with easy to use tools and controls and because of that it makes it an ideal Task Management that has online, mobile, and desktop integration. Perfect for a multi-device user such as myself.

The flexible dashboard, financial features issuing invoices/receipts with templates, proposal and project management with Kanban view are very helpful! Very comprehensive features and functions.
