Plutio is a project management app that has everything you need to make your workflow smoother. Some of the features that I like are - the ability to create customizable dashboards, sorting all of your top priorities neatly, putting together contracts and proposals with the help of readily available templates, that you can customize in minutes, create and track tasks with deadlines, and then further reorganizing those within various task groups/categories withing different projects, and the best part is that I can create clients and their corresponding companies/agencies database and connect or associate each of those contacts with a particular project, and thereby keep track of all communications and coordinate the progress. The invoice can also be generated automatically from the proposal.

Ease of use to get started. It looks and feels fantastic. This is the "Apple" of business management software. I changed from another that i really liked but this is easy to get started with.

I've used my fair share of task management systems and something about Plutio is the most charming to me. I love using Plutio because I initially got it for the right price I was looking for.
