I was just listening to the last episode of @PostgresFM about Postgres gotchas. One of the topics they discussed was how difficult schema migrations can get, the complexities around DDL locks and unforeseen downtime related to those. (1/2)

I’ve been listening more to Podcasts around SRE and databases these days. My favorites have been the Google SRE Prodcast and Postgres FM. I absolutely recommend! That being said, thanks @PostgresFM I enjoyed the last 2 episodes on Disk Space and Compression. Insightful!
