Enrolling in Pradip Khakhar’s Legal Research and Bankruptcy course was a truly rewarding experience. He brings a strong real-world perspective to the classroom, turning complex topics into lessons that feel meaningful and practical rather than overwhelming. The pace and structure of the course showed clear consideration for students, especially the way he allows adequate time for assignments without sacrificing academic rigor. His supportive and approachable teaching style encouraged participation and made it easier to build confidence in applying legal research skills. By the end of the class, I felt better prepared, more engaged, and genuinely appreciative of the learning environment he created.

This class was extremely fun and hands on, and I genuinely looked forward to joining the Teams meetings each week. I enjoyed learning new skills, putting them into practice, learning from my mistakes, and growing in my legal research abilities. The strong level of participation throughout the class showed how comfortable students felt asking questions and engaging, which reflects the welcoming and supportive environment Professor Pradip Khakhar created. He fostered a space where students felt encouraged to contribute and learn. I am very excited to continue my education in his classroom next semester.

My name is Dunja Ilic and at the moment I’m student at the LIU Brooklyn- Paralegal Studies Certificate Program. Professor Pradip Khakhar helped me to better understand how to use online legal research platforms for writing case briefs and legal memos. He was giving a lot of good informations clearly and in understandable manner, what helped me to comprehend this topic without a struggle.

I am a former marketing professor, turned writer. I attended Pradip's seminar on Negotiation and was very impressed! His presentation was well organized, interesting, and I had a few takeaways that actually surprised me! He is a terrific find.

I found that Professor Pradip was clear in his explanations of the material and content at hand. He was always willing to answer any questions any of my classmates may have had and he was open to hearing different thoughts on the subjects that we were covering at the home. With Professor Pradip's direct, straightforward, and frank teaching style, the themes we covered became more accessible. However, his classes are not for those who aren't willing to apply a disciplined and serious work ethic to obtain the best grade that they can, as a lot of the material should also be reviewed in the student's downtime! Nonetheless, Professor Pradip is well aware of that though, and although he makes the assignments more challenging and demanding (which I'm sure that he does intentionally so that the student can grow, learn, and ultimately evolve not only academically, but even more importantly, to venture out in the real world and excel as a paralegal), he also gives ample time in class to be able to focus and work on them, which I greatly appreciated and valued. All in all, I was grateful for my time as a student in Professor Pradip's classes, especially his bankruptcy course, and I'd recommend any student to take advantage of the time that they have with Professor Pradip as much as they can.

I worked with Professor Khakhar during my legal research and bankruptcy courses at LIU Brooklyn. I am so grateful for everything he has taught me and helped me understand. I would say the best thing about working with him is his patience - he is willing to explain, sometimes in several different ways, to ensure that you understand the material.
