My son is now 17 years old and a senior in HS, committed to a NAIA school in Arkansas for next year. I coached him growing up and met Steve Springer at the Chicago ABCA Trade Show in 2013. His material and friendship changed and educated me, my son, and many of the kids AND parents on our teams over the years. I’m a U14 coach in northwestern Wisconsin. Two years ago our players we’re almost always hitting for batting average. One boy said to me “I want to right at .500 this season, my response to him was if you are chasing a batting average you’ll be lucky to hit .225. His average was .222. After listening to you and your approach to hitting for QAB. I decided to give QAB helmet awards after each game. This was not so much about the award, but to get the kids to hit the ball hard. It seemed to work as I was never asked about batting average all season. Every play received the awards, so it wasn’t just the top players. This worked for us. Spring met with a group of players at my request. He was great, I actually think the parents that were in attendance learned as much if not more than the kids. I highly recommend QAB to friends and foes alike.

I came across the Quality At Bats site back 2011 while coaching my son's highschool team , Nodaway Valley here in Iowa. We listened to cd for a few years then it must of disappeared. Last year ,2021, our team was struggling some I ordered the digital version had the guys listen to it and we went on a 9-1 run . This spring we did a zoom meeting with Springer and the guys got alot out of it. There's hardly a game or practice where Springer isn't mentioned. Thanks

Steve hope you are well. Can't thank you enough for your inspiration and message to our youth. I recommend QAB to everyone I know. From your phone call the night I ordered your CD for my son to you coming to Grand Ledge for our memorial fundraiser I can't say enough. Your message turned my son's career around in high school and now he is finishing his college career in baseball as a Big Ten pitcher. Still wants to hit but he ended up 60 feet away. However it was your message that gave him the confidence to push himself and reach his dream. We reference you often in or conversations. Hope to meet up again some day.

I run multiple teams from High School down to 8u level and all the athletes have benefitted from your teachings. They continue to display the mental skills spoken about in your recordings, even to the point where other teams have noticed and we quickly share where to get it. My son uses your words on a consistent basis when speaking about the sport of baseball. We always look forward to hearing about the game and how it can benefit the youth levels. Yet your teachings can benefit ALL ages.
