This was a great presentation. I really enjoyed the vocabulary used, and the graphics; these items really helped add some real world substance to the sometimes vague explanations of internal bias or micro/macro aggressions. I also really enjoyed the discussion portion, and the patience and grace the speaker had with individuals. The safe, open space created by the speaker allowed for individuals to be able to speak, listen, and learn authentically.
