Where to even start!!!
I reached out to Ryan to help me as I worked through my first qualitative customer research program, as I was honestly a little intimidated to go it fully alone. His videos and course are so helpful and easy to follow along with. If you have the budget to go the route where he helps, I would 100% recommend, especially if it's your first go at it. His insights and expertise were so appreciated as I worked through challenges and pulled the report together. My coworkers were so impressed with the final result.

These were NOT customers of mine - they're people who I had absolutely no previous relationship with.
Using Ryan's templates, 16% of my targets agreed to an interview. That close rate blew my mind - why would people be willing to give me a half hour of their time for free?
I still don't know, but they did, and I can only assume they did because I followed Ryan's methodology.
