Who are you, What do you do? I own a mobile car detailing company and am responsible for making sure all of our messaging is solid. Scout was awesome because it gave me actionable feedback right off the bat and within an hour. The biggest insight was that I need to increase the transparency at the booking page go make pricing blatantly obvious. I would recommend it because their freemium option is a great way to test the value waters to then upgrade to better suit your team's needs. This tool is SO great! We tested the FREE tool called Scout where you can get one feedback video per month on your site (or a clients). We did this for both our own eComm site and a couple of our client sites and have really enjoyed the honest feedback we've received from real consumers. It's definitely a good place to start for CRO.
