Digital writing is fun and worth investing time in. That phrase comes to mind when I think about the Ship 30 for 30 Cohort of Dickie Bush and Nicolas Cole. I’ve had the pleasure of learning from Dickie and Cole during the Live Cohort Session. Above all, I was impressed with Cole’s and Dickie ability to demystify digital writing and break it down into a digestible practical framework. I am not saying it’s easy, but worth investing my time and making time for writing. The best part is that after about 21 days, I got nervous if I had not put out any content, even if it was just a simple tweet.

I'm super impressed with the Ship30 structure and community. I'm still in the early stages of defining my niche, and I am so looking forward to this journey. I'm psyched to be a part of this unusual and positive space of motivated and empowered individuals.

Before joining my first Ship30for30 cohort, I had about 40 followers I’d somehow accrued since joining in 2012 and posting 1or 2 tweets. After 30 days of writing in the cohort, I’m up to 200 followers, I’ve posted 400 tweets, over 15,000 impressions, and 6,000 profile visits. I’d say the biggest lesson I learned is to keep posting to test what’s most interesting to your audience, then keep testing that type of content and/or format to find your sweet spot for engagement. I highly recommend joining the next cohort of you’re on the fence.

I really did not see any value with writing. And in English? Not my native language? Why bother. Just before I joined ship30, I started to get a glimpse of the power of writing to reach and move people. And since I am in the business of change, I need to create impact. Ship30 started me on that journey with a jetpack attached to my back. Ship30 is an incredible container designed for you to start using one of the most powerful tools in todays world - writing online. It is worth every penny just for the beautiful community. Nothing will drive you to succeed more than your tribe. For all of the courses out there I've spent money on, this is the One Course To Rule Them All. Dickie and Cole stuff so much value into S30F30 it's an embarrassment to everyone else on the market. Bonus: you learn how to run a great course from being in this great course. Don't hesitate!

Ship 30 is simply brillient program about Digital Writing. I struggled for 8 years to start writing on social media consistently before joining the Ship 30 cohort. I felt imoster, fear of rejection, imperfection and tribe judgement and could not start writing and publishing online. Throughout the program I wrote & publish everyday on social media on random topics to get rid of shyess, imposters and fear of rejections. Imperfect posts were published as the goal was to achieve progress instead of perfection. The templates are great tool to help writer and organize thoughts on topic. They made the writing and publishing process much easier, faster and self validating. Based on value I received from Ship 30 program I enrolled into Captain's Table to continue my growth as Digital Writer to move towards becoming Digital Builder. The Ship 30 experience was surplrisingly plesant for me. I could not have written & published posts for 30 days consecutively without the support from Ship 30 cohort fellows. Dicki & Nicole are simply amazing.

I knew Ship 30 was going to be a game changer, but I didn't know by how much. In 30 days, I: • Wrote every day (not just for clients, but for myself, and my audience). • Set aside and created a habit of Sacred Hours for personal work • Launched GrowHort (a community-based co-hort for first time growers) as well as a Discord and Digital Assets to support this effort • Consistently published 2x Newsletters each week • Repurposed my Content Strategy (TW-> LI and IG) • Organized My Office (personal development is a HUGE byproduct of Ship30) • Am halfway through my next co-author project • Was asked to be part of an Education Website related to my niche I also learned the key to beating imposter syndrome (specificity) and that you have to make time, not find time, to make changes in your life. Ship 30 offers so much clarity and personal development, you'll want to take it twice (and you can!).

Ignore every other course and community on Twitter and go all in with Ship 30 for 30! It's hard to describe the inspiration I feel surging through my body every day since joining. Dickie, Cole, and gang have created a unique environment that (if you commit to writing 30 days in a row) is GUARANTEED to make you a better writer, introduce you to like-minded digital friends, and set you on course for the next 1, 3, 5 years of your journey as a digital writer and builder. Specifically, the templates and writing frameworks are unmatched for removing friction and getting you started as a beginner. And their philosophy for action-oriented challenges (instead of passive learning) makes it fun and INFINITELY more valuable to participate.

Ship 30 is the best cohort-course I've ever taken. It truly is a life-changing experience. Dickie & Cole have created something immensely valuable. You will go from 0 to 1 if you take this course. From not having a writing habit to hitting publish every single day. If you are on the fence about joining, let me ask you this: How often have you tried building a writing habit but failed miserably? Ship 30 solves this issue by providing you with an INCREDIBLE community that will support you.

You've tried similar courses in the past, you can never stay motivated long enough to get it done. If you're on the fence about joining Ship30 because you don't know if you'll be able to complete it, read this: You can do anything for a month. Ship30 is a sprint, not a marathon. But it does teach you pacing. You're encouraged to learn how to write daily so you can turn your sprint speed into marathon speed. To top it off, there are prompts for each day to keep you from starring at a blank screen not knowing what to write.

I am so impressed with Ship 30 for 30! It's an immersive, high energy and valuable cohort that I'll forever be grateful for. I learned the fundamentals of digital writing from all the in-depth live trainings, and deep dives from Dickie and Cole. And felt accountable to put that learning into action through 30 days of writing and publishing online. I built a daily writing habit, developed my online writing, got closer to finding the topics to double down on, as well as met a bunch of great people. I'm so grateful for Ship 30 and I can't wait for the next one 🚢

THIS PROGRAM IS DIFFERENT I've attended several online/offline programs and I'm blown away by how detailed the curriculum is. COMPREHENSIVE YET FOLLOWABLE In spite of the vastness of content that's covered in 30 days, the step-by-step approach allowed me to get the most out of this program. COMMUNITY OF SHIPPERS The Ship30 community is engaged and learning from not just Dickie and Cole, but also for the mentors and the support of other shippers is incredible. SHIP30: JOURNEY NOT A DESTINATION Digital writing is a journey. Learning about the skills is the science and incorporating the techniques into your own writing is an art. Like any other creative work, this takes time and also requires commitment. Though Ship30 makes this journey an enjoyable one.

I can't say enough great things about Ship 30. It's an expertly designed course that keeps you engaged, active, and accountable. Many people quit shortly after starting to write online because they feel like they're writing into the void. With Ship 30, there's an active community of Shippers reading what you publish and offering support and feedback to help you improve. Ship 30 packs so much value that these guys should be doubling the price.

If you are one of the millions of people scrolling through various platforms and decide that you cannot possibly post anything of value, do I have news for you! Ship 30 will, in the space of 30 days, totatally transform how you view and interact on line. I was somewhat sceptical about achieving what Dickie and Cole forecasted at the beginning of the course. And I am happy to say that I achieved most of my goals and even exceeded some. If, confidence, imoster syndrome or anything else is holding you back, trust me, at the end of this course you will be wondering why you ever worried about those things. After completing the course I am confident that I can take my digital writing journey to wherever I want it to go.

Ship 30 for 30 helped me create better headlines and understand the power of formatting. Further, I was only on LinkedIn prior to the August cohort, I am now on Twitter and understand the power of the platform (a platform that I had major reservations about for years) and how it is useful for the digital writer. I joined the Captain's Table because I wanted to elevate my game and many who actively participated in that program have done very well. The program is worth it - even if you have a consistent writing practice - which I did prior to the program.

After joining Ship30 for 30 days and writing for those 30 days, I realized I'm only scratching the surface. You may find writing information online, but I assure you that it is all generic garbage that will lead you astray. Dickie and Cole break down the fundamentals into simple, digestible frameworks that truly guide you toward your objectives. It's been an extremely rewarding (and challenging) journey, and I'm more eager than ever to continue writing online and creating a category that I own for my audience.

The community of Ship 30 is phenomenal. Writing is a big part, but the interactions with other shippers on twitter is invaluable. It's hard to write alone without any feedback. Ship 30 gives a great way to make writing fun.

Before I joined the Ship 30 For 30 Cohort, I wrote literally 0 content. I was simply afraid of the web and what others would think about my writing. Ship 30 for 30 not only helped me to overcome that fear, it also gave me all the essential tools, to become a successful digital writer. I thought writing was a purely creative ongoing, but to my surprise writing—especially digital writing—is a craft like any other, that can learned, refined, and mastered. I attended many courses online, but Ship 30 For 30 is by far the best one. I would recommend it to everyone, who want to start creating content online.

Before I started Ship 30 for 30 I would stare at a blank page to write a post for my blog or an editorial for my online magazine. Now I start with an idea, choose a template as an outline, and jump right in. I've gained confidence as a writer and learned new tools such as Twitter and LinkedIn to share my message. I would encourage anyone on the fence to just jump in. It is worth every dollar and then some!

I tried (and failed) to start a writing habit for 7 years. Ship 30 got me right within 1 month. My favorite parts of Ship 30 were the live calls and templates. I was approaching writing totally wrong. Both of these resources helped me see that I was simply trying at the wrong things.

Omg! Ship30 is the king of all cohorts 👑 I have spent over $50K and 1000+ hours in self improvement the last 6 years. But Ship30 is by far the best bang for the buck. Hands down. The way Dickie and Cole runs the bi-weekly live sessions is purely sensational and is a model for how cohorts must be run for all community. Really grateful to Dickie Bush and Nicolas Cole for creating this 30 day quest. Been waiting for something like this for ages! 🙌

I joined Ship30For30 because I needed help to take my writing to the next level. I have written for the last three years and have had 150k monthly views on my Medium articles. I saw potential in my writing but also felt stuck. I did not know how to grow further. I wanted to gain writing skills and clarity. From Ship 30For30 I got massive learning such as clarity on topics, headlines, and 1-3-1 formatting. Ship30for30 has changed how I used to write an article. My recent articles are focused and concise. Medium publications are publishing my articles. Today, I completed 60 days of daily writing.

I thought I was going to learn clear writing and thinking, like my brother Nick Gracilla learned from his Cohorts. Ship 30 for 30 absolutely helped accomplish that goal! What I didn't know is that Daily Writing and Publishing would save and change my life: I went from burned out, depressed Long-COVID symptoms Hospital worker, to excited, supported, and progressing Solopreneur! The skills of discipline, focus and time creation I learned from Daily Writing are manifesting in my own LLC's progress! I was so stuck before I departed on the March Cohort. Now, the World is my Oyster again! I'm not a leaf, lost, tossed in the stream, I'm the Captain driving my Ship. The Horizon's the Limit !!! Thanks Dickie & Cole for not just saving my Life, but helping me Thrive!

Ship30 is without doubt the highest value and most inspiring programme I've ever taken. If you've ever thought you'd like to write more on the internet or have struggled to find your voice, hit publish or organise your ideas, Ship30 is for you. I've used learning from Ship30 so much on Twitter and LinkedIn and for driving content for work. I've only really done Ship30 as an 'extra-curricular', but still saw huge improvement in my reach, clarity of thought and expression. Dickie and Cole are absolute powerhouses.

Ship 30 for 30 is like one of those "how it started" vs "how it's going" memes: How it started: you come in with an expectation of something that'll last a month, will be worth the small investment, and maybe you'll learn a thing or two about how to be consistent, build your digital writing skills, and get some followers on social media. How it's going: you're a year in, you have learned more than you did in your entire post-secondary education, you have made actual, lasting friends who support your growth in whatever area you need it, and you've told everyone you know about the life-changing experience you're having. I expected meh, and I got life-changing. It turns out that the barriers to my success in digital writing are ACTUALLY barriers to success in my LIFE: Consistency. Perfectionism. Communication. Networking. Performance Anxiety. You aren't just taught how to write for digital - which, by the way, you TOTALLY are - you're taught what's getting in your way, and you're given tools to overcome your blockers. Full disclosure: many people have been more "successful" than me. I still haven't hit my 30-day target. But that's not because of Ship30 - it's because I still have things to work on and habits I need to form. I'm 💯 sure that every cohort, lesson, and zoom call will help me develop another compounding habit that will eventually get me there. Each cohort is better than the last. The course evolves and learns from its own mistakes. I can't wait to start again in August, see what's changed, and meet new people.

Ship 30 for 30 helped me find the courage to step into a second career as a writer. I didn't realize it was courage I needed -- I thought I needed permission. Calling myself a writer was step one. Committing to a writing practice was step two. Two steps put me on the path to a new direction. Thanks Cole and Dickie!

I had built a daily writing habit even before I joined for Ship 30 for 30. However, I was inconsistent in shipping. As a result, engagement from my audience was quite low. Ship 30 for 30 changed all that. Not only did my shipping become more consistent, the discipline of writing for an audience improved my thinking as well. As a result, my engagement and followers have increased steadily.

Ship 30 for 30 is amazing! It helped me break through the barrier of being afraid to post something online. Once I started posting something amazing happened, several people reached out and we have become friends. Writing everyday also forced me to go deeper into the topics I love more than ever before. Taking an idea that I have been thinking about for over 6 years and breaking it down into to tweetable chunks was difficult and rewarding. Keep up the good work!! If you are on the fence about joining, I say GO FOR IT!!!

A little over a year ago, I wrote in my on again-off again journal about using "social media to share and create for the future….. Sometimes I feel like that's a silly path." Then came Ship 30 for 30. Now I have a daily write and publish habit using social media. I’m part of the supportive Ship 30 community receiving feedback and using data to drive my writing decisions. I never thought I would get this far with my writing. I would have been happy with just a daily habit. The rest is icing on the cake.

My passion for writing hid in the shadows for most of my life, then I did a Ship 30 cohort. I wrote small essays every day in public and discovered it was possible to put myself out there and my world wouldn't come crashing down around me. I got encouragement and support from the Ship 30 cohort and have loved the community. I'm so confident now that I'm actually starting my writing business I've dreamed about for so many years.

Ship 30 for 30 has the potential to teach you an enormous amount. For me, my simple goal for my first cohort was consistency. And I achieved it. For anyone seeking to do similar, I can't recommend it highly enough. The support of a group of people is like nothing else. I have no doubt as I continue with Ship 30 I will learn more and more as there is SO much in this programme.

Hey there, To start with, I never had a writing skill or habit but I know the importance of writing in personal and professional life. So I joined Ship 30 for 30. I came here to learn how to write but ship doesn't stop there. You make a lot of friends, make a daily habit of writing, overcome fear of posting while doing the same with a lot of cohort members. AND you will also lose any other limiting factors in writing and posting. I always struggled to even write a tweet or caption before joining ship 30 for 30 but I can easily write atomic essay now. If you have been thinking about joining but still doubtful, just jump in for a clear path laid out for your 30 day writing journey and ahead. Say hi on twitter @rraghhu if you see this and joined or for more clarifications before joining!! See you inside 👋

As someone who has written for others for over 10 years, I wasn't expecting much from Ship30for30 when I signed up in October 2021. I had no idea what new things I could possibly learn at that time. The fact that I wouldn't be alone in this experiment made me want to try it. Whatever we think about it, there's no better way to get a new perspective on your work and learn about yourself at the same time than through the collective. To say the least, I was not disappointed. I learned to detach myself from what I was writing. I learned that trying to sound clever won't lead you anywhere. I learned that publishing your thoughts into the world was, in the end, not so scary. In many ways, this experience changed my life and humbled me. I will lie if I'm saying that being a good writer is easy. But here's the thing: it shouldn't have to be complicated. If you're serious about it, Dickie and Cole will give you all the tools you need to start your online writing journey in the easiest way possible. If you trust yourself enough to go out of your comfort zone, write about what drives you, and help your fellow shipmates, you will get out with much more than you expected.

Many writers struggle with imposter syndrome – “what if they find out I’m a fake or I’m no good?” Ship 30 helps alleviate this by forcing you to put yourself out there. Every day. You discover that no one is judging you as harshly as you’re judging yourself. Also, you realize that more people will be impacted and inspired by what you write than will criticize it. By announcing my intentions to the world, I kept myself accountable. Ship 30 teaches online writing, not creative writing. I learned I don’t need to impress anyone with my florid prose. What’s most important is communicating ideas efficiently. Gone were the long, flowery prose sentences I used to write. Instead, I wrote short, terse sentences delivering information in an easily digestible format. Bruce Springsteen once sang, “We learned more from a three-minute record than we ever learned at school.” Well, I learned more from a 30-day writing course than I ever learned in English class.

Loved #Ship30 The best part of this course is how easy it is laid out. Step by step walls you through the entire process of becoming a digital writer. Notice I said “becoming”, not learning. At the end of the course you will BECOME a digital writer - IF you follow through. The most surprising part for me was how easy and accessible the entire course was. Biggest takeaway for me would be to put one step in front of the other. When you’re starting, think of yourself as a baby. The steps don’t have to be perfect. As long as they are there you will get better. Consistency is the only thing that matters. Leave all judgement at the door.

Ship 30 for 30 came just at the right time for me when I needed to process the transition towards content creator. I thought I could write well. Then Dickie and Cole came along and showed me all the different things I needed to pay attention to. They showed me the non-obvious stuff: • how I was too generic as a coach and needed to become super specific. • how I could write every day for weeks on end without running out of ideas • how I could invest a short amount of time everyday to actually write (instead of sitting at my desk all day long). I have now found my topic and have started writing my book, all thanks to 30 days with ship 30.

Ship 30 is—without any doubt—has been the best writing course to help me grow in my ... • Clarity • Confidence • Consistency ... as a digital writer. The most surprising part of Ship 30 was the depth of content that was given, which allowed me to see my writing improve as soon as I implemented what we learned. If you are on the fence about joining, just know, that I get it. I have paid for courses in the past that did not deliver on their promise. But Ship 30 over-delivers and will change everything about your writing journey.

Ship 30 for 30 gave me the accountability to finally write about what matters. For years I had been *thinking* about publishing online and four times I started a blog. But it wasn't until the tools and structure of Ship 30 that I felt empowered to not just start, but keep going.

Writing is a forcing function for learning. In writing to communicate ideas, ideas need clarity. Writing delivers on that. Writing consistently delivers more. Ship30 offers an effective framework with excellent didactics and accountability frameworks that help building a writing habit. And it clarifies what digital writing can mean and how we can co-shape the social media as enlightened citizens of the internet.

Joining Ship 30 for 30 was one the best decisions I made during midyear 2021. I've been a writer all of my life (mainly fanfiction) and I wanted to get back into writing. While looking at my Twitter outline one day, I noticed all of #Ship30for30 hashtag which made me curious. Little did I know it would open up a whole new world of content for me to consume. After lurking for a few weeks, I took the plunge and enrolled in my first cohort. And the rest is history. I've completed 5 cohorts. For the past 2 I was an Alumni Captain. Ship 30 has changed the way I write and how I consume content. Ship 30 is also more than writing for me. I've made a new friend with each cohort and I learn from so many others, too. To bring it all back, Ship 30 helped me take the leap to start writing, consistently. I come back because I enjoy the writing challenge. I come back because of the friends I make online. I come back for the community.

Before joining Ship 30 for 30, I enjoyed writing regularly—but I was mostly writing for myself. I rarely shared my ideas for two reasons. First, I wasn't sure how, when, or where to publish. Ship 30 provided tools, guidelines, and coaching within a supportive community—so I felt more comfortable turning my ideas into tweets, posts, and published essays. Second, my pre-Ship 30 essays often felt long. Points were getting lost even after editing. The atomic essay structure helped me stay on track and articulate one clear idea for digital readers. Looking back, I realize that Ship 30 not only helped me simplify my writing process—but also helped me identify when to stop writing for the day and hit publish!

My first cohort was March '22. It was one of the best professional decisions I made as an entrepreneur. It wasn't easy for me to make the jump because I'm not one to make impulsive decisions. But I couldn't ignore my intuition. Ship 30 for 30 taught me how to overcome dreaded perfectionism and the fear of judgment. For instance, I've published more articles, Tweets, and LinkedIn posts during those 30 days than I could ever attempt in 1 year. The community of writers, support from the Ship 30 for 30 team, leadership and guidance from Dickie and Cole, and opportunities due to the staggering reputation of the program opened doors for me. Most importantly, the team is dedicated to iterating, improving, and keeping their promise to help you reach your digital writing goals - take this from someone who rarely write reviews. What has come of this? So far (this is just the beginning), I've acquired a ghostwriting opportunity and now working on a potential freelance position as content creation and social media manager all while operating my other businesses in tourism and photography. I believe in the work I've accomplished with the help of Ship 30 for 30 that I've volunteered my time to pay it forward as an Alumni Captain for the April '22 cohort and will continue to do this for future cohorts. I hope to see some of you in the program!

I came to Ship 30 for 30 as a way to jump into the deep end and break a long habit of gathering information to share “someday. I used my voice in my own community but it was always polished and complete before I shared it in public. That is very different from the Ship 30 for 30 approach. It’s embarrassing to share this. I’ve been on Twitter since November 2007 and mostly just retweeted what someone else posted. It sounds foolish to say this but it never dawned on me that posts were invitations to dialog with others. Well, that thinking is over now and the whole world is at my fingertips. The community connections in Ship 30 for 30 are goldmines of support, resources, and inspiration. In the process of pondering my niche audience I found myself resisting narrowing my potential audience and resisting making noise - being provocative or controversial enough for people to not scroll past or click on it. Several in the community supported me working through that blockage to a new level of personal freedom in writing. The practical examples in writing accompanying the conceptual teachings were so helpful. They translated the concepts and made the process of learning so much more effective. Absolutely, the best online course curriculum I’ve ever experienced - and I’ve taken several. The value you’ll receive far exceeds your trade of money and time. Jump in. Don’t hesitate even if feel you are “too old!” Who knew: “Old guys can learn new tricks!”

The Ship 30 program has changed everything for me. Firstly, each lesson provided useful and actionable advice when it comes to writing online. The material is delivered in an easy to digest way and leaves you motivated to give the new concept a try. Secondly, there is a strong bias to action. It's not about endlessly looking for the perfect topic. It's about editing, editing and more editing. It's about publishing, gathering intel, analysing and repeating! Finally, this will help all of your online writing in my opinion. Emails, slack messages, conference proposals, documenting work processes, all of my work has improved as a result of taking part in Ship 30! My advice would be: stop reading this testimonial and get sign up for the next cohort immediately!

Ship 30 for 30 has been a multifaceted experience -one I highly recommend. In the course you will find a supportive community with varying levels of knowledge, and lead by two excellent teachers of digital writing who share as much about how they monetize as about learning. It is a transparent environment that adds trust and credibility. I started with 0 online writing. I would have stayed that way if not for joining this course. If you are considering joining - don't wait! If there are life factors effecting your joining, don't hesitate to reach out to Dickie or Cole and the Crew of Ship 30 for 30. The most surprising part of the course is how quickly it goes by. It seems like it has been less than a week and we are nearly at the end of the 30 days. My biggest lessons are: Post everyday, build a library of content, engage with others, and continuously improve using data. Before Ship 30 for 30 I was afraid to post online and share my thoughts. Now, that fear is gone and replaced with a desire to see what the internet has to offer to someone who is a creator instead of a consumer.

I've been writing on behalf of different companies for my entire career, but wanted an opportunity to share my own ideas and expertise. When I found Ship 30, I knew this was the place. In just a month, I developed the skills to ideate new ideas consistently and, crucially, to get them written and published. This is a supportive community you'll love to be a part of, and better yet you can turn your ideas into a product that benefits others in your shoes.

Ship 30 for 30 is one of the best course experiences on the internet. From onboarding, to gamification, to community facilitation and reinforcement, to stellar content on digital writing, everything is state of the art. The course content is solid, built from experience, and leans heavily towards action, not just theory. To establish a consistent digital writing habit, you can't find a better option. Kudos to Dickie and Cole.

I love writing. I have been writing regularly for many years now, but published only sporadically. By joining Ship30for30 I wanted to change this and publish regularly. The program gave me a lot of helpful tools to come up with ideas, edit my pieces and find an audience. And the best thing is the community you build with fellow writers. Altogether, Ship30for30 is a wonderful experience and really took my entire writing process onto the next level.

I joined Ship 30 for 30 after following Dickie and Cole for the past year. The wealth of information they provided free was mind blowing and once I started the course, I couldn't get enough. Not only does this program help you focus your message, but it helps you discover your message. I was challenged to think outside the box and yet hone in on what and who I was writing about. I didn't just learn about writing; I learned about me.

If you've been waiting to start writing -- for the right inspiration to hit, for more time to appear in your day, for the perfect journal -- Ship30for30 is for you. Why? Because Dickie & Cole blow through all those excuses and get you writing, every day. And guess what? The inspiration flows, the time arrives, and the journal becomes irrelevant. So, what are you waiting for?

The best part of Ship 30 was the feeling of being supported to write consistently. The idea is so simple to ship 30 essays in 30 days but at the start it felt very daunting. I was feeling unsure when I started ship 30. Worried about what it would be like and if I would even be able to ship 30 essays. But once I started and joined the live sessions, took part in the breakout rooms it got a lot easier. I was more relaxed and feeling comfortable to write. If you are thinking about making writing a habit then ship 30 is for you. As Dickie and Cole give you the tools to make writing a habit and the community is very supportive. Thanks :D

I have been wanting to build a personal brand for 3 years now and this is the first time I feel like I am making massive progress toward that dream. In 3 years I had publish 2-3 ideas, but in 30 days I was able to roll out 50+ ideas. 7 biggest lessons I learned during Ship 30 🚢 1. Adopting mindset of digital writer optimized for fast paced world and continuous progress 2. Making a ton of noise and listen for signals rather than writing randomly 3. Treating writing as a game - do mini writing challenges, earn batches, get immediate feedback, using data to double down on high performing content 4. Creating a system to generate endless ideas instead of running into writer's block 5. Learning to prep the page instead of writing first line to last line 6. Learning to write great openers and writing content with 1/3/1 rhythm 7. Learning to write consistently in atomic essays or twitter thread formats Really grateful to Dickie Bush and Nicolas Cole for creating this 30 day quest. Been waiting for something like this for ages! 🙌

As a freelance content writer, I write a lot. But, I write for my clients and not for me and my business. That needed to change. I joined Ship 30 primarily to help me establish a daily writing habit. That's really allI I wanted from it, but I found so much more. There's a lot I could gush about like the amazing community, the awesome structure, the motivation to keep going. But none of that really matters if you don't have the tools and processes to put what you're learning into practice and that's what I think differentiates Ship 30 from other programs out there. Dickie and Cole provide the frameworks to craft awesome content on whatever it is you want to write about. And the frameworks aren't complicated; they make sense, and you can use them over and over again. To me, those frameworks are the treasure on the Ship 30 island. I'm excited I found Ship 30 and I look forward to seeing where my new-found daily writing habit takes me!

It was the best thing I could have done for myself and the most confronting. Not just a course to plod through and try out. A real live do it every day and publish. On Twitter no less. I started with no followers and as I write just on week 3 I have 58 followers which I didn't expect at all. Still finding my niche as it could be 2-3 things which it still might be. I am so delighted, thrilled, and nervous but no way daunted. I am now a Digital Writer who can have a real career.

Joining Ship30for30 was one of the best decisions I have made this year. I will certainly include it in our Learning & Development program. The cohort teaches more than writing online. It provides you with the tool to think better, translate thoughts into words, clarify your message, and test ideas online. I may even say that hitting Publish was a pivoting moment for me. I started consuming through the lenses of publishing—a shift in mindset that has positively impacted other areas of my life. The course is very interactive and rich, but what 10X the experience is the fantastic community that cheers your small wins and keeps you accountable. Once sailed, you will never be the same

I have found that the Ship 30 for 30 has improved my writing tremendously. It has helped me become more concise and deliver my message in a more effective manner. I have found the live classes fantastic. Having access to the replays is also awesome. There are little nuggets that I take away each time I watch the sessions. I have not experienced the large boost in following (which is not a promise the course makes) but I have learned how to interpret the data and habits of those audiences are larger all of which will help me down the road. I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking to learn more about digital writing should start right here with Ship 30 for 30.

One of the most surprising parts of Ship 30 was the community. What I learned about writing was transformative, but even more valuable were the new connections. Ship 30 is the gold standard for online learning. I'm going to have a hard time finding another course that lives up to the value and structure of this course. Here were some of my favorite parts: • Cohort is great and you are incentivized to use the cohort and meet other writers. • Content is top notch. You get better at writing and thinking about how to position your writing. • Tons of small details that enhance your experience and keep you on track, including an extended onboarding experience. 30 days ago I didn't have much of a presence online. Now I have 30 pieces of content in my social blog, a notebook full of ideas to keep the progress going, and all the info I need to find and write for an audience of my choosing 👍

This has been the best 30 day investment I've made in a long time. Before Ship 30 for 30 I was a light Twitter user. More consumption than creation. Now, I am a creator and well on my way to producing my first newsletter and paid for content. My biggest lesson from the course was to keep shipping no matter what. It is a sprint. Just 30 days. Consistency is the name of the game. Don't worry about trying to digest ALL the information and comment on EVERYONE'S essays etc. Priority 1 is to publish. Priority 2 is to encourage and engage with other shippers. Then do more if you have the time and capacity. If you're not sure about joining Ship 30 for 30 all I can say is that the 30 days are going to pass anyway. You can continue to be the person you are now or you can step up and do something your future self will thank you for. It's a wild ride if you lean in. The Ship 30 for 30 promises were big and Dickie, Cole and the team delivered beyond my expectations.

Ship30 was something I gambled on because I needed to write some blog posts for a content marketing project I had been given. I was panicking about how the internet woudl react to my writing. What if I said the wrong thing? What if my blog post bombed. How would I ever recover my credibility if i blew my one shot. Forced to post, I was introduced to the crickets of indifference, and none of it mattered anymore. Getting over that initial hurdle of realising how hard it is to make people pay attention, and that you have as many opportunities as you like to find your winning formula is liberating. I can write about whatever I want, find an audience, then work out what they want me to write about, and try and solve specific problems better than anyone else. It's a product mindset, and it really resonates with me. People throw the word life-changing around a lot, but this course has transformed my views on writing, marketing, and working on the internet. I'm sure you wont regret it.

I have loved everything about Ship30for30! Before joining the course, I had not written nor published a single Tweet; nor did I have a blog. Fast forward 30 days and I now have a very active Twitter account, the habit of writing and publishing every day, a social blog with 30 atomic essays, and I’m followed by publishing companies I had previously only dreamed would one day know I existed! If you are sitting on the fence wondering whether to join this course, my advice would be… TAKE THE LEAP! Dickie and Cole have an infectious enthusiasm for digital writing and go all out to teach the best of what they themselves have learned. You really will be amazed at the quality of resources they share (making your journey so much easier), and you will become part of the most supportive community I have ever experienced online. Community really matters as a digital writer and this community really is the best!

Each session of the Ship 30 for 30 makes it more exciting with new frameworks and tools being taught by Dickie & Cole. Ship 30 has helped me get a grip on my daily writing habit, and these frameworks have helped me give words to my thoughts. The mentors are not just knowledgeable, but they show how it's done with their own successful examples. I've rarely seen anyone better at sharing knowledge! Publishing every day during the 30 days has instilled a new confidence in me. This has helped me write more & share my thoughts with others without inhibitions. If you give it your best, amazing transformations can happen in just 30 days and I can vouch for it.

Even if you're just thinking about writing online, you need to sign up. You won't regret it. I was amazed at how much was packed into 30 days. For me, the best thing was the community support, the openness of everyone, and the diversity. My biggest lesson was to identify who you are writing for. Whenever talking to other friends writing online, I use the phrase "clear not clever." Before Ship 30 for 30, I was not writing consistently, and I worried about what I was writing and how people would judge it. As a result of Ship 30 for 30, I am now more focused on trying to add value to one person, get feedback, and keep iterating.

I love going to school, learning new things, and meeting people in the same boat as me. This is what you get in Ship 30 for 30. Enter a new digital world, where you can develop, get new ideas and perspectives, and find a community interested in the same as you. Does this sound like something you want to be a part of? Join the next cohort! I'm amazed at how many useful lessons I could learn in such a short time. This is the start of the journey to becoming a digital writer. Before Ship 30 for 30, I was an insecure procrastinator. Now I have new tools and frameworks. I write and publish every day.

Ship30 helped me shift from a passive consumer to a conscious creator. While this is a digital writing course, what Dickie and Cole really teach is how to be a creator of your own reality. Thank you for this beautiful experience, I highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to take a more active role in shaping their world!

I have always had a fear of writing and publishing in public. The majority of my writing and thinking is done in the safety of my office. I have always felt like I had something to say, but nowhere to say it. Ship30 provided not only the platform. but the accountability and encouragement to keep writing, ever day. After my first cohort, I am more confident in writing and publishing in public. I look forward to continuing the voyage.

The main thing that convinced me to hop aboard Ship 30 was Dickie‘s and Cole‘s repeated emphasis that it would lead to crushing consistent publishing - something which I‘ve struggled with for months. They delivered! Publishing an atomic essay each day has become fun and easy for me. It‘s a foundation from which I can turn many different ways. The second main point was their data-driven approach. I knew this was the way to go but I just didn‘t know how to read my data. They delivered! I now understand what each metric (views, likes, comments, clicks, shares,…) mean, how to prioritize them and how to double down on the things my audience likes. When I was unsure about joining, I read their free ebooks “The Ultimate Guide To Start Writing Online” and “The 22 Laws Of Digital Writing”. Ok, I had to do a tiny task to get the latter for free but that’s the beauty of Dickie’s and Cole’s way: They finally make you take action. Kiss procrastination goodbye! After reading them, I was certain: They know their stuff! In just 30 days, I’ve learned so much from them I have to go through some of the lessons again because it’s just too much to memorize it all at once. I’ve almost doubled my tiny, mighty Twitter following during this period. I’ve become confident enough to approach companies I’d like to work with as a freelancer. I’ve developed a whole new area of expertise which revealed itself just by me following through with everything Dickie & Cole laid out in the course material. If you want to write but don’t know how to take your passion across to the digital world, hop aboard. In 30 days, you’ll know!

Ship 30 for 30 is so far the only online community or course experience that I consistently followed and finished as designed. Although I couldn't join most of the live calls, I made sure I watched all the replays. I learnt not to be too hard on myself if my creative juices are not flowing between 8 and 10pm when I typically sat down to write. I shipped all 30 essays and I've continued so far, so atomic, others subatomic. The consistency of writing has made me more mindful as I go through my day as there seem to be almost a story-seeking or lesson-finding beacon in my brain for what to write on later in the day, whether that's teaching a math lesson or weeding my back garden. On the fence about joining, the consistency muscle you build will pay in other areas of your life. If writing online has been on your heart for a while, jump in on this one. Before Ship 30 for 30, I was the weekly blog writer on the free WordPress only. Now I'm writing every day on Twitter, LinkedIn and Medium.

I joined Ship 30 for 30 to build my writing habit and came out with much more. I had already heard many good things from past shippers, but they were a tip of the iceberg. As a multi-lingual writer, my expectation for this course was not high at the beginning since I decided to use a language other than English for the 30 days. It didn't matter. How to ship a message that Dickie and Cole taught us applies for the most part, and as a result, I became a better writer and communicator. The numbers across metrics doubled to tripled, and I was left with 30 essays, which still are read by new readership. If you care to write, join Ship 30 for 30, the best writing course in the sea of the internet.

The best part of Ship 30 for 30 for me was the accountability. As a solopreneur, it’s a challenge to gain momentum and put everything into motion. I realized I had lost my courage to go wider to build my audience. It helped me kick my imposter syndrome. My biggest lessons learned were the EIG - endless idea generator and the Twitter thread. The thread was exactly what I came to learn. And LinkedIn is my new frontier. If you are on fence about joining, just go for it. Writing online helps you shine. It’ll also help you develop your confidence and share it to the world. 🌎

When I joined Ship 30’s April 2022 cohort, my challenges with writing were really twofold: what to write about, and how to get past the blank page. From the moment I started the onboarding week, I could see just how much work goes into this programme. It is carefully designed to help you just get writing. With hindsight the best thing for me was the need to write daily. This starts to build your writing muscle-memory, so you just get on with it and don’t hesitate. That’s not to say there ween’t difficult days where the words didnt flow. But I overcame them. It’s a very easy programme to recommend. The other Shippers have been a delight to get to know, and the Dickie and Cole put a huge amount of effort into making sure it works for you,

One of my favorite parts about Ship 30 for 30 was getting to watch Nick & Dickie act on what they preached. Each topic that was covered from week to week would show up in their daily writing in some form or another. I got to see these tactics go viral in real time - sparking a huge light bulb for me creatively. Before Ship 30, I had 600k impressions monthly on twitter. One month later, I had over 2M! This was a personal best in terms of impressions - all the while I gained over 1,000 followers (+18% increase in just one month!). I am that much closer to reaching my goal of 10,000 followers before May 2022. If you are on the fence about joining Ship 30 for 30, I have one bit of advice for you. Ironically, this is the best advice Nick & Dickie have given me: just publish! Once you jump in, you'll realize how valuable this opportunity is.

The most impactful thing I've done this year? Committing to writing and publishing on Twitter with Ship30for30's March cohort! It fulfilled my 20-year yearning to show up meaningfully online; I became a better communicator & writer; met so many new friends all over the world, and even learned some super important life lessons about handling pressure and perfectionism! The crazy thing is you don't have to be an online creator or writer to do this and reap the benefits. I believe Ship30 is for everyone, even busy Wall Street people like I once was! If this piques your curiosity, join us and be our shipmate in the next cohort!

I joined Ship 30 for 30 to challenge myself, not confident that I'd be able to succeed at publishing every day. I thought that the collective challenge and consequent accountability would be where I'd find most of the value. That worked, and I published for more than 60 days without interruption, but it was only the tip of the iceberg, to my surprise. I learned new frameworks, techniques, and quite a few counterintuitive notions (headlines, I am looking at you!) and met a great community. More importantly, I learned to treat the content I create for my pleasure like the products I build for a living. I got rid of the fear of shipping, the fear of doing new things I had not done before, and embraced a high pace of shipping instead, listening to feedback and iterating through new content.

Well, before Ship30 I never found the courage to hit the publish button. Now I did it. It's true, you can find all the information for a good start on the internet for free. But having the chance to learn in a community it's a really important perk.

I joined Ship30 to be able to bring in some accountability to my writing journey. But what I found was much more. It is a great community and one that is constantly pushing you to be better while having fun at the same time. I have been writing more frequently, connecting with like minded people, and figuring out processes that work best for me. Definitely going back for more Ship30 :)

When I joined Ship30for30, I had already a good sense on how online writing should be conducted. I had three wishes that motivated me to participate • Feedback • Reach • Community I can confidently say that all of these has exceeded my wildest imagination! This community is probably the best one across the internet and incredibly constructive. You will be in good hand. If you are willing to put in your effort, both in writing and engagement, you will quickly see attention you haven't had before. What surprised me was the in-depth knowledge about Twitter threads and bio. Dickie and Cole are very attuned to feedback and improves the cohort every time. And once you are in, you are a part of a large family. Ship30for30 taught me to create my category, respond well to interest and build. As a result, I am now publishing an atomic essay AND a thread every day. In their advanced course Captain's Table I learned the best way to create a digital product. As a result, I managed to write my first e-book from scratch in only four days. Would have never happened if I did not take the leap before joining. So if YOU, are on the fence, do not hesitate to join. It will be the best investment you ever make for your life.

If you’re on the fence, jump in. I, too, watched Ship 30 for 30 from afar for months. I pulled the trigger and joined the August 21’ cohort and haven’t looked back. The Ship 30 curriculum is worth the money alone. In my day job as a tech writer, I adapted Ship 30 frameworks into my team’s content strategy, which helped me create a position as a Senior writer. My freelance content writing has flourished too. But the unexpected value of Ship 30 is the community. Writing can feel lonely. But when you write amongst a community of writers, you 10x your feedback loops, development, and create friendships. And that’s what keeps me around.

Before I joined Ship 30, I had never really written anything online. I had written articles on our website but they were all informational and written anonymously, as page content. What I enjoyed about the Ship30 program is that by the sheer act of publishing 30 posts, and publishing them under your name, the fear vanishes. I find that the writing habit is one to be cultivated and what Ship30 does is give you the tools to write, and a fabulous environment to write in.

I've taught writing for 20+ years and this is one of the best curricula I've seen for understanding digital writing as networked, social interaction. Sure, you'll come out with 30 pieces of writing and an audience, but you'll also be equipped to grow your digital writing knowledge on your own. Ship 30 isn't just delivering content, but a way of thinking.

Ship 30 for 30 was what I'd hoped it would be and also nothing like I expected. I wanted to create a writing habit for my business and to connect with the community of shippers. I didn't miss a single day of writing and am continuing for another cohort so the habit is in progress. As for the community, I've met so many amazing people and the support from other shippers has been invaluable. What was nothing like I expected was how much I would want to get all the badges (smart gamification inside this program), what I would find out about myself by writing, what I ended up loving and not... the list goes on. This is a well-run, highly supportive program and if you fully participate, you will get way more than you even more from it than you might even know is possible.

# Unfortunately, not everyone can be a writer, but everyone should try to become a digital writer. When I started the Ship 30 for 30 course a month ago, full of enthusiasm and energy, I did not expect my whole life to change. It's a challenge course that involves writing 30 atomic essays for 30 days in a row. Weekdays and weekends without exception. The challenge is supplemented with a large dose of knowledge, examples, templates, and workflows. At some point, it feels like a soldier's drill. # I was only successful because we were successful. I wrote 30 atomic essays, but I know I could not have done it without the community. Content-wise, I felt like someone was guiding me by the hand. Step by step, I went up the steps of the digital writing process. However, no one wrote a single word for me; I had to take this journey alone. The presence of my companions proved to be the greatest support for me. # Digital writing is not the end of books. Digital writing is a change in the approach to writing books. It's not about locking yourself in a cabin in the woods for two years and creating a life's work that no one will read. Today's technology allows you to review any paragraph of your book before you even think about writing it. Writing every day also allows you to figure out if writing is even something you want to do. # 30 days is not enough to become a digital writer. When I first joined Ship 30, I announced I had no *goal* and intended to go into it with a *beginners mind.* Open to whatever. Joining followed an earlier experiment—Toastmasters— where I discovered I loved speech writing as much as speaking. But having worked as a freelance designer for 30+ years, writing always seemed like it was for someone else. Someone better at it. Ship 30 allowed me to flex. And fumble. But mostly experiment. I've connected the dots between design and storytelling. I'm (more) cool with calling myself a writer. But mostly thinking more clearly.

Before Ship 30 for 30, I… - wrote long, dense paragraphs on a blog that no one read - was so concerned I didn’t know the “tricks” of Twitter that I gave up trying - took an academic approach to writing (i.e.boring) Ship 30 for 30 taught me… - to narrow my focus and write 250 word atomic essays - to find my niche, and HOW to do it - that online audiences consume content differently, and how to hook them in! Ship 30 for 30 has helped me find my voice both on Twitter and at work (through far more effective emails - the same concepts work there too) Hop on board, grab your Dramamine if you need to, and join us!

Ship30for30 forces your strengths to come to the fore and also reveals your weaknesses (as an online writer). The step-by-step nature of the program, guided by people who know what they're doing, takes so many mundane aspects of writing off of your plate. What's left is for you to come up with ideas, organize and clarify your thoughts, and then write them down in a compelling way. You'll be good at some of that and not so good at other aspects of writing online. Ship30for30 will reveal all of that to you. You'll end up knowing your strengths and weaknesses. If you've heard the advice, double-down on your strengths to get ahead, well, now you'll know what strengths to double-down on as a writer. And you'll know where you struggle, which means getting help and advice. Oh, Ship30for30 has a community and top leadership ready to fill in those gaps too. Knowledge is power. Knowledge about yourself is a super power. Go for it! I don't know what 30 days of daily writing will mean for you or how it will feel in the end. But you'll have 30 pieces of writing, and data about that writing, to guide you in the future. And you'll change on the inside too. Your mindset and clarity of thought will change for the better. I'm going to reiterate this point: Knowledge is power. Knowledge about yourself is a superpower. Do you want that for yourself? Sign up. Do it.

This course is amazing. I like the fact that it is always in beta. The captains always bring something new. I am going to do it for a third time. The course helps me remove ego out of my writing. It is a data driven approach to writing

The past of Ship 30 for 30 is the community. You have people from all over helping you to not fall behind on the 30 days. If you are like me who 40 days ago had writer's impostor, join ship 30 for 30 and see that vanishing before your eyes. I was surprised to see the writer's impostor vanishing, how I am gaining more clear in writing and talking due to the daily writing practice. Public communication confidence has 10x and many more. I learnt many things, but on top of my mind I enjoyed the importance of credibility(personal & borrowed) in writing, 1/3/1 rhythm in writing and how to write a magnetic headline. Before Ship 30 for 30, I believed that writing is about being clever, now I know it's all about being clear and giving what is beneficial to the reader.

Ship30 took me from 0 to shipping high quality content on the internet. We learned several powerful frameworks and templates for publishing consistently. The content is rich, the community is encouraging and the momentum is real. For me, it comes down to results. And after 30 days, they speak for themselves!

Ship 30 for 30 helped me connect to other spiritual people, and I was able to engage with these people and learn from them. I also met a lot of other types of people writing about a variety of topics, which I found interesting, and have stayed in touch with on twitter. Now I know I have what it takes to write everyday during my sacred hours and hit that publish button.

After joining Ship 30 for 30 in June 2021 and taking a short break after my first 30 Essays, I've been consistengly writing since August 14 (275 essays so far). These are the 10 learnings I shared when hitting 2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ 1️⃣ You don't have time to write, you make the time to write. Sure, you'll have tons of things to do, other than writing. If you believe it to be useful, valuable and worthwhile , you'll manage to find the time. 2️⃣ The perfect time is... now. You'll have plenty of excuses, not to start or to quit. No matter where you are in your journey. Today is the day to take the next step. 3️⃣ Great impactful changes are made through sustainable baby-steps. Don't overthink it. Don't plan weeks or months of content in advance. Focus on what you will publish today. 4️⃣ Keep your ideas in one single place. You'll come up with tons of ideas. Eventually, anything will become a new idea to write about. You need some place to save them all until they blossom. 5️⃣ Trust the process. You may not see the value in the first week or even the first month. Stick to it long enough. 6️⃣ You will feel you're writing into the void. No matter how long you've been writing so far. There will be days when the echo you get is deafening and others when you hear nothing at all. That's OK, it's part of the journey. 7️⃣ Be smart, wise and kind when your write. You'll influence more people than you may think along the way, even if you don't ever know about it. 8️⃣ Learn to accept the vulnerable in you. Writing is a great way to get to know the child you were and the adult you have become. Sharing it with others will shed more light than shade, so don't fear to do so. 9️⃣ Stay where you're valued or where you add value. Lean on like-minded people to support you on your journey and be open and generous to support them on theirs, especially if they reach out to you directly. 🔟 Writing in public will impact your whole life. You'll be in a better position to face new challenges. You'll be able to better build other habits, be it exercising, meditating or whatever you want to build. Writing consistently will help you become the best version of yourself!

The Ship 30 for 30 changed my life! For real. "Digital Shyness" as I call it, had kept me away from the party. Cole and Dickie's phenomenal teaching and guidance combined with the comraderie of the group gave me the confidence I needed to hit "publish." Little did I know a world expert would re-tweet my first post! My biggest lesson what that I could write valuable content and enjoy doing it! This voyage was hands down the best online course I ever participated in, so I joined the Captains Table!

Joining Ship 30 was a one-of-a-kind experience for me. I knew I will publish for 30 days straight, because I took the challenge seriously and I did it! The curriculum and challenge cover a lot. My strategy to focus on writing daily, learning one golden nugget per live session and engaging with the community heavily worked out pretty well. I found lots of new friends, tried out many interesting topics and have now data to analyse and write on with. When you are interested in finding your voice online, building your audience, making new friends, challenge yourself and build something you couldn't imagine, I encourage you to sign up to this and don't look back! 🚢

Ship 30 is something everyone should experience - at least once. If you want to communicate better, become a better writer, put words to all the feelings that you have in your heart and head, this class is the one for you. I had no idea what I was getting into when I signed up. I just knew that I wanted to write and communicate better. I needed a push and Ship 30 delivered. This isn't one of those courses that looks like a copy/ paste from Google. The content is TOP NOTCH. You learn from two of the most prolific writers on the internet today. Both Cole and Dickie have been there, done that, and have the results to prove it. They share openly, warmly and with a lot of tough love to help us all become better at writing. The community is amazing. Everyone is on the same boat (no pun intended). You feel safe to share your feelings, your writing and learn from each other. It's not often that I recommend something with both hands on my heart. I don't think anyone will regret being. apart of Ship 30. You'll learn a lot about yourself and what you're capable of. So what are you waiting for?

Ship30for30 has played a huge role, probably the life-changing one. You don't learn these things anywhere else. Publishing daily feels lonely and it's tough sometimes. That's something I unlocked with the help of this amazing community. Seeing the Captains walking the talk in public is very motivating for me. My life changing nuggets from Cole and Dickie: 1) Cole says "There is no talent problem, there is a consistency problem" 2) Dickie says " Look at the data and double down on what's working for you" I am grateful to find these minds on internet and really thankful to them for helping me create my own category - "Hyper-Visuals". We all talk about finding your tribe. Ship30for30 is the one for me and I am so proud to be a member of this community.

As a clinical psychologist and researcher, I'd been writing in academic journals --and later in a Psychology Today Blog, "Our Empathic Nature" for many years. Though I was no stranger to online writing, my years as an academic were weighing me down. My writing was often too dense, too complex, too wordy. I couldn't imagine simplifying and getting what I wanted to say condensed --to what really mattered. When I heard about Ship 30 for 30 I jumped on the opportunity to give it a try. It was like being released from a long confinement. I had enormous fun writing daily and --it was a liberating experience, one I haven't stopped since. I''m still returning to the lectures and the templates and models provided.. It's a great class and a great ongoing experimental approach to contemporary writing.

Ship 30 is one of the best investments you can make for your personal growth – hands down, the best ever, period. I joined Ship 30 in May 2021 to become a better online writer. I am learning way more than I ever imagined. Here are three bonuses that Ship 30 offers in addition to helping you become a better digital writer. 1. Writing and publishing every day unleashes the power of learning and growth. My scariest essay to post was the first one - once I hit publish, I discovered a caring community to help me navigate the waters of learning. I'm hooked and have been posting every day since. 2. This writing community genuinely cares, and the captains, Dickie and Cole, are fantastic leaders and teachers. Your data and feedback on your writing help you learn and grow faster. This community and the captains offer one of the most affirming, positive, and challenging growth experiences to become a better writer. 3. I stay for community engagement and growth. I cannot say enough about how outstanding the shippers are in this writing cohort. I wasn't expecting to make enduring connections - I feel I have won the lottery in this area of friendship with other writers.

I'm so glad I joined this community! I gained a lot of inspiration to navigate my work as a coach and creator. By consistently writing for 30 days, I got ideas about how to diversify my skills and what topics I should focus on. My niche (for now) emerged naturally during the process and I also have more clarity on how I can position myself as a creator! I'll continue my journey in the captain's table to keep up the momentum and engage more with the community now that I know what I want to focus on. The guidance of Dickie & Cole is super practical and impactful, thanks guys!

Ship 30 has been one of the best online courses I've ever taken. Because it's not just about videos and exercises – it's about community, connection, and making progress together as a group. If you're on the fence - jump in! I guarantee, you won't regret it. It will teach you everything you need to get started writing online. And you'll make new friends along the way. Get on the ship.

When I joined Ship 30, I had doubts. Could I really write & edit a piece in under an hour, squelching my perfectionist throughout? Was I really going to find & connect with a community -this time-? Was I really going to gain a better understanding of the nuances of writing online? Was it really going to impact my life in an irreversible way? Yes. And yes. And yes. Today I outline & write articles faster than I could've imagined. I've made connections & friendships that uplift me and obliterate the "lonely writer" cliché. Every day I hit publish with confidence and seek new opportunities with an astonishing sense of self-assurance. I am joyfully eager for more growth. The changes you see and the muscle you build from the Ship 30 program are as real as it comes, because you're forced to take action with every single day. If you give it all you've got, you'll be stupefied with what can happen in a wildly fast 30 days.

The best parts of Ship 30 for 30 is the community of other like minded people that aspire to write and share their passions with the world. If someone is on the fence about joining Ship 30 I would tell them to do it! Ship 30 helped hold me accountable to something I've been contemplating for years; which is to share my message to the world. The most surprising thing to me about my Ship 30 experience was how many others were in the same boat as me. They were passionate about something, wanted to share it with the world, but were hesitant to do so, due to a number of reasons. Ship 30 helps you get over those fears and take action. My biggest lesson from Ship 30 was that if I make writing a priority I can do it; everyday! I just need to make it a priority. Before Ship 30 I was always in my head, scared to let my message out. Today I'm a confident coach, excited to share my thoughts and message with the world.

Ship30 is the best course I have taken online. Before I joined Ship30 I was consuming a bunch of content about writing but never actually publishing. I always thought I needed to be 100% perfect and know exactly what my niche subject was before I started writing. Ship30 teaches you that the absolute opposite is true. The course and community get you to take action and learn by doing. You can't learn to drive unless you get behind the wheel and the same goes for writing. Ship30 teaches you this on day 1. Ship30 makes you jump straight behind the keyboard and publishing from the get go. If you are worried about having the time to do it, don't! I have a 4 month old son who likes to take up most of my free time and keep me living in the present moment! With the frameworks Dickie and Nicolas teach, I was able to bust a 300 word essay out in about 30 mins a day by the middle of my Ship30 cohort. This is a skill that stays with you. Another big thing for me was writing as part of the Ship30 community. It is full of positive people working to improve themselves and writing about their passions. The alumni are fab and always there to help you out, offer words of encouragement and honest, constructive feedback. It creates a space where you have the best opportunity to improve your skills. Before Ship30 I always thought social media and especially twitter could be a toxic space but the Ship30 community is such a breath of fresh air. I have made some great friends and contacts on my voyage. I loved Ship30 so much that I decided to continue my journey like so many others on the course and join Ship30's Captains Table to find my niche and launch my first digital product. I recommend anyone who is thinking of writing online to take the plunge and join the Ship30 community. It gives you confidence to get writing through the frameworks, momentum through taking action, and the support of an incredible community.

After leaving a 25-year sales leadership career, I realised I did not know how to write! That while I make presentations and speeches, I hardly wrote. Ship 30 gave me the mindset of how to be a digital writer. In 30 days, I built a writing habit and made new friends with like-minded people. In just 4 months I have launched a LinkedIn newsletter from 0 to 400 subscribers (think in % said Cole!), launched my own newsletter and launched a Cohort based course! I am now focusing on owning my niche and writing more digital products. Did I say, I joined a second cohort? If you want to learn how to be a digital writer, Ship 30 is a community that will support you and help you get across those writing goals.

In January I got a text from a business consultant friend with a link to Ship 30 and the words "I've heard good things" I had no idea what I was getting into, but I was not writing consistently knew I needed accountability. I got SO much more than that. I am not a "joiner" and by the end of 30 days I was crying on a zoom call. Ship 30 restored my faith in humanity. Dickie and Cole don't just teach a course, they build a community of creators from all over the world, all walks of life, with wildly different interests. You truly have no idea how much you're going to learn from all of them. I read testimonials when I was on the fence about joining, and I still didn't fully understand what exactly I would be signing up for. It's so much more than a 30 day digital writing course. You'll gain knowledge, friends and followers but most of all you'll gain confidence in your ability and the courage to put yourself out there. Practicing in public sounded like a nightmare, but it was the best thing I could have done.

I join Ship30for30 so I could build the confidence to put my thoughts into words. The guidance and tools for writing more effectively are great, and presented in a way that is clear and direct. But the real highlight is the process for learning. Content delivered at the right speed, with the approach to build one capability at a time. This help build a writing discipline that I am rapidly finding is becoming a habit. It is a platform that can be revisited to scale your learnings, and will allow grow of thecwriting habit.

The best parts of Ship 30 for 30 is the warm sense of community which you can instantly feel from the first live sessions. I also love that Ship 30 isn't a one way traffic kind of course where I was constantly on the receiving end. Ship 30 forced me to act and take action. It challenged me and made me discover things I didn't know I was capable of (producing 30 essays in 30 days for instance). If someone is on the fence about joining, I would ask them if they are even remotely interesting in writing. If the answer to that question is yes, I will wholeheartedly urge them to join. The most surprising part about ship30 is actually how it makes you surprise yourself by doing things you thought were beyond your limits. I was also surprised that Clever headlines aren't always a wise choice of headlines. My biggest lesson from Ship30 would be formatting, I had no idea how much of a difference a neat format would make. The headlines was also another discovery for me. Before Ship30 I was a talented writer who didn't know how to apply his talent. After Ship30, I have a clearer sense of direction with regards to what I need to do next to make the most out of this talent.

I signed up to test my ideas for a blog and to test if I can achieve a writing habit and loving writing as I did a few years ago. Aland - it was an awesome experience. I learned that writing is actually better than thinking about that, als topics I thought I would write about didn't made it. Great experience, also about learning about myself. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to test if he wants to write, if you are searching for a positive engaging community who will drive you through

I highly recommend this course to anyone who is considering social blogging.

The Ship 30 for 30 program is special because it challenges so many assumptions and helps you develop a different way of thinking about writing. I am very impressed with the quality of the insights and teachings and also the demonstration of what really works. Ship 30 has helped my writing immensely! In ways I never even thought was possible. Prior to this Ship 30 cohort, I was an inconsistent writer who was not very confident in my abilities. I was always second guessing myself due to some perfectionist tendencies. But being a part of Ship 30 has allowed me to push through my perfectionism and become a consistent and confident writer. I am grateful for all I learned through this course. Along with an immense improvement in my writing, I've also gained a community and a ton of new friends. Its amazing to find a group of like-minded individuals who are going through the same process and can keep one another accountable. It's been an all around amazing experience. Feeling grateful! :)

When I joined a year ago I thought I would just learn how to write for 30 days. But it was MUCH more. I learned how to become a writer on the internet, build my audience and that has led me to build an audience, become known for a niche of my own & sell a lot of digital products along the way. Plus I've met SO many friends along the way which has made it it much easier to 'stick' as a creator this time around.

Ship30 is the best cohort-based course out there. I love not just how it's structured, but how it really takes care of giving valuable information. But the best part is that from cohort to cohort, Dick and the team improve it a lot! It really helps with mindset, digital writing skills, and consistency. There's 100s of other people to know. In fact, this is the one and only community attached to a course, where I even considered to be active.

Ship30 is hands down the best way to get started writing. For years I’ve wanted to write and even journal and Ship30 is the first program that gave me the tools to do it and the ability to stay accountable. Dickie and Cole have a beautifully curated program that encourage and equip you along the way to grow and continue to test in public. One of the biggest surprises was the community, it’s amazing! You will find yourself reading and engaging as much as you are writing. I not only came away with 30 essays I’ve very proud of but some new friends! This is the start of me building my digital product and ebook. Thanks to Ship30, I’m ready for the Captain’s Table!

You're not just doing a course. You are becoming part of a welcoming community full of people excited about writing and willing to learn and support each other in ways I never experienced anywhere online. They don't just dump a whole load of information at you to forget a week later. They force you to take action and apply the things you learn. Yes, you will make mistakes, and you will struggle sometimes. But that is all part of the process and part of the beauty of ship30. Because the community is always there to pick you up again.

Joining Ship30 was just what I needed to get me from thinking about writing to actually hitting publish. I had been sitting on the "Digital Writing" sidelines with a bulky drafts folder for 2 years. Dickie & Cole are great leaders, pushing each person to unlock their potential with an effective mix of writing lessons, accountability, and encouragement. The Ship30 community is full of doers. You'll meet like-minded people, most of whom are at the same point in their journey as you are. The community is the special sauce for the program, as you have an opportunity to build relationships that will last far into the future. Growing together in public is the result.

Already a published author I was looking for two things. To build a following and it seemed sensible I should at the very least take a writing course... Here's two in one and I was surprised by how much was delivered. More than expected in both areas with my #1 goal to sell more books and to engage with and attract more readers. As a bonus I found I have discovered two more books I could write. As Nicholas Cole says, the more you write, the more you write.

The best part of Ship30 was having a community for something that is usually a lonely endeavor: writing. If you're on the fence about joining, DO IT! The investment in yourself will pay itself back in more ways than you even realize right now. The most surprising thing for me was the ease of the software stack and online experience of the class. I have so many lessons to take away, the top three: • no one is reading your blog • clear > clever • people care what you can do for them (and Option+8) and so many more I'm more confident and fearless in hitting publish now, and much further along on my journey of launching my first digital products.

From the moment I came across Dickie's work on Twitter, I knew I wanted to create value like that. So when I found out he was running Ship30, it was a no-brainer for me. I had a gut feeling this course would change my life and it absolutely delivered on that promise. By the end of the course, I reached my goal of becoming a consistent voice of value on Twitter, received multiple opportunities from my writing, and unexpectedly uncovered the greatest humans on the Internet! I'm sure you will read about the community aspect in every testimonial but it's true. You will find positive sum people here who care to see you succeed, celebrate your wins, and walk alongside you with helpful feedback and timely encouragement. Ship30 has been the highlight of year and they have a forever fan in me!

Initially, I've signed to Ship 30 to 30 to improve my copywriting skills. I never imagined that during this journey, I would learn much more about startups than working in one of them. One of the most powerful lessons I've learned is to just get started. Don't wait until inspiration hits you or until everything is perfectly edited to publish. Just grab a template and start writing, let the public be the judge, not you. The same concept applies when launching a startup. Many times, we think we are building something great and wait until the product is perfect to launch, only to realize it is not solving any real problem. Instead, focus on launching early prototypes and gather data from your customers as fast as possible to iterate from there. Ship 30 for 30 is one of the few courses that has changed my life. If I have to recommend it, I would do it any day!

Never been able to write consistently for over a week untill Ship30 came along. Unstoppable since the start of the first cohort. 35 days in improving my writing every day. The frameworks, accountability, examples, and community engagement has been nothing but remarkable. Best course I've ever taken.

Ship 30 taught me that writing a thing doesn't need to be a "whole big thing." I can write something in 20 minutes, publish it, get feedback, and come up with new ideas based on questions I'm asked on Twitter. My first 2 cohorts were 2021 FEB & MAR. Took the best of the best 50 essays and turned them into an ebook! See the cover image! Today, I'm much less likely to procrastinate when it's time to write, because I have learned how to pack a solid punch in 250 words, and I've experienced how AWESOME it feels to ship regularly, as opposed to feeling terrible about procrastinating!

Before Ship 30 for 30, I suffered a lot from perfectionism. I learned that by thinking 'It has to be perfect before it is worth publishing', I started feeling anxious because I needed protection e. g. from being judged. The spirit of this magnificent community provided some of the protection and support I needed. Every time I hit 'Publish' in this cohort, I could leave a little bit of this anxiety behind. After Ship 30 for 30, I'm more and more able to write with joy instead of fear. What a blast!

Joining Ship30 is like opening up nested boxes packed with delightful gifts that bring joy. I joined Ship30 to build a writing habit. That was my one goal. However, three cohorts later, I find that there is still so much to learn and practice. The best part for me was the reduced friction in making connections and building new relationships, which I would not have attempted before my first cohort. My original objective remains, but it's been layered with the fantastic community, immense value and surprises in each subsequent cohort. I'm here for the long haul and looking forward to welcoming you on board this exciting voyage.

I dreamed of publishing online consistently, to get my message out there. But that's all I had: dreams. Now, thanks to Ship 30 for 30, I have: - A growing library of content - The confidence to put it out there - Systems and frameworks to take the guessing out of producing content - A consistent writing habit - Effective methods to grow my audience - A community of fellow creators - Fun! Jumping aboard was the best decision I've made all year.

I was naïve when signing up for the Ship 30 for 30 challenge. I signed up like it was an ordinary online course: You watch tutorials, do some writing, maybe get some feedback, and then you go back to your silent chamber and apply what you have learned. I wasn't expecting that I really had to go out on Twitter and do this writing in "real-time", interact with people, get constant feedback. But you know what? I am so glad that I didn't know better. I don't know if I had the courage to sign up for Ship 30 for 30 if I had known that it is a Cohort based writing course and the only way to master the course is by going with the crowd. This was exactly what I needed! Knowing that 500+ fellow shipmates are with me, publishing daily non-perfect essays helped me gaining confidence that I can do it too. And I did! Almost, I skipped a few essays at the end due to Spring Break. But I am back, joining the Captain's table and looking forward to where my writing journey will take me.

I joined Ship30 on a whim. At the time I had just finished Keystone Accelerator with Billy Broas where I learned how to write compelling copy. Before Keystone I didn't really think I could write, so Ship30 was a way for me to prove to myself that, not only could I write, I could write DAILY. At quite a few points throughout the challenge I was ready to quit, but the community was so amazing and supportive and they kept me going. So I completed my first cohort with having shipped every day for 30 days straight. Which is an amazing feeling of accomplishment that no one can ever take away from me, I now feel like I can take anything on! Before Ship30 I was insecure about my writing. I wrote sporadicly. And it would take me hours and hours to be ready to publish my writing online... Now? I can go from a blank page to published piece of content in under 60 minutes!

For a year, I waited on the fence before joining a cohort. Hindsight is 20/20, but I wish I joined earlier. The amount of value you receive far outweighs the price, and the skills you develop prove immediately useful. The course mandates that you take action, and you grow because of it. Without a doubt, Ship 30 is the best course I've taken. I learned so much about writing, but I also learned about myself. As the course got underway, I began to view myself as a writer. Imposter syndrome is real, but it begins to fade with each atomic essay you write. Dickie and Cole do a wonderful job of giving structure and actionable ideas. At no point in the course do you feel left out in the cold. You have a community of people willing to nurture the gift that already exists inside you. What you learn gives knowledge, but the community gives life to each cohort. It may seem like a risk, a leap, and an adventure into the unknown. In many regards, it is.Yet, it is worth the commitment. By the end of the course, you will wish you'd found out about it and joined sooner. I have gone from someone unwilling to dip my toe into the Twitter pool to someone mesmerized by how much is possible in a month.

I signed up to challenge myself. It felt like a stretch goal, but I wanted to find my limits. To my surprise, I haven't found those yet, and I met a bunch of very nice people. Dickie & Cole teach many useful techniques, but more importantly, they taught me I could write every day sustainably. I came for the challenge; I am staying for the community!

I joined Ship30for30 hoping it would help me accomplish my goal of more consistently sharing content online. After finishing the program, I'm writing and publishing much more consistently. Goal achieved! I also learned how to be a better writer. I write more concisely now. I love my writing voice, which I created during the Ship30for30 learning experience. My headlines and writing format have greatly improved. And, I learned how to use data to figure out what to write next. I’m confident in my writing skills and excited to keep growing my online library. One of the best surprises I found as part of Ship30for30 was the community of like-minded writers and creators. I didn’t realize how much being a part of a supportive community would enhance my learning and growth process. I’m thankful I joined Ship30for30. I’d highly recommend it for anyone who'd like to write consistently and grow their business online.

Ship30for30 is the perfect starting point for someone to be a content creator. 1) You get started with writing (which is the foundation of good content) 2) You are on Twitter with like minded people Easy way to gain some momentum for your account 3) You get encouragement AND feedback from others around you Ship30for30 proves that the right courses can have a huge return on investment to accelerate your creative journey. I went from being paranoid to actually encouraging those around me to start writing often irrespective of their goals in life (because writing can help you figure that out too) Dickie and Cole drop excellent nuggets AND bring in guests who do the same. The value is insane, the guests are insane and the community is wholesome. No brainer to join this.

I started ship30for30 to be able to script better for my youtube videos. 30 days later, I’m here with A habit of writing while being confident in knowing right from wrong. Here’s some of the things that I was able to gather thanks to Nicolas Cole77 and Dickie Bush about writing; #1: Clarity of thought I was able to write with concise and to the point with each sentence bearing it's weight. #2:Never ending ideas I was stuck with a few subjects familiar to me. "Idea generator" made me see different sides to the same subjects and helped me find new subjects. - #3: Mastered headlines Your headline is not a fancy bow on the writing. A headline is a mini sales pitch. Write like nobody is looking. #4: Write to a specific Audience "If you're writing for everyone, you're writing for no one" Specificity helped me write with clarity and focus.

Ship 30 For 30 gives hungry, driven individuals a fresh impetus for not only writing well, but also thinking fast. These skills are pivotal for anyone looking to be the go-to person in a category, move up in their work, or even do interesting research. I can safely say that Ship30For30 has opened new doors in all of the above for me. Not only that, the community on the course are some of the most talented and diverse people you'll get to meet, interact with, and learn from. If you're still on the fence about joining, I'd advise you to get down on the right side and change your life through digital writing.

Before Ship30for30, I was a consumer of the internet. I saw the internet as a place to buy things, consume information and be entertained. All Passive activities I joined the Ship30for30 cohort because I wanted to see if the claims were true, can a passiive consumer like me, go a full 180 and be part of the tiny percentage of internet contributors? Doubts consumed me: (What do i have to say? Who will listen? Why should I even bother? I'm a nobody Can you really grow your social media accounts *just by writing?*) I've already been burned by joining several writing classes none of them worked for me, they taught me tactical stuff but the whys behind it were all up to you. All of them had communities. "Hello I'm X hoping to connect" but then after the intros, the community went silent. But Ship30! The community is vibrant, and always willing to help. The founders were also always ready to share what they knew. from the tactical to the strategic. In 1 month, everything changed. It was like taking the red pill, you see the internet in a different way. Writing didn't become as intimidating, I gained confidence in sharing trivial and weird ideas. It was the only course that pushed me to my limits without making it too intimidating. It showed me that even as a visual designer, writing is an important tool that I need in my arsenal. If there's 1 takeaway from this course it's this: writing online is the fastest way to accelerate your career --if you're looking to build something online, be it a business, your reputation or just want to meet interesting people --you got to learn to write. If you're on the fence, take the leap. do the work, you'll come out a different person, --the snake oil works!

I joined Ship30for30 so it help me begin my online journey. And it did. The five ways Ship30 helped me start. 1. Motivation. After starting Ship30, I can't imagine I don't ship anything today. Even on bad days, even if the essay is weak, I publish something anyway. 2. Confidence. Ship30 gave me the confidence I can write interesting essays and build an audience. I don't (yet) show excellent results, but there is progress. It encourages me to keep writing. 3. Zettelkasten. Before Ship30, I struggled to write permanent notes (they should be publishable). Now that I ship every day, it's no longer a problem. 4. Clarity. Ship30 provides so much writing advice I haven't learned it all yet. So I have a clear plan on what to do next: how to improve my writing and grow my audience. 5. Community. You don't publish your essays into the void or in front of haters. You ship to the friendly community. You get feedback, engage in conversations, make new friends. That feels amazing.

I was afraid of Twitter before Ship 30 for 30. I'd heard about the toxicity on one side and the feeling of talking into the void on the other. Over 5 years, I logged on only a handful of times—and just to look around. Maybe an occasional reply here and there, but never posting a single thing. I didn't know how to use it right. Ship 30 was the perfect vehicle (ahem, ship) through which to overcome my Twitter fear and dive in. The ready-made community of cohort members filled the void of talking to no one in particular—they made the internet feel small again. Twitter actually became fun. The comments, both given and received, were everything. The Ship 30 members were incredibly supportive and encouraging. It was the safest environment to start a writing habit in and learn to engage on Twitter. I've never engaged online so much in my life. My fear of posting went away, my response to other people got faster, and I even tried out new features like Twitter spaces. The engagement carried over to the Ship 30 Circle community as well. The more I engaged with others, the more they engaged with me. It really was that simple. I responded to comments, followed other people, read their essays, and commented thoughtfully. I started off with 18 followers and finished with 184, many of them I see as emergent friends. You can see more results from after the 30 days in the attached picture. I want to keep this connection and momentum going! So I'm staying on to join future Ship 30 for 30 cohorts.

Ship 30 for 30 came along at the perfect time for me. I'd been wanting to write essays online for over a year, but wasn't sure how best to start. Writing and publishing 30 essays in 30 days has helped me to develop the habits of a real writer. Connecting with others in the program provided mutual support and encouragement and helped me persevere. The 250 to 300 word atomic essays were brief enough to make the daily task manageable, and also helped me improve my self-editing skills and kept me focused. I found the live calls with Dickie and Cole valuable and inspiring. I'm grateful the curriculum materials remain accessible following the program, as I am now beginning a full review.

I'm good at writing for other people. But... When it came to my own content, I overthought it. Figured I'd need to: -find the perfect audience -write books and start blogging -pay for ads. It would take years of time, $, and effort to establish my own content. Ship 30 taught me a better way to think about it; write bite-sized, data-driven pieces and grow from there. So every step of the way there's feedback to learn from. 🤯🤯🤯 Now, my big vision is: -much clearer -less daunting to think about -and more exciting to work towards.

Skeptical. That was how I felt when I first found about Ship 30. I'm a computer engineering professor in a Brazilian university looking to repurpose my academic writing skills for broader audiences. I just realized that our faculty has so many great teaching but we don't try to scale. Universities all around are being slowly (and steadily) swallowed by decentralized education. Just go to YouTube and you can have access to the best lectures about virtually any subject. Universities are dying... I don't want to die with them, I want to scale my skills to better position myself on this new world. So I decided to give Ship 30 a try. And it was life changing! You will find a lot of information about writing. But most of all, you will find a great community with many diverse stories and interests. And the community will give you so much value if you give value to the community. I attached a visual with my take aways: 1. come for the writing, stay for the community; 2. what you give is what you get; 3. enjoy learning in public; 4. it's about the process; 5. consume less, produce more. I was unmotivated with my position in academia. To this day I wrote 39 essays in a row, I'm developing my niche category, i'm exploring with visual ideas as well as writing. And I feel much more empowered to keep my new venture. I hope you also have a great experience.

I hadn't published anything for 2+ years. On January 8 I joined 1000+ aspiring writers as part of Ship 30 for 30's latest cohort. Unlike other writing courses, I had to put my learnings into practice by writing and publishing online every day for 30 days. The result? Readership increased every week from 10s to 100s, to 1.000s, to 10.000s to +100.000. In other words: I dove in a wild river, and when I reached the ocean, I was no longer the same. How did this happen? Ship 30 for 30 is so abundant that you won't be able to go through all the course materials and meet with every inspiring person you come across. The best part is that you'll be able to learn from those who are just ahead of you, and you can pay this forward by helping others, and learn from that too. Most surprising for me was that I started enjoying sharing, learning from others, and building new connections and even friendships. My biggest lesson is that many of my assumptions about good writing are wrong. I followed the lessons shared during the live sessions and saw a direct impact. I realized that if I want to take becoming a digital writer seriously, I should invest in it. Ship 30 by 30 is by far the best deal out there. Before Ship 30 for 30 I was clueless, writing randomly for myself. Now I know how to sail this huge online ocean, write another story and share it with the world. Also, I know I want to stay part of this community for the years to come.

I read A LOT (averaging around 50 books a year). I know a good author from a bad one. It’s been honed through years of experience. Naturally, I felt that it qualified me as a good writer as well. Boy was I wrong. It takes practice. It takes a script for “dummies” like me. It takes the careful explanation of how the world of publishing has changed in the last 30 years. It takes adaptation based on analytics. Dickie and Cole did an excellent job with this. I would highly recommend the course to anyone.

I believe the best part of Ship 30 for 30 is the community. The energy and passion are unrivaled. If you’re not sure if this is the right path for you, spend an hour scrolling through the #ship30for30 hashtag on Twitter. The most surprising thing for me was the frameworks. Dickie Bush and Nicolas Cole share tons of practical frameworks that upskill you as a writer. My biggest lesson? Ideation is easy if you have a proven idea generation framework.

I joined Ship30 to explore the act of writing online. I’d written a fair bit in my job, but never "personally". Never online. 30 days doesn’t seem like a long enough period. Until you’re required to write and publish everyday! The journey has been incredible - way beyond my expectations. I had so many doubts starting out - what will I write about? where will I find so many ideas? The course material and the live sessions helped immensely. They made it so that the only thing I had to focus on was writing and publishing. The community aspect of Ship30 was also fantastic. I made many new friends over this month, ones I will maintain post the cohort. Everyone was super helpful and kept building each other up! It’s a great, positive-sum community and I love that. I now look forward to writing everyday. And will continue to practice this for the foreseeable future. On the side, my Twitter account exploded by ~6x!! From 80→500+ in under a month, wow. All I did was write, publish and engage daily.

Ship30for30 watsed no time providing actionable frameworks from day one There's no fence here - if you're serious about writing or improving your network or growing as a person, jump in with both feet. The most surprising part was the networks and friendships that I've gained. The community is great. My biggest lessons are Idea Generation, Headline Formation and Sacred Hours. Trust me, these are great. Writing felt like a task before this cohort, and now I can't wait to sit down and write. It's enjoyable and peaceful and a part of my daily routine

Before Ship 30 for 30, I had never written and published anything for more than a couple of days in a row. I wondered if I was in love with the idea of being a writer than actually writing. After Ship 30 for 30, not only did I write and publish 30 days in a row, but I overcame my fear of perfection. I gave myself permission to write badly which helped me focus on the process instead of the outcome. Writing has now become a joy, not a chore.

My name is Kush, and I've recently joined the ship30for30 community. It's been just a few days, but so far, I think the community is the biggest part. Everybody is extremely supportive and helpful when it comes to solving any concerns. I intend to develop a writing habit, get good at writing and start freelancing with the skills that I learn during this one year period. Thank you Nicolas and Dickie for creating this and connecting so many like minded people together.

Atomic Essays don’t waste time getting to the point, and neither does Ship30for30. From Day 1, it’s full of actionable takeaways you can immediately use to improve your writing. Having a lovely and engaged community is the icing on the cake. I have been in a couple of other cohort-based courses. I got the most value from this one. If you’re looking to write both consistently and better, Ship30for30 will check a lot of boxes for you.

My first Ship 30 for 30 cohort has been a great experience! I recommend it for any professional who wants to improve their writing. You will benefit if you just want to write better emails. But if you communicate to an audience, the benefits are huge. Here are some of the things I loved the most about this experience: It's a well-designed learning experience. My digital writing improved throughout the experience. I got to write about something I'm passionate about every day. My idea-flow increased. I interacted with some very interesting and creative people. I learned more about Twitter. I had a lot of fun!

Incredible content, incredible community, incredible course leaders.

If you're on the fence about joining Ship 30 for 30, just go for it. You won't regret it. As an author of 14 books on the side, I thought I would learn only a few tips about writing better online. I was wrong. This course completely changed my mindset about writing and how to develop a writing habit. The tactics and tools I learned also helped me 10x the reach with my audience. Highly recommended!

In 2021 I declared myself a writer but realized I spent little time writing. I wanted an accountability system and came across Ship30. For someone who was self-conscious about posting online, I felt liberated after posting my first few essays. After the course is done, I hit send out emails twitter posts without overthinking. From the course, I picked up new ways of generating content, I started listening to audiobooks (so many books are recommended in other people’s essays…) and I learned a ton about topics outside my field. I’m still processing all the information from the 30d course but realizing that accountability is key, I stayed onboard the ship for more.

Hands down the best course you can take if you are thinking of writing or building an audience online. Dickie and Cole have crafted a a pre-made writing flywheel. Then, they walk you step by step through the first push (which is the hardest.) You'll build confidence faster than you thought possible, meet cool people, and discover that "shipping" is just helping in disguise. My creative journey will forever be defined as pre-ship30 and post ship30.

Ship 30 for 30 is like Crossfit. It's all on you. How much can you lift? That 24 hours between essays? Might as well be a 1-minute rest between rounds -- barely enough time to get your heart rate down. You barely catch your breath. But you get stronger. Your mind gets sharper. And you surprise yourself and amaze your friends. Getting in the reps works.

I joined Ship30 for 30 at a time when I was deciding my next move in life. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions. Given my diverse interests, my greatest struggle was to write about a single topic. Ship 30 for 30 not only gave me a platform, but it also helped with a supportive and like-minded community that made the ride engaging and fun. Through the 30 for 30 essays, I expressed and connected my diverse passions through a common thread. As I’m heading to creating my category as the next level challenge, I would encourage you to define your motivation to join and jump into the ship. As a passenger with a diverse tool kit, I entered the ship and came out as a multi-disciplinarian designer writing my category on the ship!

I feel motivated to write every single week and share my content with the world. My writing has improved so much that I'm able to apply my new skills beyond writing on Twitter.

The Ship30for30 program worked for me. Lots of practical tips and resources. The supportive global community helps you when you publish "trash". I am a Community Builder and was impressed with the way Ship30 engaged the cohort. Join to level up your online writing, and learn practical community building skills!

The Ship 30 experience is transformational. I joined the crew to work out what to do next; I was already creating content, but I was not reaching as many people as I wanted to. I now know what to do to get the impact I want, and it is working. Dickie and Cole are knowledgeable and generous. The community is fantastic. If you are even just a little bit tempted to board the ship, DO IT.

It sounds like ridiculous hyperbole but joining Ship30for30 changed my life. I’ve met amazing people from all over the world. People I now count as actual friends. The community is a massive force multiplier and has given me the confidence to go place I never thought I’d be comfortable with. The daily habit of thinking, writing and communicating with like-minded people has catalyzed me towards action in many aspects of my life. It’s been an inspiring and motivating journey thus far and I cannot wait to see where this ship leads. Thank you.

Ship30for30 upended all my expectations, re-energized my thinking and writing and connected me to a community of incredibly thoughtful, intelligent, interesting and generous people. The content in the course is well worth the investment, but the community you gain access to is even more valuable. Don’t hesitate. Set sail today!
