We're an outdoor living builder focused on high end decks and more complicated porches. We needed an effective way to help qualify incoming leads while still maintaining a positive customer experience. Thankfully we found Groundwork as it has been exactly what we need to do just that. We're now able to add a step where homeowners send in a survey and a video walkthrough to help us understand their project, along with helping them understand the value of our design process. After they send their information, we're able to direct them to relevant information to help educate them on our process and next steps. Every homeowner we've spoke with and asked about the their experience going through the process has been positive. This platform has helped us to prioritize our time on the most qualified homeowners, and save our salespeople their limited available time for making visits with those most interested in working with us. Christian and the technical team at GW have been so responsive and super helpful with getting everything going. Such a great platform and we're just scratching the surface with it's capabilities. Definitely recommend giving it a go with your business... get creative and go get more sales.
Learning about Groundwork and how it could help manage our customer experience on the front end, was a major timesaver for the Sales/Design Team and even the customers. Groundwork creates accountability not only for us to learn about the project and how it fits our services, but helps the customer to understand what it will take to design/build their project and budget. The technology lets us not only communicate quickly with the customer about the project goals, but gives the customer a sense of our process from design to installation. We have taken the old site meetings/evaluations and cut our time in half making our Sales/Design Team more effective with Groundwork.

We've added Groundwork into the mix of how we collect leads. It has, by far, been the best decision we've made. We give our customers an option to fill out a lead form or to upload a video using the Groundwork link. It's been especially convenient for our concrete floor coatings. Our estimators are able to look at the video of the floors and give the customer an estimate directly from it instead of going out to the site in some cases. If I was a Groundwork sales person for a day, I'd tell every contractor that this app will save their estimators, customers and office staff hours of time during the week that can be better spent elsewhere! Groundwork also has excellent customer service and anytime we've had any issues, Nicki and the team have solved the problem within hours at the most.

Before Groundwork we spent endless hours driving to each property to give a quote. Driving in traffic to get to the property owner's property was not productive. With groundwork, we are able to vet the customer to determine their budget and scope of work on the front end and it significantly increased our conversion rates. The best thing about Groundwork is the intake survey questionnaire and the text communication feature. What I would say is work smarter and not harder by saving time and increase efficiency by using Groundwork.
