I am enjoying my daily practice of Tai Chi. I feel more centered, peaceful and calm. This is one of the things I am grateful during this time of thanksgiving. Namaste!

This has helped me tremendously with my day to day pain post chemotherapy. I had enormous muscle loss and am not capable of doing regular exercises but I can do this and it is so much better. My neuropathy is getting better and my back pain is drastically improving!!! Thank you!!!! After 3 weeks i am now walking 2 miles a day with my dog which was near impossible for me. Thank you!!!

I am new to Tai Chi but Adam’s instructions are easy to follow. I been utilizing the Calendar but I realized under my dashboard are so many courses I can benefit from. I wish I have more time to practice but I know for sure I will get the benefits I am looking for as long I stick to it. I am 2 months into it and I can already feel the positive impact on my flexibility, strength and balance.

Begin with Breath literally changed my life. I had been "recovering" from a three-part knee injury and resulting arthritis for over two years and was somewhat satisfied with the results. Practicing Tai Chi with Dr. Potts almost eradicated all pain; increased ROM to ranges I thought impossible and gave me a sense of well-being and peace. He's a great instructor of a great art and brilliantly informed about the body as a PT. So fortunate to have found him and the group.
There are other great teachers too; each with something unique to offer. I switch up during the week...making what’s so good for you even more interesting. Learning so much!

Since starting Tai Chi I’ve experienced an increase in my breathing capacity and better posture. I’ve developed better balance. Don’t know about gaining more muscle but better breathing, balance & posture rates pretty high on the list for me. Nancy H

I am following the calendar and also the live sessions. I love the gracefulness and movement of tai chi. My heart doctor suggested it after a serious heart event and It is so nice to be able to move again. Thanks for you amazing program.

This program of gentle movements is exactly what I needed to revitalize my body, which spends an excessive amount of time sitting because of my work. I love the easy-to-follow videos and Adam's gentle way of combining poetry and movement and insisting that "perfect" isn't important; just moving is enough. A welcome relief from the testosterone-charged exercise programs that are so prevalent today!

I am deeply impressed by Adam's and the team's attitude. It is an excellent way to start with Tai Chi, and in a short time, it changed a lot (for example, healed my shoulder pain, which doctors couldn’t change in the last 10 years). I would suggest that in the video library the different programs will be organized chronologically, so that the recordings (for example, the study of the 8 form) will be easier to follow as they develop. All in all, I am very happy I found you guys 🙏🏽

I just joined the Begin with Breath classes and loving them. At first, I started with 15 minutes and have now moved to the longer 50 to 60 minute classes which include strength training. These classes have helped me so much to calm my nervous system. Thank you !

Love the tai chi classes and library to access exercises that target specific areas needing attention. Also the flexibility to access the classes at home on my timeframe. Dr. Adam Potts is the best tai chi instructor! Love these classes!!!

I am finding the sessions help me tremendously, I feel so peaceful, whilst energised too. The whole flow process is showing me that I can become stronger whilst remaining gentle and mindful. I feel part of this wonderful community already, I am so grateful .
