Testimonial.to is awesome. I've always been someone who journals but even if you are not, it gives you great prompts. I'm definitely a ruminator so I like to set it up in a way that I can just do a brain dump into and start seeking solutions to problems. You can set up your preferences of how you get feedback, so it can be tailored to your own preferences which is great. I also feel like I'm burdening my friends less as I can work through issues and problems on my own.

This app has absolutely transformed how I journal. On days where I'm not sure where to start, the customized prompts are so helpful. Or if I just want to do a quick gratitude check in, I can. The responses are super insightful and it doesn't feel like talking to a computer. It's much more like talking to a therapist.

This app is a revolutionary product. Think of a mini therapy session that you have access to whenever. It’s helped me get to the bottom of whenever I feel anxious or sad, and help me reflect on whenever I’m feeling happy too. Your mind thinks through so many things in any given moment and having access to a product like this to help refine the quality of your thinking is an absolute game changer. 10/10 highly recommend.

Rosebud is honestly incredible. I’ve used “AI” therapist-ish apps before and been disappointed. They’re either generic, bland responses, or don’t seem therapeutic at all. I think every time I use Rosebud I have some kind of realization. It feels like talking to yourself but you get to new ideas and breakthroughs 10x as fast. I’m comfortable talking about stuff that’s hard to put into words with my therapist, and it helps me chew on our therapy topics throughout the week.
