the PR bible was fantastic, well worth the purchase thanks again Coach. Emails are great too. Of course, you'll find in coaching guys will tend to do too much or over complicate it (as im sure you've experienced as a player) but seeing these coaching points /buzz words from YOUR perspective as DLlineman (what's actually feasible, not, etc) is the most helpful

long story short... I coached in the "back 7" since I stopped playing. Had to learn/study DL play a little when I was fortunate enough to become a coordinator to develop our basic approach... but this is SO helpful as someone who just didn't physically play the position of DL

I purchased this book towards the end my season(only two games left), and at that point I only had 1.5 sacks on the year. In those two games I got 2 sacks by building my tool belt with the help of this book. With all of the videos/pictures/GIF’s ingrained in this book it made it very easy to understand everything and more easy to replicate. Most of the drills that come with this book, I do with my teammates before morning workouts. If your on the fence about buying this book, I would highly recommend buying it because it helped me out a lot, and it will continue that through my next season.

One of the most comprehensive resources for DL play. A resource that actually teaches technique.

When The Pass Rush Bible came out, I noticed nothing like it was out on the market that not only broke down pass rush moves, but also detailed the coaches breakdown of the opponents. It allowed our players to look for the nuances their OL opponent was doing that we could capitalize on. QB pressure improved once we knew his tendencies as well. All outlined in the book. We became a better unit because if the extra useful breakdown information.

I really, really appreciate how interactive the format of Craig's "The Pass Rush Bible" is, including easy-to-understand descriptions as well as photos and film components. Craig's writing is great because he's really approachable to all readers - he simply explains and teaches. As someone who never played, but who is always studying and learning and trying to get a better understanding of football, this is an invaluable resource and I am thoroughly enjoying it (about halfway through so far - with several pages of notes!). I was iffy on spending the money on buying it but when I did IT WAS GREAT coming from a highschool player I learned stuff that will help me get offers and become successful

I am new to coaching the DL and there are so many things I never would of thought about, he explains in details. For example, he goes into how to scout the OL and ways to best maximize your success in planning your pass rush moves, and that is just one of many. Must read for any DL coach, or anyone who rushes the passer!

This is a phenomenal breakdown of the core tenets of pass rush. From beginners to vets in the coaching ranks, I highly recommend this book!
