I was having trouble uploading my local world file to the online server. I would log on the online server and everything we did would not be there so I reached out to support and they helped me alot! The first person I talked to could not figure out what was happening so they escalated my issue to higher up and that person was able to fix my issue! I was soooo happy!!! They are very polite and they have a very good service, they did not stop troubleshooting with me until the issue was fixed. I really recommend this server hosting company for anyone wanting to host an online Valhiem server!!

My husband and I have been playing Valheim for a while now, and have added the Do or Die mod to our game. Xavi and his team worked until we had our server and profiles loaded correctly to be able to play the game our way! They were amazing and very knowledgeable. Xavi even went the extra mile to record an instruction video for me to help me make sure I had everything set up correctly on myside!

My server has never lagged, has never gone offline, always connects the first time, their website is easy to understand and works great. Also when I asked for a particular seed after making a server the support staff contacted me quickly and had it done in less then 10 minutes. Honestly I hardly think twice about leaving reviews for anything but these guys deserve it. 5/5. Cheers

When the idea came to me about starting a hosted server I was very skeptical about how it would turn out. Luckily I was able to locate the Valheim Server Hosting website and registered for their services. Initially I was unable to work out how to get it working as my own personal lack of knowledge in computers was adamant. Seeing their convenient support setup, I messaged their support in hopes they could even give me an idea on what I was doing wrong. After several hours of working with me I was able to learn and understand many concepts with the server hosting, and with my own PC no less! If it wasn't for their awesome support team, and their dedication to good service, my impression of hosted Valheim servers could have been biased from a bad experience. Instead I would now recommend this group to ANYONE looking to host a server with a third party. Their patience with my limited knowledge and willingness to work to see me in game enjoying myself is unrivaled from other hosting sites I tested using. I had some issues loading up my Valheim world but Xavi in online text chat really helped me out to make sure everything was working properly and we had it up and running very quickly. Valheim is by far one of the better developed games. The best decision i made was to create a server through Valheim to keep invested hours safe and have my friends join at anytime. I've have not had any issues with the server. The customer service is hands down the BEST!!!! Xavi has been so over the top helpfull in answering my every question and helping with getting my server set up.

For some odd reason i was having trouble with loading our existing world to our newly bought server. i hit the chat window and BOOD Xavi showed up to aid. for a little over 15 minutes we where having trouble till he DUG IN and diligently worked for an hour spooling up servers checking data that was sent and having me send over a multitude of files till finally He Got It RUNNING!!!! This LV of Customer Service Is Out STANDING and my Clan and i Can not thank Him enough. Trust me they will do Anything to help. Just click the chat and thank them. Highly Recommend !!!! Fantastic, I was going to try and find a cheaper option but the service was so good I think I don’t mind paying the 16USD.
