I've been using Bitaroo for >2 years and can't recommend them enough, they are all I need for bitcoin. Actual human support via email with fast responses. The platform is focused purely on Bitcoin (no crypto scams = high integrity) with a clean and lightweight interface. They keep improving, rolling out features like free Lightning deposits and withdrawals. I've had zero issues buying, selling, or withdrawing to cold storage. I also use Bitaroo for my SMSF, which has been a big win. Highly recommended.

Bitcoin newbie here - I wanted an Australian based site to purchase my first bitcoin and heard of Bitaroo on a podcast. Very easy to open account, make a purchase and transfer out to wallet. Initially I didn’t like that I had to pay a small transfer fee for the fiat deposit, but it was worth it for the test run I did with a small amount of cash. if you transfer more than $1000 the fee is waived. It’s then only a small fee to transfer out to your wallet. So you can transfer $1000 in fiat, purchase BTC and batch transfer to your own wallet for about $1.50 in fees, which I think is good value.

I am very impressed with Bitaroo who saved me from a big scam I had innocently managed to involve myself in. As soon as the wallet was opened and my funds were deposited they detected there was something wrong, so they put a hold on the wallet. Thank goodness they did because the scammers immediately tried to have the money transferred somewhere else, but they couldn't. My money has been refunded today and I am very grateful to Ben who supported me and to Bitaroo who have trained their people so well. The company and their employees are impressive.

I was new to cryptocurrency exchanges but I find I have full faith in the responsiveness and follow up that Bitaroo provides. I’ve used them there for eight months and I’m very happy with that follow-up service. Especially good if you are new to cryptocurrency.

Consistently the best market prices in australia, constantly innovating (one of the first exchanges in the WORLD to support lightning network transactions) and fantastic customer support.
Highly recommended. Don't use second rate exchanges. Compare the fees you are being charged and DYOR!

@TinWSmith @dandtwit @culkin22 I use bitaroo, they allow me to buy with extremely low fees and it's only a monthly fee calculated rather than per transaction, so if I buy every 2-3 hours I smooth out the daily volatility. If you're American try Swan Bitcoin, I believe they're a similar service

Well yesterday I used the Lighting network twice to purchase items including a fee to an exchange, thanks #Bitaroo. I used BTC to order coinkite cards and move sats from my node to wallet, I also used my visa for a single purchase from ebay.
